Mr. C Miami - Coconut Grove in Miami

All normal sports bar stuff. Smells though. Like off. Needs a deep cleaning or something.

I walked into the bar thinking that this is the one recommended place to have a drink with some friends due to a childhood friend of mine coming here plenty of times. I walk in, see my friends, we get drinks and this woman walks over asking to buy us drinks. She then walks over to the bar before getting any response. We continue our conversation. A few minutes later some drinks come by and this woman comes over complaining that she lost her phone. We help her search. We even let her go through our things as proof. We even helped her go from building to building to search. Eventually she walks away back and forth as if we were the culprits of the stolen phone. Management did nothing about it. Okay, an hour passes and the woman is still looking. A man comes over to us demanding us to show us our pockets and purses as if he were security. He wasn't part of the bar. It ended with this man swinging his fists at the entire group while his friends filmed and cheered this man on. The management resorted to calling the cops while my friends attempted to alleviate the situation. My friend ends up with a split lip and the other guy kept playing victim even though he came over to us. Overall, my miami experience has been changed. My server Adrian was awesome and helped us through the entire process. The other server, Paula, helped us as much as possible. The manager resulted in helping us out as much as he could, but at the end of the day the woman never found her phone, the guy walked out in handcuffs, and we walk out with a brand new experience of Miami.

The most terrible service I’ve received at a restaurant. I went to this location with a group of friends to watch the UFC fight and I’ll never return to this location. One of my friend ordered a drink and the cup had a hole at the bottom and beer was spilling all over the place. Then the food took over an hour (the place was not busy) to get to the table. Nobody had an explanation for the screw up. The manager was just trying to put out fires cause he had no idea what was going on. Families who were seated after us got their food. On top of that, the food was a bit cold when served. We saw our waiter every other 30 minutes, he was lost. Trash service, trash food.

Edited to take away yet another star: now we’re waiting even longer for them to come give us the check. We’ve waved them over several times and they nod but yet here we are another half-hour later. Long story short, don’t come here.

Pros: cute decor, window seating, gluten-free friendly menu, prime location.

Cons: despite being the second table to enter the empty restaurant, it took about 45 min for a party of four with simple orders to get anything at all, and when we finally did the coffees and bread that are supposed to come right away to hold you over while you wait for food came at the same time as the food. In the meantime, other tables that came much later got their bread long before their food (or our food). Saw the server exactly twice: on ordering and when he delivered the food. I’m sure it’s not the server’s fault and he’s probably overworked and underpaid, but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend supporting this as an establishment - for his sake, as well.

Extra notes: the cappuccinos for some reason automatically come with cinnamon all over the goddamn place, and the chocolate walnut pancakes are surprisingly somehow salty and soapy-tasting.

I was on a school field trip and the Waiter would never listen.I ask him tiwce for more bread and to this day I never got that bread ?. Also he would give one table it's food then the other table and for dessert he gave all the chocolate mousse to one table and said for the same price I can give you this (sorry forget name of the dessert he gave me) and I didn't like it. Overall I don't recommend coming if you are in a hurry and have a backup restaurant cause this can get full easly.

We would give it ZERO STARS for the way we were treaded, but since I’ve eaten at Le Bouchon MANY TIMES and always had excellent food, I will give them credit.
We walked in at on Saturday night (11/18) at 8:15 for an 8:30 dinner reservation. As we announced ourselves to the Hostess, we couldn’t help noticing she was way in over her head. We stood till 8:55 for a table – while others came and were seated - also others were offered champagne while waiting, we were never offered anything at any time. Finally the Hostess came and told us they were clearing the table by the window for us… we were seated at 8:59…OK fair enough. We started looking over the menu, water was served… approximately 15 minutes after we were seated, the Hostess came over and told us she had given us the wrong table and we needed to vacate it… “I didn’t know…my manager says the table was for someone else…” she said. We were so fed up with the whole customer experience; we simply got up and started walking out… NO APOLOGY from the Hostess or “THE MANAGER”. … no mention or offer of a minor compensation for our trouble…at least offer us a glass of wine for the inconvenience… NOTHING. I did mention we have eaten at Le Bouchon many times, right…? We will NEVER AGAIN patronize Le Bouchon… I would advise you to save your money and go down the street to other establishments, where you’ll be treated like a CUSTOMER.

Waitress did not even come back around once and has the brave to add 20%gratuity. food is not worth the price. And the menu is not the same as it says online i don't not recommend

View outside is great, service and food are acceptable at best, you pay for the view. Just come hang outside and go eat somewhere better. Manager girl with accent sucked, and they charge you 19%
