I recently stayed at this property and had mixed experiences. I want to start by saying that the front desk staff and other hotel employees were professional, polite, and pleasant throughout our stay.
The hotel is also lovely.

Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet expectations. We had two rooms, and on the first night, both rooms had not been cleaned when we returned after spending the day out. In addition, there were issues with the hot water, and maintenance had to be called, which was inconvenient.

Check-in was also problematic. Although the hotel’s stated check-in time is 3:00 PM, one of our rooms was not ready until after 5:00 PM, which caused delays and frustration.

To make matters worse, the hotel hosted a party with extremely loud music that continued until about 2:00 AM. The noise made it very difficult to sleep.

While the staff themselves were courteous and professional, these service and operational issues affected our stay.

It was fine until I came back to find that housekeeping left a floater in my bathroom.
