The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).

My new hotel in Miami. I love it
Excellent hotel, good vibe, excellent location, confortable rooms, beautiful decor, good shower. The pool is beautiful with a great view. Please be clear about the dress code in hotel and restaurant.

Hip, Central, and Noisy
The property is quite fun - great restaurant and great rooftop pool. Very convenient in the center of the Grove. However, the room was very noisy. It seems soundproofing was overlooked in the construction. There was a family with young kids in the next room and we heard every yelp or cry. And on Saturday night, an adjacent club provided a techno soundtrack that lasted well past 2am and was loud enough in our room to keep us up. Bottom line — great for parties who don’t need much sleep.

The suites are very nice and quiet, but the regular rooms are close to the bar and there might be noise. The hotel is very new, Italian style, the service is very good, and the Italian restaurant on the top floor is very famous and beautiful.

Best hotel in Miami. Everything about it is top notch. Great rooms. Great staff. Love the restaurant. The valet guys and bellman are just fantastic also.

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

The room service is very good, the sound insulation is average, the location is very good, it is very close to the seaside and restaurants and ice cream shops, there is a gym and swimming pool
