From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Terrible Experience, Avoid This Hotel
I had an awful stay at this hotel. The location is terrible—right next to a busy main road, making it impossible to sleep with the constant noise of traffic throughout the night. I stayed for three nights and barely got any sleep.
The air conditioning is another nightmare. The vent is positioned directly over the bed, blowing cold air on you all night. Even after turning off the AC, the vent continued to blow air, making me wonder what the point of the controller was. It’s an extremely uncomfortable and poorly designed setup.
To make things worse, the room had a bizarre issue: every time I turned on the faucet, there was a high-pitched screaming noise that made it feel like a ******* house. I was afraid to use the faucet at night because of the unnerving sound.
The housekeeping was equally disappointing. The cleaning was superficial at best—bed sheets were not properly made, and it seemed like all they did was pull the blanket over the bed. The level of cleanliness was far from acceptable.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious.

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

Pretty epic indeed. Rooms were cozy and a good size. A little dusty, but nothing to complain about. Plenty of fancy sports cars up front and great views of the city. A lot of walkable eats and shops too. Excellent pools too with pool service. 👍

No coffee maker in the room? Are you kidding me? I can’t think of a single hotel I’ve stayed in the entire WORLD that hasn’t had coffee in the room. Rooms are not very clean either. Cloth headboards have stains on them.
Important note: the water bottles in room are $10 each. They put them under the lamp between beds that covers the top of the bottle that has a little sticker with the price. We had a group of 10 people and no one saw it until over $150 was spent between all our rooms. Also - I had an almost full bottle and they took it and put an unopened one I had to then pay for again. Really sneaky tactic.
Staff is friendly. That’s the only positive I can share.

Awesome views. Good drinks. Priced appropriately for the real estate. Terrible service globally- from the hostess to the bartender. Maybe the phenomenal weather and the jolly holiday season turn the employees into grumpy grinches.

We went here to celebrate my birthday. It was pretty fun and the view was amazing, but we stayed so much time to wait for somebody to get up from the table. Even though we had reservation at that hour. Eventually they set up another table on the terrace for us. The waiter was polite. Food was not that great, but the price was average. I liked the cocktails. The best is the skyline, the whole reason why I would go back there. In conclusion, it is ok.

Stunning views and terrific food. Service was fantastic and really was the star on top of a perfect dining experience. Highly recommend if you are looking to celebrate!

I went there this past weekend to celebrate a Friends birthday.... the food was horrible, we waited 2 hours to get our food after ordering.. the waiter was terrible and rude. Never ever coming to this place and definitely will never recommend this place to anyone

I don't think I am going out on a limb if I think this is the best sushi place in Miami. Even though I haven't been to another place in Miami. The food was top-notch and the saki expert picked a wonderful bottle which complimented our meal perfectly. Start to finish, this was a memorable meal.

The ambience is more lively than I thought, but my overall experience was great. The food was fantastic - their cod was my favourite. Service is excellent - one of the best I've ever experienced in Florida!

Zuma has a reputation for quality and I understand why. I attended the Sunday brunch with some friends and we had a great time. There was a live Saxophone player who set the mood and too large tables worth of Japanse inspired dishes which included top quality sushi.
$$$ - they offer a 3-tiered payment option which determines what champagne you get and what's included with the brunch. All appetizers are included and a list of cocktails if unlimited if champagne is not your thing. Needless to say, expect to pay a handsome amount per person but it is well worth it.
SERVICE - Service was impeccable and our waiters were attentive. There was a slight lull in getting us refills on water and champagne closer towards the end of the service window(it's 2 hours per table) but once this was brought to the waiter's attention it was quickly fixed and never happened again. NOTE WELL: each person gets an entree dish which is basically a prepared meat, poultry or fish based on the payment tier you pick. If you like to take your time do not order the entree as soon as your drink orders are taken. Let them know you'll order later when you are ready. This ensure you get it in good time and don't feel rushed so you get to enjoy your meal.
FOOD- Japanese flavours from freshly prepared sushi that was absolutely delicious to Japanese pancakes and bbq ribs which had a sweet crisp outer crunch met with a melt-in-your-mouth feel. I will definitely go again!

Great evening spot for dinner and drinks. Located on first floor of EPIC hotel, the scene is comfortable with outdoor seating along the river. Food was fantastic. Service was great. Prices come with the territory.

With this being my first time in Miami, this was a beautiful experience and service. Delicious entrees and huge sides for sharing. Highly recommend The Capital Grille to everyone coming to Miami

Our waiter, Tobey Spears, made our dining experience special. I had been to The Capital Grille several times and never had any complaints about the service, but this time was different, in a good way. His outstanding service and thorough knowledge of the menu made ordering so easy. He took great care to ensure we were comfortable. Our food, drinks and desert were excellent as usual. We had a great time.
