I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

Liked attention to healthy foods, as well as unique. Good hotel layout. No reading material is unbelievably inferior. Very expensive in every way.

this is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is wonderful and ready to accommodate anything that you need. The walk to the beach is so short, and I love the fact that there is an adult only and children’s pool. There’s an amazing coffee bar for custom drinks. The location is a quick ride to the Brickell area where there’s a many amazing restaurants and shopping. I will continue to stay at this property. My only complaint is the food overall is not as good as the coconut Grove, Ritz Carlton, which is where we also stay frequently because we have a child that attends the university of Miami aside from the room service and pool and beach menu being not quite as good as coconut Grove and South Beach properties. I would say it’s a perfect resort and I’m being super critical because I would give the food a seven or eight it is not terrible. I just enjoy the options the menus at the other properties better Isabel’s at the Coconut Grove Ritz Carlton is hands-down our favorite.
it is also definitely very difficult to get service on the beach. I did have to chase down the server who was lovely and there was only one person working the entire beach and again I’m being super critical because at $1000 plus a night you’re just looking for superior service. Overall, I would still give this property at 10 you cannot beat the location. The staff the access to a beautiful picture perfect beach and two amazing pools. We will definitely stay after the renovation is complete.

The stay was quite comfortable. There are not many people on the beach. Those who like quietness can come here. The service and facilities are not comparable to those of domestic hotels of the same level, but it is pretty good in Miami. If you don't want to stay in South Beach, you can come here to lie on the beach

The hotel is relatively old, but it is full of Latin American style. The waiters are very enthusiastic and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.

We just spent a week at this hotel and it was truly amazing. We came here with our 4 children and everyone had the best trip. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at club level this holiday and I can't say enough good things about it. The food was amazing and the lounge area was very clean and welcoming. The best part of the club lounge was the wonderful staff. Everyone was nice, but we can't say enough about Mike, Lisa and Bianca. Our kids are really sad to leave them and constantly talk about how much they will miss them. Highly recommend this resort and spending time at the club level with Mike, Lisa and Bianca!

The hotel environment is elegant, the private beach is comfortable, the restaurant food is average but the service is warm, the room is spacious and has a wide view, and the hotel service is considerate

Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Makes it a bit inconvenient with your significant other. Service is awesome. Pool options are awesome. Great for family or personal getaway. Easy voyage from the airport, too. Just wish they had more on-campus dining.
