Nice place to stay

We booked a room with one doble bed.
We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed.
Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet honestly).
Downstairs on the reception was a huge queue again. Take it in a mind not to be after in a hurry.
The location was acceptable for our aim.
The room was clean , a lot of pleasant amenities. Bathrobes amazing. Breakfast didn’t tried.

The doorman was friendly and helped with the luggage. You can see the cruise ships from the room. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times.
Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

My sister and I were treated like royalty at this. Absolutely fabulous intercontinental Miami hotel.❤️ superb steakhouse fabulous service from the concierge to the Bell desk to all the people that worked at the steakhouse. Everything was fabulous.
