Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek in Orlando

The room was amazing! The only things that made the stay uncomfortable were that the staff was unsure of why a green bag was placed outside our room. Along with us registering through ******* they didn’t have a consecutive stay, they left 3 “thank you for staying” cards. We were stressed that we were going to come back to the room and its locked because the hotel and ******* don’t effectively communicate.

When I arrived, it took an hour to check in due to my last name being spelled wrong. They give you a chance to earn money, but lie about how long it will take. Then lie about serving breakfast for the whole family. The maid didn't put enough soap in the containers in the rooms. When I called for more soap, they lied about filling the bottles. I had to call back to fill the soap containers. She came with 2 bottles and took 1 back with her. She was acting like she had purchased the soap with her money. The towels smell like they had been used before.
You have to dump your own trash all the way down a long hallway. All the money that it costs to stay there isn't worth it. I was very disappointed this time at the resort. My daughter broke her teeth while eating a pizza with something hard in it from the poolside pizza joint.
