The hotels location was great for going to the Chicago theater. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was very fast and efficient. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Only downside was one of the elevators was out of service so there was a little bit of a wait to use the only working one.
Totally surprised by all the great reviews. The location was great and the staff was friendly. Beyond that this was not what we were expecting and was not a pleasant stay. The room was not as pictured. No chair or table or anywhere to sit other than the bed. Our room was directly above the entrance and loud music played continuously which could be heard through the wall all night long. One elevator...
Make sure to ask about parking in advance. The hotel is right in the city center, next to the Chicago River. From the floor-to-ceiling balcony, you can lie back and watch the scenery and people passing by.
The hotel's location is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped and artistically decorated. It's very close to several famous attractions, all within walking distance. Highly recommended.
Absolutely best hotel for the trip. Top notch on comfort level. The only complaint I have is the hot chocolate at lobby was not available during our stay. Sad.
The location is excellent, right in the city center by the river, and the hotel's design is very unique. The room is spacious and extremely clean. The staff are also very nice. However, the area felt a bit unsafe at night, and there were holes in the bedding, which shouldn't happen at a hotel of this caliber.
The room was very clean and spacious, and it was very quiet at night. I've always stayed here and will continue to do so. Check-in was convenient, the service was excellent, and the internet speed was fast.
A superb lakeside hotel! Prime location at Navy Pier, offering unparalleled views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. Clean, comfortable, and bright rooms with soft, comfortable bedding. Warm and professional service, comprehensive amenities, and a stunning rooftop bar. Within walking distance of attractions and restaurants, making it convenient for travel. Hilton's consistent and reliable quality...
Newer than many Hiltons, and the lake view is great, but it's just too dry.
The lake view is absolutely stunning.
I was ripped off by this room. The so-called corner room is shown in the picture, haha. The building is too low, the highest being only seven floors. Apart from the lake, there's almost no special scenery to see. It's really not worth the price!
The room is situated in the middle of the lake, jutting out from the land, with a view of the entire Lake Michigan from the window. Nearby attractions include a Ferris wheel and other recreational facilities, as well as numerous restaurants. The hotel room felt very new.

Great place to stay! Centrally located. Staff we efficient, friendly and the room was spacious and spotless. Highly recommend this Hotel.
Very nice hotel. Small but very clean and a nice boutique look and feel. Staff was very friendly!
The rooms were clean and comfortable!
All the basic amenities provided.
Good location for walking to State street and the parks along MIchigan Ave.
I had a great big room that was as clean as they come. The staff was really nice. Free coffee in the morning in addition to the stuff in the room. The fridge was a little bigger than most hotel rooms I've been in.
Bringing wrong car from valet extended our wait to 30 minutes and there’s three valet workers we saw. Loved the room and staff though.
This hotel is incredibly clean. The staff super nice and friendly. I will return to this hotel when I come to Chicago.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room…very comfortable and spacious. I especially loved that large bathroom with its great shower! I loved the location of the place…very walkable to museums and the theater district. And the cafe next door has excellent food…we ate there every day ( twice for breakfast and once for lunch!

the location is great: you can easily find food(shake shack, Starbucks) nearby. It is right next to a bus stop, where you can go to main tourist spots within 15 mins.
I love how the room is decorated, it's pretty and exquisite!
It would be better if vending machines and more modern drinking fountains are introduced.
Pros: The room is very beautiful, the overall decoration is very exquisite, the breakfast downstairs is very American style, and the portion is very large.
Cons: The mattress has been used for a very long time, the support is very poor, there is a very obvious depression when lying on both sides, and my neck got stiff on the first night, and it was not relieved until I changed hotels.
The room was clean and very nice
Nice room, affordable price and good location
The location is very good. The buffet breakfast is average. The breakfast served is delicious.
The hotel is nicely decorated and relatively new, but the downside is that the soundproofing is extremely poor! I was woken up by the slamming of doors every morning, and I could hear the waiters talking outside.
The location is good, and it is within walking distance of Willis tower, Magnificent mile and Art Institute, but! There are too many hotels nearby, including a lot of Hilton hotels, and this...

Everything about this hotel is special. Great staff- awesome restaurant/bar. Location is perfect. This hotel is my destination every time I come to the city. Which is quite often.
Nice newer hotel with lots of options. Rooms are a bit industrial but fine, nothing super luxurious but adequate.
My wife and I were in town for a quick two nights. The Emily was in a perfect location. Several amazing restaurants were maybe two blocks away. The rooftop bar is amazing. The rooms are comfortable.
The room was spotless, the people were accommodating and very nice, and it was a great quiet stay!
Yes room was clean and orderly with everything in place. Front desk and dining staff were professional and thoughtful. Music in restaurant was a bit high for volume, more relaxing type of music would be nice. Food was good and happy hour specials were nice. enjoyed our stay.
The Emily is a very nice hotel, but I was a little underwhelmed by it for some reason. Going into it, my impression was “new hotel with minimalist approach that has an artsy vibe.” We did find some art in one area by the elevator but I was expecting much more. We stayed in a King Deluxe and the room had everything we needed but did feel a little drab - maybe it’s the choice of paint color in the hallways...

Nice hotel in a great location. First room smelled of cigarette smoke and cannabis. We asked to be moved and it was better. Bathroom wasn’t super clean with other people’s hair. Everything else, including the water you can get for free and coffee in the morning were a nice gesture. Would recommend, esp if you don’t mind nicotine.
The bartender Renee is the absolute best hands down! She has been there for a long time she needs a decent raise and a promotion. It’s a very friendly and inviting atmosphere plenty of options on food and drinks right in the heart of downtown. 5 stars
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing, so pleasant, and accommodating. Every morning we were greeted by the front desk. The bartender at the Adamus was fantastic. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was that it's a bit dated and shows. The wallpaper was peeling and the carpets were coming up at the seams. But overall a great hotel.
1 word, 3 syllables. BE....VER....LY..... I read many great reviews about this place, the staff, and ideal location which is why I booked for my stay, but nobody talks enough SPECIFICALLY about Beverly, she was the highlight of each day I stayed, seeing her and chatting right before I when out to the streets of Chicago. She made my birthday trip a trip to remember, she was nice, polite, patient, very...
I stayed 2 nights from May 13 and Beverly was so nice and kind. Also, other front desk staffs were great, too.
Great location and I stayed Room 310, I was not bothered at all with Subway Train noise.
I definitely stay here again, when I visit Chicago again. Most of tourist attractions are within walking distance. Include shopping…
I was disappointed. The bathroom walls were filthy. The vents were very filthy.
The frig had a strange smell to it.
Not really worth $ 500 a night for 3 kids n 2 adults.

Great location, beautiful hotel, plus comfortable and clean rooms made this stay absolutely perfect
Beds are very comfortable and clean. Was given a room with a great view which was very much appreciated. However, the shower had a considerable amount of black mold. Not sure why you would have wallpaper in a bathroom with no ventilation. As someone who is allergic to mold this was a bit of a bummer. The rest of the hotel seemed in tip top condition and the staff were fantastic.
Rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly upon check in. Loved the location to everything downtown.
Good location, clean, comfy bed, love the hotel robe, friendly staff, delicious cookies. Bathroom could use some updating but overall great stay.
Great location and room for the price. Restaurant downstairs is also very nice if you wanted to grab a meal without leaving. Only a few hundred yards from Blue Line stop which goes right to the airport, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. Staff was also super friendly and accommodating.
Incredibly friendly front desk staff! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Wish the bar was open later on a Saturday night
Chicago, 333 N Dearborn St (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
clean room- but they still need to work on a few things- the carpet on hallways make it too hard for the luggage rolling wheels- people smoking late outside the hotel does not look good
Would recommend this hotel. Location is great on the water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Checkin was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious with fridge & coffee making facilities, iron and board, safe and hairdryer available. Only gripe and this is not a big deal but the rooms used to have an alarm clock that contained usb ports which is very useful for me as an oversees visitor wanting...
Whole experience was great from check-in to checkout. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Room not clean and they charge extra for everything. Probably will avoid in the future.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bartender was excellent and had a great sense of humor.
It was a wonderful stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed how close we were to everything. It was the perfect place to stay for a Christmas trip of shopping, dining and seeing a show.

The Omni was a great choice for our recent trip. The cold was record breaking, and we had to stay an extra night because of a snowstorm, but the staff was nice and the amenities were nice. We loved the workout rooms and the doormen were beyond helpful. It's a very nice, clean hotel, and the bar has nice options to eat if you don't want to brave the cold!
Our experience was excellent! The staff at the door were so kind and helpful - even made sure we got into the right cars! The desk staff were also very nice. The room was great and the location next to many walkable things was ideal!
Every staff encounter, from Ham who graciously greeted us and helped with travel arrangements, Sandar at check-in, the wonderful friendly staff in the restaurant, was top-notch. They made my family and me feel welcome and special during our stay.
Our room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating.
The staff was top notch - friendly, professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable with great views of Chicago!
Mr.Ham was a great guy . Over all great stay and great location. 676 bartender was also a great guy. Look forward to visiting again.
Staff was awesome. Room was ready when we arrived!! 25th floor with a view of the lake.
