the location is great: you can easily find food(shake shack, Starbucks) nearby. It is right next to a bus stop, where you can go to main tourist spots within 15 mins.
I love how the room is decorated, it's pretty and exquisite!
It would be better if vending machines and more modern drinking fountains are introduced.

I went here for a visit and I am very happy with all the GSA and the guy who works as a housekeeper and brought me a microwave oven, very nice for guests. Nice room and smells good. The housekeeper is very good at keeping the whole area clean, pointing out the room, hallway and elevator 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Everything was very fast when I wrote a text message asking for what I need. The restaurant in the hotel is good and good with taste. Tried the steak and very tasty. Good location for walking and sightseeing in the city center. 👍🏻👍🏻 will come back next time and introduce to friends 👍🏻 thanks for all the staff who make the guest happy during the stay.

Pros: The room is very beautiful, the overall decoration is very exquisite, the breakfast downstairs is very American style, and the portion is very large.
Cons: The mattress has been used for a very long time, the support is very poor, there is a very obvious depression when lying on both sides, and my neck got stiff on the first night, and it was not relieved until I changed hotels.

The location is very good. The buffet breakfast is average. The breakfast served is delicious.

The hotel is nicely decorated and relatively new, but the downside is that the soundproofing is extremely poor! I was woken up by the slamming of doors every morning, and I could hear the waiters talking outside.
The location is good, and it is within walking distance of Willis tower, Magnificent mile and Art Institute, but! There are too many hotels nearby, including a lot of Hilton hotels, and this one is definitely a low-cost hotel.

A typical American hotel with many Americans staying. It is quite standard and very convenient to stay near the Willis Tower.

I feel that there is still a gap between the hotel and domestic four-star hotels, whether it is services or supporting facilities. The advantage is that it is in the city center and shopping is more convenient.

This is a chicago style deep dish pizza joint. Well known for its pizza and food in Chicago. It serves both filling and good tasting food at a very decent price. The food service is good and friendly just as they say it is the city of brotherly love. The food portions is generously share-able. The vibe is a nice family sit in style type. The building is a brick and mortar style.

This restaurant has a lot of awesome menu items. The food is really good. Great atmosphere. Large plasma TVs hang displaying any sport games of any Chicago team. But be warned. Their menu is pricey. Perfect place for a casual date or a place to hang with the boys.

It has the best Chicago style pizza out there! I’ve got delivery from them before, but eating here is definitely a different experience. Only comment is that after you order it’s 45 min to wait while your pizza cooks... which kind of sucks. But if you get appetizers and friends, you should be fine!
I appreciated their service. Our waiter was amazing and even got us an entire pitcher of Pepsi, which I am ever-grateful for :)

No wonder this place is so well renowned, they serve really delicious deep dish pizza. Carefully baked and each pizza takes around 45 minutes in making. It's worth the patience. The pizza is very heavy and it takes a big appetite to have more than 3 slizes.

Always great pizza and good service. Been here a few times and have always had great pizza. The service staff or attentive and friendly. The times I've been there it hasn't been overtly busy so can't say if the service would be any different, but my experience has always been great.
