Great Staff, But the Restaurant Needs Work | May 15, 2026 Overall, my stay at the Courtyard Marriott has been a positive experience, and I want to give credit where it’s due. Front Desk — The front desk team has been consistently professional, friendly, and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were handled promptly and with a genuine smile. This is exactly what you expect from...
Airport hotels should offer one thing more than anything else: convenience The 45 min transfer from the airport in my opinion didn’t give me that considering it was past midnight and there was no traffic whatsoever. I was told twice by an operator it will be there in 5-10 minutes…Next time I’ll just uber. I recommend calling while waiting for the luggage.
Really like the hotel, the location to the city however they need a larger parking lot. I stayed here a few years back and they didn't charge for parking however it's now $30 however I found myself parking outside of the designated parking areas and didn't feel as though the car was in a safe location. The folks inside didn't give me any hassle so that let me know it's normal. Want to end on a positive...
We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott - Logan Airport for a long weekend in late October. Pros: Friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Restaurant, fitness room, and Mini Market available on site. Shuttle to and from Logan Airport was excellent. Restaurant food was great. Cons: Bathtub had little to no adhesives. Very dangerous. One of the two elevators was out of order...
The room is big, clean and feels quite new
It is a 4-minute drive from Logan Base. You can take the airport shuttle for free. There is no breakfast, but you can wash and dry your clothes. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable.

The bed is very soft. The chair provided is an adjustible comfort one which I think it's good for most people but not for us. I prefer a simple chair.
The room is clean and hygienic. It is located in the central city, a few hundred meters away from the subway. It is 2 blocks away from Boston Common and you can also walk to Newbury Street.
I was staying one night while attending a music performance next door. The hotel was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and easy check in and out. I would definitely recommend it.
I booked the hotel for the Boston Marathon. Great location. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The coffee machine is completely unacceptable, I was able to get it running with a trawl. Everything is fine in the island.
Convenient transportation, close to Boston Park and Chinatown, within walking distance to Quincy Market, and there are a lot of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient to eat. The hotel service is good, allowing us to check in early, the room bathroom is large, the room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall I am satisfied, and I will choose Home...
The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There is a large parking lot opposite. There are restaurants and a small supermarket 7-11 around. The breakfast is good enough and the waiter is very enthusiastic.

Normal all things are appropriate the location is near to Boston common
Service was good, staff was nice.
Although the Wi-Fi did not work on the first day due to a power outage caused by a nearby fire, the rest of the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the room was spacious.
Hotel was run down and had to pay extra for early check in and a cot. Location was great to get to TD Garden.
Overall clean, a little noisy, the hotel is old
This property is well located near public transport, Mass General Hospital, good restaurants and a Whole Foods which we found helpful. Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail are within walking distance. The property carries the Wyndham name but is somewhat down on the heels, showing its age in public areas, carpets and general appearance. Service was friendly, welcoming and efficient. But, for our...

We got no sleep due to loud central air con we couldn’t turn off. On checkout when I mentioned this to the receptionist she couldn’t have cared less. And no response was given. We were charged $100 for a late check out, despite our total stay being less than 15 hrs. Very disappointing.
I did a room and parking bundle for the week I only needed six nights but paying for seven still saved me more money than parking somewhere else near the airport. The parking lot was almost full when I arrived but I managed to find a spot. The Hilton app didn't have my virtual card ready so I checked in at the front desk. Room was great. The shuttle lleaving the hotel was fine, I waited 5 mins. I called...
Location from Boston Logan airport: airport : Free shuttle bus from the airport; pleaee call them beforehand and they will send out a bus. You can even call at the airport. literally a 5-minute drive. Tbh it was a little tricky to find at first So basically the bus stop is at the end on the opposite side. Great hotel to stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The area around hotel seemed very safe. Another plus for this hotel was that it was very close to the airport and they do provide a shuttle to the airport!
From South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.
First stay here. Easy. Great shuttle.

The hotel's location is great, and the facilities and environment are excellent. The service is also very good. The only downsides are that breakfast is a bit boring, and the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. You can hear people in the hallway quite loudly.
Was at the seaport district area for a meeting. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was ok. Breakfast was lovely and warm and a pleasant touch to every morning. Good value for the price paid.
Front desk not friendly, but bfast staff good, they realy help and kind
We had a great time at the hotel. Everybody was very nice and helpful. We stayed three nights during our visit to Boston and we couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we need. Staffs was extremely helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a sliding door with no lock which was annoying. There was a well stocked store with drinks and snacks in the lobby. There was a large selection for breakfast but none of it was very good except of course the waffles. The waffles were good. There was coffee and tea available all day which was convenient. The experience was great after having such a long day of travelling. The room was amazingly clean and th breakfast was phenomenal
I used this hotel for an 11-hour layover and everything went well. - check-in was quick and smooth. - The complimentary shuttle runs every 30 minutes between 3 - 5 am; then every 20 minutes after 5 am. If you're in terminal E the shuttle pick up is in front of door E 202. - The hotel has hot water but it takes awhile for the shower to heat up. As a layover hotel, I have no complaints and will use them...
Good hotel. Large parking lot, close to the airport. Perfect room and clean. Bar was not very busy, but the house salad with chicken was excellent!
Fili was so helpful and nice. He is so kind and patients. We got our aircon warming and from that day he was sent to us for assistance we just found a helping hand and he made our stay comfortable. He's more on electrical and maintenance. Thanks Fili . Did I spell your name right? Anyways.. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is ok. Thanks a lot. Hoping to see more friendly and warm staff around
Location of the hotel is really close to the airport. It is a nice hotel, the price a bit too high for the quality of the rooms. There were a few things that could be better, hair on places you don't want them, dirty spots. Parkinglot that was full and the price was 20 dollars a night

A very nice hotel, clean and convenient the location
I still quite like Courtyard hotels; the facilities are very convenient. It would be perfect if the bathtub in the bathroom were replaced with a shower stall.
The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general.  The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between...
Nice hotel with two supermarkets very close by. Public transport is a little inconvenient though with bus stops several minutes away and the T a 20 min walk.
Misleading infor . public and roadside parking is not available. Only can park in paid parking usd45 / day. Seems like no other option. That’s not made known when I made a booking. It said public parking is available. Turnout roadside parking is only allowed for residence permit only. Service is so so. One reception doesn’t seem too friendly

City center hotel, convenient transportation, great price, and the room was cleaned well.
The accommodation was okay, but it was a bit noisy because it's near the highway.
Nice place to family visit, very close to downtown and China town
The room is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient, but it is a bit far from the red and orange line subways, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The disadvantage is that it is too close to the road, the noise is too loud, and the sleep is affected. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very clear. Cleaning is done once every two days. There are no slippers, toothbrushes...
This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks. It was $62 dollars a night. You can park at another garage across the way and cross a couple lanes of highway and save $22, though. Crazy. Otherwise, great hotel.

Great location. Large room, very cozy. Only issues were that the trash cans were a bit small, and the fridge wouldn't cool. The freezer worked though, so at least I was able to keep water cold.
Cleanliness throughout the property. A nice free breakfast. The valet staff was good. My room was lovely and crystal clean. Desk staff were also professional, friendly and helpful,
Great location. Close to the city center. Beautiful view of the marina. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly reception. In short, we enjoyed our stay!
Nice environmental- good breakfast and outdoor patio- definitely coming back!
The price is too expensive. There is almost no service for 4 nights. The room hygiene needs to be cleaned by the front desk. There is no bottled water. The breakfast is not bad. Parking costs 50 US dollars a night.

We’ve stayed here several times and been satisfied with the rooms and location. We never had a room by the tracks, can’t speak to the noise. But this trip we find they have put plastic mattress covers on the beds, and it feels like you’re sleeping on a blow-up pool float. I am actually lying in bed in the hotel right now, it is squeaking with every movement and giving a hot, unhygienic feeling. Gross...
New clean facilities in a good location near MBTA T stop. Room is good but air conditioning system is so bad. Very loud noise and no fan speed control(only auto or 3 speed(max)). A very nice, clean hotel. It's very centrally located, about a 10-minute walk from the public garden. Despite this central location, it's a very quiet area with beautiful houses and streets nearby. Conveniently located hotel located a few blocks from the commuter rail backbay station. Hotel staff were great and allowed us to check in early upon arrival and store our luggage at check out so we could further explore the city. Very cute hotel, good value for money.
This hotel is the best, the staff is extremely helpful, great rooms, really convenient for concerts and all the things happening around Fenway. The parking is a highway ripoff, but that's not a complaint of The Verb, it's just what the market is. But $73 to park a car for a night is ridiculous, There are garages for a fraction of that across the street.
Great personnel.  Friendly and very professional.  Room was awesome
Super unique experience exceeding our expectation. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, from check in to breakfast service. The music theme was well done, not cliche like Hard Rock. Got to borrow vinyls for the room which came equipped with record players. Would definitely stay here again.
