Airport hotels should offer one thing more than anything else: convenience The 45 min transfer from the airport in my opinion didn’t give me that considering it was past midnight and there was no traffic whatsoever. Really like the hotel, the location to the city however they need a larger parking lot. I stayed here a few years back and they didn't charge for parking however it's now $30 however I found myself parking outside of the designated parking areas and didn't feel as though the car was in a safe location. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott - Logan Airport for a long weekend in late October. Pros: Friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The room is big, clean and feels quite new

It is a 4-minute drive from Logan Base. You can take the airport shuttle for free. There is no breakfast, but you can wash and dry your clothes. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable.

The bed is very soft. The chair provided is an adjustible comfort one which I think it's good for most people but not for us. I prefer a simple chair.

The room is clean and hygienic. It is located in the central city, a few hundred meters away from the subway. It is 2 blocks away from Boston Common and you can also walk to Newbury Street.

I was staying one night while attending a music performance next door. The hotel was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and easy check in and out. I would definitely recommend it.

I booked the hotel for the Boston Marathon. Great location. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The coffee machine is completely unacceptable, I was able to get it running with a trawl. Everything is fine in the island.

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There is a large parking lot opposite. There are restaurants and a small supermarket 7-11 around. The breakfast is good enough and the waiter is very enthusiastic.

We got no sleep due to loud central air con we couldn’t turn off. On checkout when I mentioned this to the receptionist she couldn’t have cared less. And no response was given. We were charged $100 for a late check out, despite our total stay being less than 15 hrs. Very disappointing.

Great hotel to stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff! This was my families 2nd time staying here on our visit to Boston. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating! From South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.

Location of the hotel is really close to the airport. It is a nice hotel, the price a bit too high for the quality of the rooms. There were a few things that could be better, hair on places you don't want them, dirty spots. Parkinglot that was full and the price was 20 dollars a night

This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks. A very nice, clean hotel. It's very centrally located, about a 10-minute walk from the public garden. Despite this central location, it's a very quiet area with beautiful houses and streets nearby. It can get a bit noisy downstairs in the evenings, as the hotel bar is quite popular (even with non-guests).

Conveniently located hotel located a few blocks from the commuter rail backbay station. Hotel staff were great and allowed us to check in early upon arrival and store our luggage at check out so we could further explore the city. The rooms are small, bedding is best for someone under 5’9, otherwise it was a great home base for a weekend trip to the city.

Love it. I come here for Boston Marathon. It is so convenient that I walk like turtle after race and arrive the hotel within 15 minutes. I can rest and take a nap immediately after race.

Very cute hotel, good value for money.

This hotel is the best, the staff is extremely helpful, great rooms, really convenient for concerts and all the things happening around Fenway. The parking is a highway ripoff, but that's not a complaint of The Verb, it's just what the market is. But $73 to park a car for a night is ridiculous, There are garages for a fraction of that across the street.

Super unique experience exceeding our expectation. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, from check in to breakfast service. The music theme was well done, not cliche like Hard Rock. Got to borrow vinyls for the room which came equipped with record players. Would definitely stay here again.

Verb has its own bar, swimming pool and other facilities. It is comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. The location is convenient and it is close to supermarkets such as Target and Star. I recommend this hotel.
