The room was locked and they cant fix it. We were offered a spare room, but the David guy at front desk attitude was ignorant and bad.
Decent hotel for the price. The room was basic but clean. Location was good, but the walls were a bit thin so it was noisy at night. Fine for a short stay.
Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. great location, nice room. we have stayed during the New Year night, they had party which made the busy of Lifts traffic without notice the hotel guest.
We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !...
Very clean, the lobby is beautiful and very business-like, and the location is excellent!
A goon and clean hotel. Friendly front office staffs. Good location and just a stone throw away from the train station. Special thanks to Diego from the front office that help me on everything.
The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay.
Great hotel, liked the room and gym. Could do with a better (bigger) bathroom

I booked this for my Nephew.. he was happy with the hotel overall - location specially !
The hotel is located in a very convenient place which connected to Prudential Centre, I.e. shopping mall and MBTA station. Will stay again when visiting Boston again.
Good stay. Clean room, highly friendly staff.
Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.
Great location, helpful check-in, easy check-out, clean, good value. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

Was at the hotel attending an event. Service was great and rooms were comfortable. Only thing to mention would be the destination fee which was charged to my card without my prior knowledge and I did check with them multiple times during check-in that there would be no further charges. I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use...
A great hotel with a great location highly recommended.
It is a good accommodation to stay but a bit overpriced, which I feel.
The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch. The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston.
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport. They are FANTASTIC! Despite the fact it was a holiday weekend with a convention at the hotel and a boat show right next door, they had everything running smoothly and quickly. It was easy unloading the car and the gentlemen working were very pleasant. They didn't make me feel rushed or that I was in the way. I had the same terrific...

Practical for business trip an short transit time
Convenient hotel, efficient check-in, had an excellent and quiet sleep between 2 flights. Even possible to walk from the international terminal E (all covered walkways). Took the free hotel shuttle in the morning.
Booked for a business trip. Location was good, all as expected!
Amazing front desk guy when we checked in late on 12/8.  Got all the help I needed.  Location perfect for catching early morning flights.  Can walk over to Terminal A.
It’s very convenient to airport as we just have a transit flight at Boston and need to take a rest. Recommend you if you have to stay close to airport.
Perfect stopover for a late international airport arrival.

Super close to Chinatown, making dining incredibly convenient. The hotel was very quiet, and the AC unit was whisper-quiet.
The hotel staff was generally friendly, and we were especially impressed by one front desk officer with long hair who went above and beyond to assist us. She was exceptionally helpful and eager to support us in any way possible. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with convenient access to the Red Line subway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston!
It's a long weekend in Boston, so hotel prices were higher than usual. However, choosing this hotel paid off, as both the ambiance and the room were significantly better. It seems all hotels have carpets, which makes dragging heavy luggage after a long trip particularly cumbersome! We came in for a wedding. The entire stay was amazing. We got stuck 3 extra days as snow stopped the planes. LOL The entire staff was amazing. Ammonia Gomes was extremely friendly, great at here job. Our room always looked amazing. She went above and beyond for us and I know you all are lucky to have her as one of your staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you all so much for everything.
I stayed here this weekend for a volleyball tournament. Booked a suite, it was spacious and comfortable for three people. (aside from our 2nd floor view of the alley, it was a nice room). The service was amazing, everyone was so helpful from check in to check out. My husband dropped his wallet in front of the hotel, with a large amount of cash in it, and the door man turned it in and nothing was...
I haven’t stayed at this hotel since September 2025. At that time, it felt outdated, and although upgrades were in progress, they weren’t moving fast enough, so I chose other hotels instead. I returned last night and checked in with Ericka, she was absolutely amazing. I asked if the rooms had been updated, and she assured me they had. She was right, I’m officially back in love with this place. I...
I came back to Omni Parker House and, like always, the hotel itself was beautiful, historic, super clean, and the service was excellent. The location is amazing too, you can pretty much walk everywhere. I was a bit disappointed with the iconic Boston cream pie, though. I remembered it being rich and creamy from years ago, but this time it tasted kind of bland and just average. Maybe the recipe changed...
Had a great day with my family at the Omni Parker House! This is where the Boston cream pie was invented and created! A very traditional-style hotel with a spacious room and a large bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay. The location is also great, as it is close to MIT.
always be my first choice for staying in Boston
The hotel has a good location, close to both Harvard and MIT. The subway is also very convenient. The rooms are in an older hotel and quite basic; they don't even provide two bottles of water. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor; even past 1 a.m., there were constant sounds of people coming and going in the hallway and opening and closing doors, like a tour group. The breakfast was terrible; there...
The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to MIT, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. The hotel environment is great, the facilities are very complete, and the service is good. The only downsides are the limited breakfast options and the lack of free drinking water, which is a bit inconvenient. But overall, it's a good choice.
The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Luogan Airport. The hotel has a very good location, right next to the Red Line subway, making travel very convenient.
They don't even provide water; you have to pay $6 for a bottle. I'm staying for four days, costing over 8000 RMB, and I can't even get water. Terrible! Roadworks everywhere, and they deduct $75 from my deposit every day.

Fantastic location, we walked to the children museum from the hotel. Breakfast was great, pool was fun although it is quite skinny and not as warm as I would like. Sauna was very nice! My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.
The rooms were fine. Staff was available if needed and did accommodate us but there is a fee for every little thing, 120 for parking is a little high. the walls are thin and you can hear everything. It’s no different than staying at a less expensive resort. Otherwise the resort is clean and fine
When we went to our room the bathroom wasn't clean after calling the front desk we went to a different room . Was very stressful , because we only had a half hour to get ready for the event that was at the hotel that night. We needed to be ready by 5:00 and dint get settled into the new room until 4:30. Not sure if I would trust going back to the hotel again.
Taxi'd from the airport, easy and short drive. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Have to pay for the WiFi unless booked direct. ☹️

Excellent hotel. Front of house team super friendly and helpful. Hotel room was excellent. With great views over Boston harbour. Bed very comfortable and soft pillows
The hotel is conveniently located in the Seaport and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Has a good swimming pool, gym & workout classes.
Complain twice about refrigerator not working but until my whole staying. They didn’t solve the issue still. That was disappointing... however, the reception staff, concierge and cleaning lady r all very friendly.
Just okay. Very good location, close to the airport, clean, on the old side, would not say this is a 4-star hotel but it’s decent. Very much disliked having to pay $40+ per day to have unlimited in/out access to the hotel parkade.
We stayed here in the run up to the Boston Marathon over five nights. The hotel staff were amazing. Polite, courteous and professional. We really enjoyed staying here - the location is right on the harbour side and close to restaurants, transport hubs and the airport.

Decent hotel. Cleaning staff is top notch, front desk is nice and accommodating. Gym is ample but basic, lacking leg equipment. Downsides are that the WiFi is absolute garbage. We booked a standard room with a city view and were pleasantly surprised to see the Charles River. The bed was large enough to accommodate our luggage, and we received a bag of cookies and snacks upon check-in. The hygiene and service were excellent! Recommended!
Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends. So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. A true "home away from home" for a new international student. As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. The hotel needs some updates. Broken items, signs of age/wear, no mini fridge in the rooms. The front desk service was excellent, however the service at their in-house restaurant was lacking. The balcony was a nice surprise, however it was empty and it did not have any seating. Parking is in the privately owned garage the hotel is built into, and there is not valet.

This is a very reliable hotel. Although rooms are not particularly special in terms of their hard products, they do a great job adding a sophisticated touch. Also, food at Henrietta’s table is very delicious with a lot of local ingredients used.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the location is convenient to Harvard and to restaurants and shopping. Housekeeping was very attentive the first 2 days of our 5 day stay, but then fell off. At one point, we vacated the room so they could clean only to return to full trash cans and dirty towels. Upscale hotel with a great location. Very walkable to Harvard Square. Relatively busy bars and restaurants as it seems to be a meeting place for many people. Room was nice, though I could definitely hear the person walking (and showering) in the room above me. Other than the noise (and the high price), a nice hotel.
Room spotless. Coffee maker a bit fiddly but fine when we figured it out. Faucet water pressure a bit weak but shower pressure was fine.
