The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.

The rooms were fine. Staff was available if needed and did accommodate us but there is a fee for every little thing, 120 for parking is a little high. the walls are thin and you can hear everything. It’s no different than staying at a less expensive resort. Otherwise the resort is clean and fine

When we went to our room the bathroom wasn't clean after calling the front desk we went to a different room . Was very stressful , because we only had a half hour to get ready for the event that was at the hotel that night. We needed to be ready by 5:00 and dint get settled into the new room until 4:30. The hotel needs some updates. Broken items, signs of age/wear, no mini fridge in the rooms. The front desk service was excellent, however the service at their in-house restaurant was lacking.
