The Westin Boston Seaport District, Boston1 / 30
8.9
Boston, 425 Summer St (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use them and was not even aware I would be charged for them
Wow! So happy with my stay! Got this place for a great price in. ᴄᴏᴍ I loved this hotel and I'm really happy that I stayed at my favorite place for less than what I usually pay
Was at the hotel attending an event. Service was great and rooms were comfortable
Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch
This review is all about the valet staff at the Westin Seaport
Only thing to mention would be the destination fee which was charged to my card without my prior knowledge and I did check with them multiple times during check-in that there would be no further charges

The service was amazing, everyone was so helpful from check in to check out. My husband dropped his wallet in front of the hotel, with a large amount of cash in it, and the door man turned it in and nothing was missing
I stayed here this weekend for a volleyball tournament. Booked a suite, it was spacious and comfortable for three people. (aside from our 2nd floor view of the alley, it was a nice room)
We got stuck 3 extra days as snow stopped the planes. LOL The entire staff was amazing. Ammonia Gomes was extremely friendly, great at here job. Our room always looked amazing
She went above and beyond for us and I know you all are lucky to have her as one of your staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you all so much for everything
I returned last night and checked in with Ericka, she was absolutely amazing. I asked if the rooms had been updated, and she assured me they had. She was right, I’m officially back in love with this place
I came back to Omni Parker House and, like always, the hotel itself was beautiful, historic, super clean, and the service was excellent. The location is amazing too, you can pretty much walk everywhere

Boston, 510 Atlantic Ave (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Location The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the station and city center, with convenient transportation. It is adjacent to Chinatown and shopping streets, and is also close to tourist attractions
Location is great with many restaurants around the hotel. Room is prefect for our stay.
Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable
Great check in process, clean and tasteful guestroom. The customer service was exceptional, both from the front desk and the room service. Food was very good and arrived in less than a half hour
The surroundings are beautiful and offer great views of Boston. Breakfast The breakfast was rich and delicious, simple but high quality, buffet style, everything was fresh
We also went to the art gallery, which was also very comfortable. Service: Very good service attitude Environment: Very clean and sanitary Facilities: Relatively new

Boston Marriott Cambridge, Cambridge1 / 30

Great hotel right next to the subway station into Boston. Rooms were well kept, spacious, and modern. Area was safe and interesting. Plenty to see and do here as well as going into town.
A very traditional-style hotel with a spacious room and a large bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay. The location is also great, as it is close to MIT.
always be my first choice for staying in Boston
The breakfast was terrible; there were absolutely no vegetables. It was the same thing every day: potato wedges, sausages, bacon, and steamed egg custard—the kind of meal you just have to eat a bite of
The hotel has a good location, close to both Harvard and MIT. The subway is also very convenient. The rooms are in an older hotel and quite basic; they don't even provide two bottles of water
This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for years

There was someone refilling coffee at our table so we would have felt bad if we didn't leave a tip, but I would rather have just not had to tip anyone and get my own coffee refills since we already paid for included breakfast
The hotel is perfectly situated by the Seaport and they have plenty of dining options. The hotel staff have been excellent to work with
Hotel was super nice and clean! Staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful! Great location, had an amazing stay!!!
My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.
The room was clean and room service was nice. It did seem to be a quality hotel. They didn’t acknowledge that it was our wedding night though, which was disappointing because I contacted the hotel about it the week prior
Was very stressful , because we only had a half hour to get ready for the event that was at the hotel that night. We needed to be ready by 5:00 and dint get settled into the new room until 4:30

Very nice place. Excellent location near the Charles River. Rooms are great as are the views. Parking garage. Good door service. Excellent front desk and beautiful lobby.
Clean rooms, great view, staff extremely friendly, perfect location, beautiful place for the holidays and any day.
This Marriott is in a safe area where jogging and walking is comfortable. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. No major complaints but the pricing is steep and the resort fee is inconvenient
They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades
We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade
Excellent stay at an upscale hotel. Best location near the harbor which is close to the subway, Quincy Market, good restaurants, ferry sytem and Aquarium

Boston, 1 Seaport Lane (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located in the Seaport and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Has a good swimming pool, gym & workout classes.
Drinks are fine too but honestly not worth it, way better bars in the area. The location is great for walking around the seaport
I stayed here for work for a few nights. I was in town most of the day, but traveling to and from the hotel was easy enough. The convenience of having a restaurant and cafe in the hotel was a huge help
The hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of fresh flowers, and the view of the seaport was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again
Very nicely located hotel directly at the Boston Seaport. Everything is within walking distance, shopping and dining options nearby
This hotel is a good bargain for a quiet, high quality hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the atmosphere was elegant with a huge display of fresh flowers in the lobby

This hotel was PERFECT for families! They had extra comfy cots and their heated pool was amazing
We booked a standard room with a city view and were pleasantly surprised to see the Charles River. The bed was large enough to accommodate our luggage, and we received a bag of cookies and snacks upon check-in
Everything was excellent. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the metro, which is very convenient. Great hotel overall — the service was top-notch, and the spa was wonderful too. Highly recommend!
So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again
Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends
Plus they have on site Starbucks and an amazing restaurant- but if that doesnt tickle your fancy the Cheesecake Factory is right across the street including a small mall

The balcony was a nice surprise, however it was empty and it did not have any seating. Parking is in the privately owned garage the hotel is built into, and there is not valet
Upon checkout, we were advised that we would have needed to personally request the serving staff to reflect the 20% discount prior to settling the bill for the hotel's breakfast
Easily accessible to various points in the city -- both walkable and by ride app. Service was outstanding, and the property is clean and well-maintained.
Service is very good, I asked for forks and more toilet paper, they gave me a whole bag of paper with tissue and roll paper.
However, we did not receive the ******* Platinum member 20% benefit on food purchased and charged to the room
The associate at the reception dest claimed that he was not able to apply this discount when we checked out

The room is very nice, clean and the bed is comfy. The staffs are very helpful when we ask questions. They also have a shuttle service to the airport and back
The room is big, clean and feels quite new
We were there for less than a day but transition between airport to hotel was smooth. Airport shuttle was standard. Check-in to the hotel went smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful with our questions
Room was very quiet considering we were right by the airport. Hotel restaurant was pretty much what you would expect for fare and price, again staff was very good and attentive
Another wonderful stay! Steve (the manager) does an amazing job and we had a safe place to leave the car! We'll done and great accommodations! The restaurant down stairs also has some great drink and dining options
It is a 4-minute drive from Logan Base. You can take the airport shuttle for free. There is no breakfast, but you can wash and dry your clothes. The hotel is clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable.

Was here for a corporate function and had a good time but you have to rely on elevators if you are in heels as the spiral staircases are pretty sketchy so plan for that
The room was great, clean and comfortable! Staff was very helpful, and got us dinner reservations when we realized we made a mistake on the ones we made.
I absolutely love staying at the Liberty! I just stayed for the second time and there is nothing like the welcome committee out front and coming up that escalator!! I told the other people in my group that riding up the escalator gives me such joy! Every interaction I’ve had there has been wonderful
We were able to check in two hours early which was great since we were staying after surgery. Bed was very comfortable and location of the hotel couldn't be better is you're having surgery at mass general or mass eye&ear
We were given a gift certificate for this hotel. Lots of places to walk to from here. Where else are you greeted with a glass of proseco upon walking in. The history is amazing as well
The hotel has a very fun atmosphere and at night you don't even need to go anywhere they have entertainment in the lobby. The staff is really great as well

The hotel is in a good location in the city center. There is a large parking lot opposite. There are restaurants and a small supermarket 7-11 around. The breakfast is good enough and the waiter is very enthusiastic.
Convenient transportation, close to Boston Park and Chinatown, within walking distance to Quincy Market, and there are a lot of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient to eat
The hotel service is good, allowing us to check in early, the room bathroom is large, the room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall I am satisfied, and I will choose Home Inn next time I come to Boston
I was staying one night while attending a music performance next door. The hotel was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and easy check in and out. I would definitely recommend it.
Fantastic hotel with the most helpful staff Gina in particular was wonderful and so helpful in making our stay a success after I accidentally booked the wrong type of room
Thanks Gina!! Location is perfect, so close to the Common and walkable almost anywhere. Nice but small gym and chill lobby with a fancy fizzy water machine

The bed was big and the room was clean. I called room service to send two toothbrushes and two pairs of slippers. The first time I waited for three hours, I got a pair of slippers and a toothbrush
What an incredible location! Nestled between the airport and the harbor, the views are absolutely priceless. It’s the perfect escape, offering both convenience and breathtaking scenery
The second time I got a toothbrush and two toothpastes. In the end, I only got one pair of slippers. I was too lazy to call, so I had to take turns wearing them
The service staff were excellent and very helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, offering a great look at the airport and planes taking off and landing
Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, making it ideal for staying before a flight, as it's only 5-10 minutes away from the airport

Very comfortable seat in, in a bar with perfect ambiance
Amazing stay in Boston. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are updated and clean, the health club was top of the line, and the location is very convenient to a lot of our favorite places in Boston.
Had a dancefloor set up and great service for dinner! The food was delicious, though the portions were especially small for the vegetarian and vegan dinner choices
Beautiful property right on the wharf, with impeccably appointed rooms. Staff was professional and attentive. Excellent restaurants and overall outstanding stay.
This hotel has a very good location and a great view. Breakfast is ordered and it is quite satisfactory. The only small regret is that the door lock broke on the last night, which almost delayed my return home, hahahaha
Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were excellent and cleaned to a very high standard. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast each day and the staff were amazing as was the food. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the Wi-Fi did not work on the first day due to a power outage caused by a nearby fire, the rest of the stay was comfortable. The location was great and the room was spacious.
The service is warm and proactive, and I checked in early, which also helped me avoid the fee
Normal all things are appropriate the location is near to Boston common
I stayed here for three nights for a city trip. I was a little nervous about what I would find after reading the reviews. The hotel is on the older side, but it is fine for a city trip
There was cleaning every day and towels were replenished. The shower is the least comfortable. The shower curtain barely holds back water and the jet is hard
This property is well located near public transport, Mass General Hospital, good restaurants and a Whole Foods which we found helpful. Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail are within walking distance

If it's not graduation season, this hotel is not worth the price 😓 The front desk service is quite cold
We came into town to visit friends, some of whom live north of the city and others who live south of the city
Lots of additional amenities but seem to be missing some of the key ones (like breakfast).
Elegant hotel within walking distance of the center. Nice room. Friendly staff.
The hotel is in a good location and the room facilities are comfortable.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was spacious enough for our family of four. We had a gorgeous city view from our room

Juan gave me perfect directions and kept me company while waiting for my jacket with his personal stories of baseball and Texas (I’m from Texas) and topping the list was the KING of helpful, Paul! As soon as I checked in and turned around, he was right there to guide me
I can’t even describe! Felt like a 5 star hotel. The rooms, the employees, but not the prices! Meghan was Uber-helpful in taking care of all our needs. Didn’t matter that I bought through a third party website
We were in the city for a show at the Wang Theater and the location was perfect (2 min walk). As far as Boston hotels go, the price was not crazy for a king room and the room was beautiful
Nice bathroom, nice mini fridge selection, super comfy bed and we were nice so they tried to get us the best king room available and we were placed on the 12th floor with city views
perfect and the staff was so kind and fast to help. If you're looking for dinner close by, I recommend Ostra as well. Food was beyond delicious and again within a 2 min walk

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton
You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced
We booked the Ritz-Carlton last minute and they couldn’t have done Marriott more proud. The check in process was flawless, the baby’s crib was up in the room within minutes, and the room was immaculate
Amazing lounge and very great location, great breakfast
We celebrated our 44th anniversary with an overnight stay in Boston, and for the third year in a row, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston was our top choice—and once again, it did not disappoint
Important to note they are also located close by to the North End and Seaport District (so much to do and see!)

We held a offsite executive meeting at the Le Meridien in Cambridge. Went well! Ashley and Kara took care of every single detail and made the meeting run smoothly without any issues
I thought I would be anxious on the day of, but Ashley went out of her way to make the day special so I didn't even have to worry about the execution of the event. What a delight during what can be a stressful day
very spacious room, lots of space and drawers, staff are super nice and helpful, location is perfect for my MIT and Harvard visits. will definitely stay here again for my future Boston trips
From the first conversation I had with Ashley Sullivan, each fine detail was attended to and addressed with plenty of time and flexibility like a wedding requires. She handled the entire event with such warm hospitality
Rooms are clean and well-appointed, but some are starting to show their age a bit (a leaky tub faucet here, a drooping door handle there, small scuffs on furniture, etc
I had a wonderful stay — the room was very clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and I was really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my visit

The Grab and Go Bistro offered a good selection of breakfast choices, while the quality of dishes served at the Bisuteki (Japanese restaurant) by the lobby has much room for improvement, given the high prices! I also liked that the hotel is sandwiched between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market, with a Blue Bikes dock just a couple mins walk from the lobby, very convenient
I still quite like Courtyard hotels; the facilities are very convenient. It would be perfect if the bathtub in the bathroom were replaced with a shower stall.
Nice hotel with two supermarkets very close by. Public transport is a little inconvenient though with bus stops several minutes away and the T a 20 min walk.
The room was of comfortable size and I particularly appreciated that the room was made up daily. Friendly staff and good service in general
Big room with a wonderful river view. Bathroom ua also very big.
