Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us
Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again
Receptionist presented a warm welcome while receiving us. They responded our enquiry swiftly. Housekeeper are very attentive, too. Facility in room was kept in good condition
It’s an old building, so noise insulation is not that great, particularly for interconnecting rooms - but they let me change to a quieter room
I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin
Air conditioning in room was good and running quietly. All in all, we are satisfied with the room standard and service provided by staff

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable
Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.
Very new, clean and good service. Location excellent because it is connected with the shopping mall and MBTA.
Great location, helpful check-in, easy check-out, clean, good value. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Good location. Staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Great hotel with amazing views of Seaport district. The rooms were extremely comfortable with silky bedding and sheets. The swimming pool is nice, but when there are too many people, you can barely swim an inch
I was given some vouchers I presume as part of the destination fee but as I was attending an event, I did not use them and was not even aware I would be charged for them
The parking garage was convenient and the elevator transported you right to the lobby. Great location for access to shopping, dining, and exploring Boston
The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs
The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States
A great hotel with a great location highly recommended.

Amazing front desk guy when we checked in late on 12/8.  Got all the help I needed.  Location perfect for catching early morning flights.  Can walk over to Terminal A.
It’s very convenient to airport as we just have a transit flight at Boston and need to take a rest. Recommend you if you have to stay close to airport.
Hotel is big so the services are so so. But the room and facilities are great. It is convenient to be right at Logan Airport.
Booked for a business trip. Location was good, all as expected!
Perfect stopover for a late international airport arrival.
Came back at night finding our backpack was put on the bed, we put it in the closet before we left. Bed was not made, only changed the towels

The breakfast was mediocre. However, being in Chinatown, there are plenty of Chinese dining options.
Pool was being renovated and sauna room was not turned on. Good location. Concierge was very helpful. Make sure you have a credit card or you can't check in (even though I prepaid online)
My only complaint, though, is that for a room costing over $2000 a night, they don't provide complimentary bottled water. You either need to be a member or pay an additional $5 per bottle!
Excellent. It's centrally located, making it very convenient for shopping and transportation, and it's also very quiet.
It's a long weekend in Boston, so hotel prices were higher than usual. However, choosing this hotel paid off, as both the ambiance and the room were significantly better
It seems all hotels have carpets, which makes dragging heavy luggage after a long trip particularly cumbersome! This time, I was finally given a room closer to the elevator, and the city-view room I booked offered excellent panoramic views of the city

The service was amazing, everyone was so helpful from check in to check out. My husband dropped his wallet in front of the hotel, with a large amount of cash in it, and the door man turned it in and nothing was missing
I stayed here this weekend for a volleyball tournament. Booked a suite, it was spacious and comfortable for three people. (aside from our 2nd floor view of the alley, it was a nice room)
We got stuck 3 extra days as snow stopped the planes. LOL The entire staff was amazing. Ammonia Gomes was extremely friendly, great at here job. Our room always looked amazing
She went above and beyond for us and I know you all are lucky to have her as one of your staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you all so much for everything
I returned last night and checked in with Ericka, she was absolutely amazing. I asked if the rooms had been updated, and she assured me they had. She was right, I’m officially back in love with this place
I came back to Omni Parker House and, like always, the hotel itself was beautiful, historic, super clean, and the service was excellent. The location is amazing too, you can pretty much walk everywhere

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the views of the river from the rooms are immaculate. The restaurants are very good, and the service and staff at the front desk and restaurant are cordial and attentive
very beautiful and cozy place to stay
Interesting inner courtyard going on with indoor room balconies which are strange but fun. River walk out the back with bunnies galore. had to be dozens, it was scary, cute and amazing
Hotel spot and surround environment qas greatly cleaned and providing good perspectives of view. All staff were kind. Good place that i would like to use once more.
Aside from that, when we finally got to the first floor there was a whole line of hotel guests also waiting but the staff told them they have to wait for the next one because the one was being “reserved” for the wedding guest
Bed is comfortable, room is spacious, tv is massive. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and outdoor area with loungers. Fitness room is off of the swimming pool area

Location The hotel enjoys a prime location, close to the station and city center, with convenient transportation. It is adjacent to Chinatown and shopping streets, and is also close to tourist attractions
Location is great with many restaurants around the hotel. Room is prefect for our stay.
Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable
Great check in process, clean and tasteful guestroom. The customer service was exceptional, both from the front desk and the room service. Food was very good and arrived in less than a half hour
The surroundings are beautiful and offer great views of Boston. Breakfast The breakfast was rich and delicious, simple but high quality, buffet style, everything was fresh
We also went to the art gallery, which was also very comfortable. Service: Very good service attitude Environment: Very clean and sanitary Facilities: Relatively new

My wife was greeted warmly and efficiently by Employee#32(forgive us, we lost her name) and checkout was also well done by Arasia. We attended a wedding and stayed overnight. The room was clean and spacious
A very traditional-style hotel with a spacious room and a large bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay. The location is also great, as it is close to MIT.
I was even able to check in early and the staff was very accommodating to my early arrival. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Boston. Clean, convenient, and very comfortable
always be my first choice for staying in Boston
The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to MIT, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. The hotel environment is great, the facilities are very complete, and the service is good
The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Luogan Airport. The hotel has a very good location, right next to the Red Line subway, making travel very convenient.

Fantastic location, we walked to the children museum from the hotel. Breakfast was great, pool was fun although it is quite skinny and not as warm as I would like
There was someone refilling coffee at our table so we would have felt bad if we didn't leave a tip, but I would rather have just not had to tip anyone and get my own coffee refills since we already paid for included breakfast
My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.
Was very stressful , because we only had a half hour to get ready for the event that was at the hotel that night. We needed to be ready by 5:00 and dint get settled into the new room until 4:30
When we went to our room the bathroom wasn't clean after calling the front desk we went to a different room
Not sure if I would trust going back to the hotel again

Very nice place. Excellent location near the Charles River. Rooms are great as are the views. Parking garage. Good door service. Excellent front desk and beautiful lobby.
Clean rooms, great view, staff extremely friendly, perfect location, beautiful place for the holidays and any day.
This Marriott is in a safe area where jogging and walking is comfortable. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. No major complaints but the pricing is steep and the resort fee is inconvenient
They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades
We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade
Excellent stay at an upscale hotel. Best location near the harbor which is close to the subway, Quincy Market, good restaurants, ferry sytem and Aquarium

The hotel is conveniently located in the Seaport and the service is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. Has a good swimming pool, gym & workout classes.
I stayed here for work for a few nights. I was in town most of the day, but traveling to and from the hotel was easy enough. The convenience of having a restaurant and cafe in the hotel was a huge help
The hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of fresh flowers, and the view of the seaport was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again
Loved the pool , bar and sauna . Great location !
This hotel is a good bargain for a quiet, high quality hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the atmosphere was elegant with a huge display of fresh flowers in the lobby

This hotel was PERFECT for families! They had extra comfy cots and their heated pool was amazing
We booked a standard room with a city view and were pleasantly surprised to see the Charles River. The bed was large enough to accommodate our luggage, and we received a bag of cookies and snacks upon check-in
Everything was excellent. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the metro, which is very convenient. Great hotel overall — the service was top-notch, and the spa was wonderful too. Highly recommend!
So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again
Second time staying here, quite like the vibe of the hotel. By the river side of Boston river, quite quiet during the day, but also a popular gathering place at night and on weekends
Plus they have on site Starbucks and an amazing restaurant- but if that doesnt tickle your fancy the Cheesecake Factory is right across the street including a small mall

The service was pretty good. It gave me a $40 "Food & Breakfast" credit per day. I just didn't expect that I also had to pay an extra $30 "Unban Destination Fee" per day.
Very big room, nice location. I spent two quiet nights there and fell good.
However, this hotel truly gave me a sense of "home" during this challenging transition. Even though my English is not perfect, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating
I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U. credit history and language barriers
Their kindness made a huge difference in my first few weeks in Boston. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome!
Another very decent Hilton. Great location. The front desk and room staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice room. The rollers were very clean. Great views. Parking is on the road side. No valet parking.

What particularly stood out to us was the friendliness of all the staff. Gordon, Ben, Haji, and Nicky were all SO incredibly friendly that they really made a huge difference as to how our vacation felt
The bar is beautiful! Great atmosphere. Shaq, our waiter, is amazing. So funny and warm. Very enjoyable evening. Loved the limited release beer list.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the Public Library and Trinity Church. Newbury Street is just a ten-minute walk away
The location is also spectacular, and gave us a solid home while visiting Boston. We also loved the property dog, Cori, and the decorations for Christmas were gorgeous!
The ambiance is really retro and charming, and the service is very warm and welcoming. The hotel restaurant also makes some excellent cocktails
We stayed for 5 nights, and even after that amount of time, we were very sad to leave

Easily accessible to various points in the city -- both walkable and by ride app. Service was outstanding, and the property is clean and well-maintained.
Upon checkout, we were advised that we would have needed to personally request the serving staff to reflect the 20% discount prior to settling the bill for the hotel's breakfast
Service is very good, I asked for forks and more toilet paper, they gave me a whole bag of paper with tissue and roll paper.
However, we did not receive the ******* Platinum member 20% benefit on food purchased and charged to the room
The associate at the reception dest claimed that he was not able to apply this discount when we checked out
The majority of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thomas specifically went above and beyond for our group. The food and drinks on-site were delicious. The beds were very comfortable

Walking alongside the greenery at the hotel entrance this season, you could smell a faint floral fragrance
There is something for everyone at the buffet, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend The Langham, Boston to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boston
Central location to explore Boston!
Very low value for money hotel. Something collapsed when I entered the room. The front desk changed me to another room. The brand of toiletries is reasonable for the price
I decided to come to Boston for three days on short notice. I didn't want to rent a car, so I had to consider a hotel with a very good location
I considered Langham, Mandarin Oriental, and the Hilton at the airport entrance. I finally chose Langham because Mandarin Oriental was full

We were there for less than a day but transition between airport to hotel was smooth. Airport shuttle was standard. Check-in to the hotel went smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful with our questions
Room was very quiet considering we were right by the airport. Hotel restaurant was pretty much what you would expect for fare and price, again staff was very good and attentive

Was here for a corporate function and had a good time but you have to rely on elevators if you are in heels as the spiral staircases are pretty sketchy so plan for that
The room was great, clean and comfortable! Staff was very helpful, and got us dinner reservations when we realized we made a mistake on the ones we made.
I absolutely love staying at the Liberty! I just stayed for the second time and there is nothing like the welcome committee out front and coming up that escalator!! I told the other people in my group that riding up the escalator gives me such joy! Every interaction I’ve had there has been wonderful
We were able to check in two hours early which was great since we were staying after surgery. Bed was very comfortable and location of the hotel couldn't be better is you're having surgery at mass general or mass eye&ear
We were given a gift certificate for this hotel. Lots of places to walk to from here. Where else are you greeted with a glass of proseco upon walking in. The history is amazing as well

Four Seasons Boston was the most satisfying hotel in Boston during our trip. It has elegant decoration and a magical room with unlimited meals for children. Except for the high room rate, everything else received 5 stars
I have stayed here several times. I prefer the old Four Seasons to the new Four Seasons. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and there is a girl at the front desk who can speak Chinese, which is great
It is one of the few hotels in the United States with such a strong sense of service. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, parks and other places within walking distance
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. The service staff is very friendly and professional
The front office team & customer experience team was cooperative and supportive, even for last minute requests.
