great location, nice room. we have stayed during the New Year night, they had party which made the busy of Lifts traffic without notice the hotel guest.

We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !...

The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. The hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

Had a great day with my family at the Omni Parker House! This is where the Boston cream pie was invented and created! Convenient hotel, efficient check-in, had an excellent and quiet sleep between 2 flights. Even possible to walk from the international terminal E (all covered walkways). Took the free hotel shuttle in the morning.

Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to MIT, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. The hotel environment is great, the facilities are very complete, and the service is good. The only downsides are the limited breakfast options and the lack of free drinking water, which is a bit inconvenient. But overall, it's a good choice.

The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Luogan Airport. The hotel has a very good location, right next to the Red Line subway, making travel very convenient.

My college-aged son stayed here during a trip to Boston and said it was a great, clean hotel.

The rooms were fine. Staff was available if needed and did accommodate us but there is a fee for every little thing, 120 for parking is a little high. the walls are thin and you can hear everything. It’s no different than staying at a less expensive resort. Otherwise the resort is clean and fine

When we went to our room the bathroom wasn't clean after calling the front desk we went to a different room . Was very stressful , because we only had a half hour to get ready for the event that was at the hotel that night. We needed to be ready by 5:00 and dint get settled into the new room until 4:30. Not sure if I would trust going back to the hotel again.

This is a very reliable hotel. Although rooms are not particularly special in terms of their hard products, they do a great job adding a sophisticated touch. Also, food at Henrietta’s table is very delicious with a lot of local ingredients used.

This is the first time I've encountered a hotel booking through Ctrip that I couldn't check in. The hotel refused to check me in because they couldn't settle the charges with Ctrip. I waited for over an hour with my child and missed dinner, with no compensation.
