I checked in on July 5th. I wrote an email to their email on 26/6, saying that I hope they will arrange decoration or send me a lion doll. However, they didn't reply to my five emails in a week. Finally, I contacted Ctrip's customer service, who contacted them and gave me a new email address, but still no reply😊
On the night of check-in, I asked them for a customized room card (the front desk promised to send it to us at night when I checked in). The person on the other end asked me to wait, but he disappeared and didn't reply to my message. He asked me to ask again before replying me. He replied: Go to the front desk to find the manager.
The attitude is really bad.
The breakfast is also not good. It is the worst breakfast I have ever had in so many Ritz hotels. It is not a buffet but a meal. The room rate includes breakfast. After that, everyone can order food within 36 US dollars in the restaurant, but it is not good.
The only thing worth praising about the whole thing is Ctrip, which has been helping me connect with the hotel. I will never stay in this hotel again.
The service is hard to describe, very bad, I have never seen such inadequate service in the Ritz, no enthusiasm, no smile, cold face throughout the whole process, even the shower gel and shampoo provided can be misplaced, two bottles of shower gel but no shampoo, I called and waited for a long time before it was delivered
No greetings, no hello, and the hotel seems to be holding activities every day, the tiny lobby is crowded with people
I feel what it means to be wronged after staying here once
