It is extremely run down. Parking is $80. The staff, however, is stellar.

I am writing this as a warning to others: do not stay here. Our 5-night trip to NYC was ruined by the unsanitary conditions of this hotel.
1. Health Concerns: The room was extremely dusty, which caused us to get sick during our stay. I am currently dealing with persistent itchy skin and respiratory issues directly related to the room’s condition.
2. Contaminated Water: On the 3rd night, the sink began running brown water. We alerted staff, and they promised an engineer would look at it. However, it was never fixed. We returned to find no notice of work, and the water was still brown the following morning.
3. Unacceptable Resolution: Operating a hotel without clean, usable water is a major health code violation. Despite this, management has been incredibly difficult, offering only a 35% refund through my credit card company. A partial refund is insulting when the property provides contaminated water and a room that makes guests ill.

This was our second time staying at the hotel, and the staff remembered us upon arrival

Great location and great place to stay. Everyone was professional and the rooms were clean

Staff was attentive, room was clean and comfortable. Did not notice any amenities aside from a rather bogus Nespresso machine. Felice restaurant was a delight. Not sure what the extra $35 destination fee was about unless it was imposed by the city or state or feds.

Great location and nicely appointed rooms. The elevators were often slow or not functioning well, but overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Great downtown location, friendly staff in hotel and bar/restaurant. Quiet room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.

Reliable and decent, but not as good as the burrito place across the street

Stopped by for lunch with a co-worker. The food was really good, as was the service from the employees. The only problem I saw was the lack of seating. Very small and cramped, lack of space between tables and chairs made for an uncomfortable experience. This location is great for takeout, but not dine in.

This is my last Chipotle visit. Been eating their food for years, usually order the same thing...chicken burrito bowl. It used to be $8 and change then suddenly today it was $12? Same food, same quality, same portion. No thanks, not for fast food.

Overpriced for the food you get. The staff is very friendly and the service overall was excellent. The food is ok, just not that great to be priced at this level. The place is a bit too packed for my taste there was like 6" on each side between our table and the next. With these prices they don't need to squeeze that extra table in

Have eaten at this location a couple of times. Service is very good, and the ambiance is nice (not too loud, well lit, etc). Most recently had the burger au cheval (with a fried egg and melted Swiss) which was excellent. Fries are always great here. A very nice spot for business or just any time you need a nice meal! Price is not cheap but decent value for Manhattan.

Service was fast, employees were very nice but their name tags need to be updated. I had to get close to Victor my cashier to see his name which was smudged out. He even had to assure me that I read his name correctly.

Every time I come in at 4:30 there’s no food being served cash registers off but have customers inside eating, sleeping or just simply sitting down in the dining areas.. and I once had a employee tell me they weren’t open but yet the doors were open people were inside and there were employees working and it says open 24 hour on the sign outside and online.. the false advertising has to stop.. and I will be calling corporate

One major letdown is that the upstairs section has been closed on two occasions, although it was later in the night they have no excuse, this city is about getting to the top not being on the same level. Another letdown, that was more apparent when looking for seating was the poor job of anyone who oversees the cleanliness aspect. Again, this city has a lot of people and although it's McDonald's you should expect a little more than it looking like a zoo. Three stars for the time, food, and hours.

This place can sometimes get very busy and overcrowded. Nevertheless, they great customer service here. Orders are taking quickly and efficiently. Facilities are well maintained.

Great burgers, for fast food. Be careful ordering. They only seem to serve meals. Ordered JUST a burger and got unwanted fries too. Also charges deposit on water bottles.
