The room was okay. Somebody was play music all day even in the middle of the night when they decided to turn the music. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the small body wash didn’t last my whole trip. Had to go to the front desk to pick the body wash. They didn’t have anyone to bring it up

Place was fine over all, but check in isn't until 4. They'll let you in early for a $35 fee which I opted for but then was told I'd have to wait 10 mins so we just ended up waiting until after 4. The bed pillows are absolutely horrible so bring your own

The staff were welcoming upon our arrival and check-in was quick. We found our room spotless and appreciated the complimentary gifts such as the water bottles and the toiletries. The only issue with the room was the malfunctioning steam iron. Beyond that, the elevator would take considerable time to make it to the 5th floor.
All in all, though, it was a great place for the price point—good night’s sleep in a spotless room.

Room was okay. The front door was not noise proof at all and could hear everything happening in the hallways, especially slamming doors. Bathroom sliding door was difficult to open and close and the handle almost broke. Curtains in our room were not sliding well. No peep hole in our front door to check out the door, especially who is knocking. Also, it is courtesy for front desk staff not to announce room numbers in a busy environment to keep guests safe. Overall, staff was very kind.

our stay here was great, it was only for one night, for a concert at Barclay center. The front desk agent was amazing, super friendly, talkative, knowledgeable. He was awesome. Just wish there were some nice restaurants in walking distance but overall, would def stay there again.

I used this hotel as my last night's accommodation in New York. It's a bit far from Manhattan, but it's convenient to the airport, and it has its own free parking, which was great. The hotel itself was very clean, and I highly recommend it among the hotels I've stayed at in New York.

DAMN! Oh my damn....

I usually hate pies and would never even think to try finding a pie place but this place has made me a believer. I need more, as I'm writing this all I can think about is pie. You don't need to read any reviews about this pie place, just come in and get some!!

But if you insist, I sampled the salty honey, salted caramel apple, and matcha custard. Each one was freaking outrageous, although the salted honey was just a little above the others. Regardless I can eat all three for the rest of my life.

Great Stumptown coffee. Really nice people working here, never a non-smiling face to greet you. Of course, they are known for their pies, but they also have many other baked goods from homemade granola bars to scones and muffins. Wifi is free and there is usually room to post up for a bit. But, be sure to tip them if you plan on staying! Don't be rude :)

Can’t say that I am big into culinary, but I don’t think you must be one in order to appreciate the pie made here. It taste amazing and I took the whole last pie with me… I believe it sat everything! There were 2 that I tasted: The Honey and the green tea pie. The first was amazing, I mean really something special; the green tea pie was good, but I don’t think I will try it again.

The black bottom oat and some of their other more unique pies are very special. It's also worth trying their other pastries that they make. Only complaint would be the prices are very high.

You may think that this place is only good for their pies (or you may not, I don't know your life), but this is one of the few friendly coffeehouses that has bottomless coffee. Yes, that means free refills. And, if you order a savory pastry before you order a slice of salted honey pie, then you've had a full meal! Just tell yourself that, but only yourself, lest someone try to contradict you.
