I must say the location is ideal as within walking minutes to subway and airport bus. Generally ok with hotel service standards, recommended for short stays in NYC.

The location is really convenient! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The subway is right around the corner, with multiple lines accessible. Times Square is also just a few hundred meters away. However, I'm not sure why they charged a $20 deposit that was never refunded.

Stayed here many times and it’s a great hotel in a fantastic location. Ran into an extremely rude front desk staff member though who kept hanging up on my calls to the front desk. I understand it gets busy but no response for over an hour is a safety issue.

Super convenient location because we were in the city mainly for a Broadway show just two blocks away, and proximity to the Port Authority bus stop was also a huge plus. Only question mark would be how housekeeping didn’t come in to clear our garbage even though we were there for two nights and having it piled up wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise everything was perfect including the front desk, bell men, super friendly and they even gave us a room before check in time which was a plus given how we had traveled overseas and arrived at an odd hour 👍🏻

I enjoyed my time here with Element. The breakfast is really good, clean spacious rooms and great hospitality. I Like that the rooms have hard surface floors and not carpet higher standard for cleanliness. Bathrooms are upgraded and tons more room than some other places we have stayed here. One out of three elevators is being renovated so prepare or plan for those time adjustments. I’d recommend them! Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Marriott. As a Platinum Elite member I travel frequently and am very loyal to the Marriott brand, but this stay was completely sub par. For a 40 story building they only had 1 or 2 elevators working all weekend so I had to take the stairs unless I wanted to wait 20 plus minutes for an elevator and this wasn't just during peak times like they warned me when I checked in. I did not consistently have hot water in the shower throughout the stay too. The worst part about it is I used one of my upgrades too. So disappointed!

I recently stayed at the Westin but found myself preferring the Element New York Times Square West over other options in Manhattan. A big part of that experience was thanks to the exceptional service from the receptionist, Annjelita. From check-in to check-out, she ensured everything went smoothly and made my trip stress-free. Every request I had was handled effortlessly by the staff to include Marthina, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely be returning for another stay in the future!

It's alright for the most part. Seems to be popular as a take out place more than a sit down. I recommend their Korean fried chicken if you did not ever try it. Otherwise it's the taste that took the city by storm.

Great chicken. The service is quick at this location I've been to two other locations and this was the fastest I've received food. The seasoned fries are good as well. They have happy hour mon-sun from 12-7.

The use white meat for their chicken strips and the food is so, so, so good! They make bibimbap really well too! They used to be open on Thanksgiving, but for the past 2 years, have been closed, which is a shame, as this was our 'Thanksgiving dinner' restaurant (we are visitors from Canada). Thus, we've had to reschedule our New York eating schedule to fit Bon Chon in! Yes, their food is that good! Highly, highly recommend!

Food is great, but the service needs work. We ordered and they ended up forgetting to put in one of our orders... their wings were also super small...10 pieces was not enough for 2 ppl. But the chicken is otherwise awesome! Soy garlic ftw!

Korean fried chicken is the bomb! Seriously, go, you'll love it. If you don't love it, your tastebuds are dead. Normally, I'd be all over the wings, but the husband isn't a wing guy, so we did the tenders. Half ginger soy, half spicy. Let's just say that spicy is an understatement. We'll go again if we are near one....please bring one to Boston. Oh, the staff, they were all great, tip them well!
