Great location - but for the price the condition of the room was appalling. Wallpaper peeling, broken window hinge, outdated TV, very stuffy room.

Our room had a funky, dusty smell, and the smoke detector light kept flashing all night, which made it hard to sleep. Overall, it’s a great location with a lot of personality, but the rooms could use some attention.

This was a quaint hotel in a very convenient location, with subways nearby and a short walk to Greenwich Village, Soho, and other areas. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The lounge area was welcoming, and we enjoyed Happy Hour there. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was pleasant. The other guests seemed friendly as well, giving the hotel a hip, fun vibe.

It was the perfect Mom/Daughter trip! Location is perfect for shopping, eating, walking- sight seeing! Atmosphere was perfect.

Over one dozen rooms for a wedding weekend One guest’s room was 60 degrees and all they offered was a space heater in a room the size of a matchbox. Bathrooms are tiny. If boutique hotels are what one wants, I guess The Walker is ok. The front desk staff were pleasant. Have stayed at better in NYC

ate a dinner there, pricey. Room was quiet but tiny. If you are a couple there's no room to put your suitcase. Very tight for 2 people, fine for one. Music in lobby in evening was a nice touch. Bagel shop 3 minutes away around corner. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Breakfast available at NYC prices. Great location, one block from major cross street, subway and bus. Staff courteous. All good except the exorbitant rate. A one time treat.

We’ll be back!
We had a great stay! Property was in great condition and very clean, service was warm and friendly and speedy - from Front Desk to Restaurant to Housekeeping to Valet/Bellhop, etc. - and we had everything we needed. Rooms are tight, but it’s NYC

Love, love, loved stay! I had the best time here. Easy access to the subway and good central location to get around NYC. The staff was no nice and friendly. Since I was traveling solo for work it was nice to have some friendly staff to chat with. Amazing food at the restaurant, great cocktails at the speakeasy and great cafe/coffee options in the lobby. Not to mention a gorgeous rooftop. Rooms are a bit small, but nothing out of the ordinary for NYC. They bed was super comfortable. I'll be back!

I stayed here 9/21-9/24 in room 1306. I left feeling disappointed after having very high expectations. Upon checking into the room it felt humid and the bedding had a weird damp feeling to it. I didn’t have problems with AC as the room did get cold but beware the AC unit is loud if that bothers you. Street noise gets drowned out by AC so that could be a plus. I think the damp bedding has something to do with the AC plus poor ventilation. Room wise, they are small but for 1 person it wasn’t a huge problem for me. Room could use some updating, the wall paper is peeling in large areas, carpet could be replaced and curtains are a little dingy. The bathroom was nice I loved the CO Bigelow products in there. Bathroom and shower were both clean. The shower pressure is definitely strong so beware when you turn it on but water gets super hot which I appreciate. The hallways are in need of some update as they are dark and old feeling (not the cute vintage way) and gives the feeling of old motel versus 4 star hotel. The lobby is very nice and you can tell that it has been updated unlike some of the rooms. The minimal interactions with staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is everything, you could walk to a million cafes, restaurants, shops and more. So if that’s important I’d stay here if there was a good deal but paying $550-650 a night for such an uncomfortable damp bed makes me question that decision. If you want to stay in the Greenwich village area I’d try the Marlton Hotel, stayed there and never been disappointed. I would not come back here unless some updates are done to rooms. I’d be curious about their Tribeca location as it seems to be more updated.

Cute spot for brunch in a bright and airy setting. The food is fresh and simple but really flavoursome. There’s even a separate kids menu and children seemed welcome.
There were plenty of staff too, all of whom were attentive and friendly.

I've been wanting to try Rosemary's for so long and I'm so glad I finally did.
The space is gorgeous! Airy & beautifully lit, this place is decor goals.
The staff are patient, friendly, and know how to do their jobs well!
The food however did not wow me. Everything was good but nothing stood out as great food.
I would go back here just to sit in their open garden and probably get just coffee.

This place is amazing! The food is fantastic and the service is great... Perfect place to stop for lunch in a busy day, to go in a date, for a romantic night, for brunch with the family. Did I told you guys about the food? Was amazing

This spot was on my list of "starred" places for a while, and I'm so glad we finally got to go there while visiting NYC. The space is airy and beautiful and makes you feel at home. We went there on a weekday lunch and got a lunch menu for $28 ($35 with wine) which includes salad + entre + desert. All dishes were delicious, flavorful, made with natural ingredients, and portions were bigger than expected. It definitely deserves to be in the list of my favorite NY restaurants.
