I first went to this hotel May 2025 for my daughters college graduation. I loved it so much that I booked it again for my stay April 2026. Place did not disappoint. I had arrived 20 minutes before formal check in. I was feeling a bit faint from not having eaten anything all day. Front desk staff said it would be 15-20 minutes to finish up my room. In the meantime they set me up in a small living room area off lobby and had a waitress come over from the restaurant within minutes to take my order. My room was on the top floor, with a king bed and they brought in a small bed brought in for my daughter who was visiting me. What makes this place stand out is the service is impeccable, food delicious and I love the quiet elegance of the property. Also great location in SOHO with world class shopping, coffee shops and dining at your finger tips.

Really excellent hotel, surpassed my expectations. Rooms are fantatic, bathrooms excellent. The 5pm cocktail service a nice touch. Minor grumbles: gym equipped by someone who doesn't know gyms. Bar snack menu is rather limited.

Worked there for a year. Was sexually harassed and bullied by a coworker multiple times. He would say things like “the reason Jews have a lot of children is to repopulate after the Holocaust.” After reporting this among other things multiple times to HR nothing got done. I no longer work there but do still have nightmares and anxiety as a result.

A lovely hotel in an amazing location with really comfy beds. The staff here are such genuinely nice people - A shout out to the guys on reception. The star of the show is most definitely 'Joseph' the doorman / welcome greeter of the hotel. A genuinely kind, friendly man who is always a pleasure to speak to and a huge asset for the hotel. First impressions always count and this gent sets the precedent for quality friendly service in a city which is not always so friendly! Will most definitely return, a great stay!

This is my first review on TripAdvisor, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to start. Cleanliness (5/5) The hotel was exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and cared for. Very nice furnitures and bed. Location (5/5) If you want to stay in SoHo, this is simply the best possible location. You’re surrounded by fantastic breakfast spots, lunch options, and great restaurants for dinner - and there’s something for every budget. You truly can’t ask for better positioning. Service (5/5) The service level was the best I have ever experienced (and I’ve stayed at my fair share of 5* properties). From the doormen recognizing you by name, to reception, to the concierge - every single touchpoint felt personal and thoughtful. The attention to detail for both me and my family was exceptional. I’ve stayed in many 5-star properties - most recently the Ritz-Carlton NoMad and The Fifth Avenue Hotel here in New York - and the service here (Crosby Street) was on another level. Value for Money (5/5) It’s an expensive place to stay - no doubt about it. But you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of location, service, and overall experience. Sleep Quality (5/5) The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Coming directly from another 5-star property, the difference was noticeable. I slept with one of our children and my wife slept with the other, and we were all impressed by both the comfort of the beds and the quietness of the rooms. We slept extremely well. Rooms (5/5) If there’s one area where there’s minor room for improvement, it would be some of the interior details. You can see that certain elements, like the doors and some amenities, are a bit dated. The same goes for some of the furniture (e.g., the table in the room). I would consider updating some of the smaller details such as soaps, shampoo, power outlets, and especially the hairdryer (which felt quite old and outdated). When I mention the doors, it’s simply that from the inside they reflect that they are likely 10+ years old. They were absolutely not a problem for us - but if anything were to be refreshed, this would be the place to start.

Incredibly well-run hotel. We were celebrating our daughter’s 16th bday and booked two adjoining rooms on a top floor. The rooms (and the entire hotel) were designed beautifully. The staff was something else.. they were always there, but not there, if you can understand that. Always helpful, super friendly, we never felt like we were in a snobby hotel. Housekeeping was something else, we were always amazed at how impeccable our rooms looked when we got back every night. Our floor had many security cameras, which made us feel safe. The hotel is also located in a great area of Soho -walking distance from great restaurants, shops, and the subway. The Crosby has become our go-to place to stay when visiting NYC.

We went to the Crosby Street Hotel for Sunday brunch. We have been there before and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This time did not disappoint. Our server was Roberto and he provided us with top notch service and a delicious brunch. We met the concierge, Thomas, after brunch and he provided us with lots of options of things to do and places to explore while we were in the area. We are looking forward to our next time in NYC and the Crosby Street Hotel

I made a late brunch reservation for Sunday June 22 for a party of four. The team went out of their way to get us a reservation. We had a wonderful brunch. My friends said the Eggs Benedict Royale were the best they ever had! Special thanks to manager Adrien, our server Roberto, Bruce behind the bar and Tom at the Concierge desk who gave us wonderful recommendations for Chinatown and Little Italy so we could give our friends a great experience.

Wonderful! Very clean and well located. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Walkable neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bed and good amenities. Stayed 3 nights in a Luxury Deluxe 5th floor; lots of room.

A really disappointing stay. Customer service let it down, though some staff really lovely. 2 stars for the decor, also lovely as you'd expect and location. I booked for 4 nights with my daughter on our way from LA back to London. Well, I thought I booked and planned for 4 nights. I initially needed to change our dates from the Sunday-Thursday and emailed the hotel to switch our dates to a day later Mon- Fri. I made sure to spell it all out, so no confusion (day/month mixup etc). They got back to me straight away and said no worries we have you booked in for the Monday-Friday now instead. Amazing! But I didn't check the reconfirmation email! Always check! My big mistake. Lesson now learned. I didn't think any need (other big mistake). So we arrived after a long travel day and a 430am start, slightly delirious. The person behind the desk "so we have you booked in for 3 nights until Thursday". Wait, what? I was so tired I forgot about the emails and just thought maybe I stuffed up when booking. (It’s happened) They very sweetly said they had no rooms at all for the Thursday night so we couldn't extend. but to check back the next day as things change all the time! So tired we thought we'd sort it the next day. The weird thing was when I looked online to see if rooms available, there were. Go figure. So I booked a Deluxe Room Top Floor - I had a stroke 8 years ago so have some noise-sensitivity and wanted to be as far from the street as possible. My daughter booked a Deluxe Room. It was on the 6th floor, mine on the 8th and no difference with noise. My advice, don't bother paying the extra 300 - my daughter's room was much bigger and nicer, with a much nicer, bigger bathroom, my room was tiny. I thought mine would be nicer or at least the same as I paid more. Wrong! While her room was opposite the 2 main elevators, not so great, mine was right beside the service elevator, really bad. When I said something later, the person behind the desk said yes but it doesn't ding so it's considered quiet. But people constantly back and forth outside the room, it's not quiet! I think these rooms should be 300 less, not more.A waste of money in my opinion. The next day we checked to see if we could extend. When I mentioned the mix-up with dates but how I'd also made the mistake not checking the reconfirmation email, they didn't even apologise. Yes I know I made a mistake but the correct details were given in their reply to me, so I just assumed and they made the mistake when they changed it. They tapped at the computer trying to find a room for ages. I said I'd be happy to upgrade, was a suite available etc but they shook their head. Weird again, because online there were rooms and suites available. I went all the way through to the payment page to double-check. Silly of me not to say something but I thought maybe something changed etc and I was a little in shock. Were they saving those rooms for other people?? They then went into the back room to check and came ou

Shockingly expensive ($17) Bloody Mary and the fried chicken of the chicken and waffle was raw near the bone. When I pointed this out, our server looked confused, and finally asked "so, you want another one?"

The BMC burger is a must try! The service was great too. I've been here twice, & tried the black bean veggie burger the first time, which I must admit also happened to be very good. However, the BMC burger takes the cake. Their cocktails are great & you can also get wine by the glass or by the bottle! I had their pinot noir the first time. The hemingway daiquiri was my go to cocktail here & it did not dissapoint so try it!

Impressed by the decor when we first got in, and the highlight of this review is the decor. Had a reservation and still had to wait. They seated us at the worst table in the house. They brought menus and left us for 15 minutes. We had to ask for our own water and they immediately asked if we were ready to order and hasn't even set the table up. Food was pretty good, a little salty. Worst part of the night was the manager. Kept walking the floor giving nasty looks making it extremely uncomfortable for our dining experience. Okay place, don't plan on coming back.

Supremely genuine and friendly staff. Hayden kills it front-of-house. Folks out back have decorum and are totally honest and unpushy around product.

Boyfriend loves the clothes here - laid back style but real good quality. I always order a coffee and sit in their garden. I also! Always bring visiting friends here for coffee, because it's such a perfect New York spot.

Great brand and shop, decent surf vibe. Be sure to grab a coffee at the coffee bar and sit outside in the patio.
