All was perfect, as usual. Always coming back here for business trips to New York.

This hotel is in a great location but would not recommend and not going back.
Rooms on the top floors are very noisy from the club on the weekends. We had to switch rooms due to this.
Rooms are not clean. Dust and dirt in the corners and found a small blood stain on the white bed sheets.
My biggest complaint about this hotel was being charged for an item that was never taken from the mini bar in the room. They originally told us that someone ordered a bottle of champagne to the room and then told us someone used a bottle of tequila when we were charged $100+ on the final bill.
Basically being called a liar from the assistant manager was very disappointing.
The front desk staff were all amazing! They were all very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Quite a nice rooftop restaurant/bar, great service, really good drinks and the dry burger was top notch too. Was here for happy hour and didn't expect much, but the place definitely delivered.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in in the city. The staff are very friendly and delightful and the room was perfect. I am so pleased with my stay that this is the first Review I have ever written about a hotel. Can't say enough good things about this place. Great location, great place and great people.

Hotel room average but clean. Two issues here
We were woken up at 3 am either people visiting the roof top bar or unruly guests, who thought it would be funny go bang on everyones door at 3 am
wheres the security? who's monitoring this for such a upscale hotel?
Mainly, my biggest disappointment was when the hotel staff refused to call us a cab upon check out??? With luggage ??I was in disbelief and shocked quit frankly, unfortunately we wont be returning to this hotel again for these reasons......

Awesome Hotel. We had an amazing stay. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists. The only problem was, that there was some sort of party below our room each night (in the hotel bar I believe) which made falling asleep a bit harder.

This used to be a nice chic hotel. A calm and relaxing place a few years ago. However, the bar that used to belong to the hotel has now become a separate entity and they have a loud disco with a loud and rude ambiance. It completely ruins your experience as a guest, the lobby is adjacent to this loud bar. I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a quiet distinguished hotel

Location is great. As is the size of the room. Staff is nice too. However, everything looks and feels really worn - missing paint, chips and dents in furniture and mirrors. The sofa is missing buttons. Drapes have a cigarette holes. The bathroom faucets (sink and shower) are cheap and industrial - not what you'd expect to find in a nice hotel. The pot the coffee comes in EVERY morning is busted, the handle is so loose you can't pour the coffee with it. Most of this forgiven if it weren't for the price. For how much the rooms cost they better feel nice too.

This is a great boutique hotel with decent sized and clean rooms with beautiful bathrooms, in a hip area for a fantastic price. Upon arrival I immediately had my bags taken care of and brought up to my room which is a huge bonus. The robes in the bathroom are also incredibly soft and comfortable.
However, the room service is a bit lacking for the price (the hanger steak was tasteless, but the garlic potatoes were phenomenal), and upon check-out the lady charged my credit card despite me informing her that I wished to pay with cash.
If SIXTY had more professional staff and better food, I would have given it five stars without a doubt - as it stands, I hope they will have improved their service for my next stay.

Always a great time at Cipriani, always lively. Great service. Sometimes the crowd can be a bit "stuffy", but sometimes you'll pump into celebrity. Food is consistently great, especially their pasta dishes. And when in Cipriani you must try their signature drink Bellini. Cipriani is pricey, but I think that the experience is worth it.

Horrible service, food was disgusting, the manager was completely useless and rude. I will never come back here and I do not recommend anyone to come to this place. It is a poor excuse of a restaurant and there are many other much better choices to go to in the area.

Ok so.... me and my fiancé go to get dinner on nov 26,2017.... the waiter messes up on my order and comes to me and says I heard what you said this is what you ordered, I advised I’m allergic and I’d never order that knowing I’m allergic , persisted to tell me I was wrong and after telling me they cant fix me something he brings me plain pasta which was requested and charged me for both dishes.... I was disgusted by simple pasta as well it was undercooked and my stomach was in pain for the rest of the night. A table next to me advised the chicken he got was dry ... the host/manager approached his VERY nasty and as the customer was advising about the food he told him to speak up ... his behavior was VERY unprofessional, he stormed away not coming back did Nothing for either of us as a manager .... both of us asked for the check the same time just to leave ...... THEN a party behind us didn’t get service for 30 min and walked up to leave advising that the service was awful to the host /manger ...... I heard the Wall Street location was great ...... this however was a joke ........ I paid for the food I didn’t eat and went on with my night .... should be ashamed

A fantastic atmosphere and the Watermelon Margerita was delicious! Although, I got eaten up by mosquitos and spent the rest of my time in NYC covered in horrible bug bites. I recommend bringing bug spray.

Got there and was told a 30 minute wait so I entertained myself at the bar. OVER AN HOUR LATER, I ask the hostess what's going on. There has been TWO PAGES of names sat before me. She says "some seatings are for three or four, we're waiting to seat you for two". I challenge that there are many parties of twos that have been sat before me. The problem is no one has control of the tables, bar patrons will sit as soon as a table is open with no respect for those that play by the rules. Terrible management, insincere employees, trashy bathrooms, ...this place sucks. Stay away if you actually want to enjoy dinner.

Fun place on a nice day. The watermelon frozen margarita is very good. Despite how packed the place was, the bartenders were very attentive and made getting a drink easy.

They went out of their way to help my sister who uses a walker. Lovely people. Great space to hear music. BETTY brought humour and wisdom to a holiday evening of great music.

Incredible ambiance and great music, however the food is way overpriced and took over an hour to get. I spent over an hour waiting for a flatbread. When I asked my server to speak to a manager the gentleman who spoke to me wreaked of booze and was completely obnoxious to us. The venue is a beautiful place and deserves a 5 star rating, but after the way the manager treated us I will never return.

Great service meets a generous wine list and a cheering crowd in this relaxed restaurant-venue. Go here for the specials. Our server Michelle was great and hopefully will make it big in NYC.

We went here for our anniversary and are so glad we chose this place. The ambiance/view was perfect, food was great, and service was excellent. Our server, Laura was so friendly and on top of everything- and we were constantly checked on by other restaurant staff as well. Don't believe the other reviews that complain about bad service !
