I love this hotel - quiet, comfortable and quaint. I love the port hole windows. Location is also wonderful.
Compared to other hotels, the front desk where you check in could use a glow-up but the staff definitely still shine.
Location of this hotel is excellent for getting around, and walkable to so much.
We were very happy with the location, the staff and the hotel in general. Everyone at the hotel from the doormen to the desk and maintenance were friendly and helpful. The architecture was cool. The morning continental breakfast was very good too. Would return
Shower in room was the type without a door, which is not my favorite, but just a small gripe. Location could not be better, with access to A, C, E lines on the corner at a 2 minute walk. Food next door was superb.
Staff was great, helpful, and kind to help us all the way. Especially the person at the door with whom I had a very personal and meaningful conversation.
Fireplace in the lobby, next level spot for your socials.
Breakfast is not really my thing. European taste (even Australian one) is very different from local US ones. It's good to have, but around, there are always options.
