Philadelphia, guest entrance at, 1201 Market Street, 1200 Filbert St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent hotel at Philly Downtown within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants
Excellent location with great facilities and service, highly recommended!
Room was nice and neat. Very spacious. Location was great. The only downside is that they don’t have free WiFi, which is kinda disappointing in this generation.
hotel is in a good position. the rooms could use some revamping.
Good thing we only stayed for two nights, and when I complained about the room noise situation, the only answer that was provided to me from the front desk was that I should've asked for a quieter room when I first checked in? Like really
The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant

One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that
The National Certificate Office is right outside the door, the room is large and the facilities are good
Excellent experience, highly recommend staying here
The location is very good, you can directly see the musical fountain⛲️. The room is large, the bed is big, comfortable and clean🏨
Walking distance to many places you will want to visit in Philadelphia. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and updated. The front desk was very nice and accommodating
The location was perfect- right near many restaurants, shopping areas, and bars. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The gym, wet sauna, and dry sauna are included with your stay

Room is clean and location is great
Good location for visiting most attractions. Clean, comfortable rooms. Onsite marketplace is handy for basic breakfast and snacks.
They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to
All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back
Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake
I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast

You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite
Stayed here while in the city for courses. Wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, clean and safe. The hotel was fantastic and located very conveniently for us
I really enjoyed the hotel. I thought the mix between historical and modern is really well done. I
The hotel is in a good location, with complete facilities and warm and thoughtful service. The decoration is a bit old. Due to the off-season, the breakfast variety is not rich enough
I also appreciated the complimentary amenities, which included a well-stocked mini-bar and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and high-quality toiletries. One of the standout features of the Ritz Carlton is its staff
My stay on the 30th floor was a highlight, offering panoramic views that left me breathless. The sight of the bustling city below, with its iconic skyline, was a constant reminder of how vibrant Philadelphia is

5 ⭐️I only stayed 1 night, and it was really good. The front desk was super friendly. Multiple places to grab snacks/drinks or a meal/drink at the lounge
Good value for the money but no hot water in the bathroom
Great hotel, with shuttle to airport every 30'. Excellent service, my flight got cancelled last minute at 5am and they allowed me to come back to the hotel and use the room until checkout time
There is free transfer from the airport, but it's very inconvenient to order it unless you have an American sim card (you can order it only by calling the hotel, not possible to do it advance just when you got your luggage) No free parking at the premises
Don't hesitate! It is very nice. The pantry option is well worth the 24 hour convenience store free options of drinks, great coffee machine, cereal and milk, sodas chips, chewy bars and ice creams
Great shuttle service, clean hotel and quick check-in. Would come back. great beds.

Philadelphia, 1628 Chestnut St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.
The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit
Good for short trips and business travelers
Late check in, we got there at 3 but we wait an hour for our room. Staff not in a good attitude.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional
Great location, close to shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small but very clean. There's free water and coffee in the lobby. It's a shame the hotel doesn't offer breakfast

Kimpton HOTEL MONACO PHILADELPHIA by IHG, Philadelphia1 / 30

Philadelphia, 433 Chestnut St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I returned at midnight Saturday and want to have a drink before going to bed, but $10 access to a drink is too stupid for me. I hope management will read my review and cope that strange access fee to the bar
Our room was not ready until 5:20pm (check in is at 3pm). When we got to the room, it looked dirty and there was no toilet paper. We were tired and had to wait in the lobby
Staff was fantastic, room was beautiful with the best bath imaginable. Great location - will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia.
Excellent stay. Quite, comfortable. Worth the price. The area is great. Would stay here anytime.
We found someone after checking in, but not good to have two older folks have to lug their bags around
This location was impeccable! We had a wonderful stay…this was also our early anniversary present for ourselves, and Kimpton spoiled us with a custom framed photo with our love song printed inside, yummy treats, and a complimentary bottle of wine! Wow! We are lucky! Highly recommend this stay! Thank you Hotel Monaco!

So far the stay is great. The front desk attendants are quick and polite. The location is pretty close to a few good places to eat and in a good neighborhood. Rooms are clean and the service is great.
It's very convenient to take a taxi
It's a pretty good experience. The location, facilities, services, etc. are all pretty good.
The hotel is in a good location, with many restaurants and a Walmart around. The room is OK, there is no electric kettle and slippers. But the facilities are old, it should be an old hotel
I got in earlier than I expected and several hours before check-in. It was very cold out and I was tired from the flight. The front desk checked me in early and invited me to breakfast with hot coffee
The room and bathroom were very clean and the heat was warm. Super impressed 😀 The hotel is also within walking and driving of almost anything to eat

Environment: The environment is first-class, very close to Penn State and the city center, with convenient transportation and good scenery. Service: Good service attitude, polite greetings, and not excessively intrusive
The room is quite nice, the space is large, very comfortable, and the surrounding area is safe. The tableware and pots are fully equipped, and the service is good, but it lacks necessary toiletries.
The staff were extremely helpful in accommodating my request which made this my wife's best birthday ever. Room was clean, the views were beautiful and the location was close to everything
The room is in a very good location, a serviced apartment with a kitchen, spacious and bright. Highly recommended.
The night view is charming! Great location! If we forgot to bring our suitcase, we were reminded to go back and get it! I will choose to stay here next time! My family is all satisfied. The parking lot is very crowded
The pool area is absolutely gorgeous though not heated, which was a little bit of a disappointment but did not put a damper on the experience at all. plenty of areas to lounge around in or for an event

Beautiful hotel in a great area- walk to restaurants, coffee, shops. Friendly staff and good amenities. Free self-parking
The Chestnut Inn is a historic hotel in an interesting area with quirky shops to explore, great architecture and a variety of restaurants in easy walking distance
The close proximity of Chestnut Hill Brewing Company and the market together with the hotel restaurant Angelina’s allowed us enjoy different dining options all of which were very pleasant Our experience was made all the more enjoyable by the hotel staff in every area who were very affable and helpful and clearly enjoyed their job We would be very happy to return again
We loved this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Check-in was pleasant and welcoming. The entire staff is friendly yet professional. Room was clean and bed extremely comfortable with very nice linen
Didn't care for the breakfast options though I think they're pretty standard and the dining room was beautiful. This will be my go-to spot when visiting this area of Philly from now on!
Beautiful, Clean, Comfy Perfect spot to stay while visiting some family in the Mt. Airy neighborhood! Easy parking, easy check in & check out, clean, comfortable room, comfy bed

Philadelphia, 1200 Arch Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Right opposite Reading Terminal Market. Train station across the road too, How more central can you get. Food right across the road everything is so convenient we walked everywhere in Philadelphia.
It was awesome, location was perfect just right in from of the Reading Market. I highly recommend this hotel.
The room layout was incredibly well-designed, making it very comfortable for a family of three
There's no hotel parking; you have to use the garage next door, which costs $65 for an overnight stay. Loading and unloading luggage is also a hassle as you can only stop temporarily on the street
Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby—the closest option costs about $80 per night, while a slightly farther multi-level garage is more affordable at around $50–60 per night
The hotel is right across from Reading Terminal Market, which is convenient for buses, the market, and Chinatown, but there seem to be a lot of homeless people around
