Excellent location with great facilities and service, highly recommended!

Room was nice and neat. Very spacious. Location was great. The only downside is that they don’t have free WiFi, which is kinda disappointing in this generation.

Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Clean, updated room. I was in a quiet alcove but my neighbors were exceptionally loud and slamming doors late at night and early in am. I’ve stayed here before and enjoy the accommodations.

Initially wanted and double bed room but at the time of my booking they only had kind size with an option of a roll away. When I checked in they had a last minute cancellation and put us in a a beautiful double room with amazing city views!

It was exciting to stay in a building of historical architectural significance. Nice art deco details in the rooms. The king bed is lovely though surprisingly short. Good thing my 6'3" husband didn't come along because he'd be flush to the head board! The hotel is a block away from Reading Terminal and there are many very nice restaurants and pubs withing walking distance.

The room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. My only complaint about my room was that it was so close to the elevator, and I could hear some metallic sound from it. Not really a big deal, but worth noting. The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended

Good value for the money but no hot water in the bathroom

Having to pay for parking at a hotel is not very convenient. I understand that it is close to the airport, but just ask for the make model and license plate at check in. Then tow the violators. There is free transfer from the airport, but it's very inconvenient to order it unless you have an American sim card (you can order it only by calling the hotel, not possible to do it advance just when you got your luggage) No free parking at the premises. The hotel is near Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel itself is very comfortable and has a pleasant restaurant, but my main reason for staying there is to take the airport shuttle for early morning flights. Everything was fine. Very clean. No problems.

The best person in the hotel is the lady who cleans the room. The African American at the front desk has a terrible attitude. She is ****** and laughs at customers. The hotel deducts money for no reason and steals the customer's credit card and refuses to admit it. It's a very bad experience.

The 6-person room is a bit small, but the bathroom has a strong water pressure. There is a kitchen for cooking, with knives, kitchenware, coffee machines and toast. A paid laundry service is provided. There is a bus to Union Station and attractions at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.

Large suite hotel right next to the market hall. My room was spacious. However, the furnishings were a bit outdated. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was quite small. The 10 PM to 10 AM quiet hours make it hard to get a shower if your day is full (I would suggest 7 AM morning stop to quiet time, or an option to wash away from the sleep areas.) This was my first experience at a hostel, and I enjoyed every moment of it! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the check- in and out process was so easy. I met so many awesome people who were also staying at the hostel. K, one of the staff members, hosted a pier crawl and we all had an amazing time. Amazing staff, great people. Free towel, TV, utensils use, fridge, and cooking arrangements. Clean bathrooms, clean beds. Will come back 100% and I would recommend it to other people as well. I was in 12 bunk bed room. They have no alcohol, no noise after 10 pm policy. The night was pretty quiet, but it did get noisy in the morning because people upstairs we're moving around.

This was my first time living in a hostel. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The staff is friendly. Every evening they have Happy hours or something new for the guests. Clean. The staff makes sure that everyone maintains quite hours from 10pm to 10 am, to get a good night's sleep. You'll definitely make friends here.

The hostel is OK, the rooms are clean and they are comfortable. The only problem with the beds is that they don't have any shelf to put the glasses or the mobile phone where you go to sleep and the lockers are a bit tiny (some of them where broken in my room too).
