Plenty of shops, from popular to expensive. Good places to eat. And when you get tired, there are places to sit and rest a bit.

Just finished 4 nights here. Was worried about the valet because of the reviews, but every valet person was fantastic for me, my wife, and daughter. Skylor was great and friendly to check in with once we arrived after a long day of travel. Gladys also went well above and beyond to help my wife and I get everything we needed for our room with our daughter! There was a Brazilian lady at the breakfast buffet who was also extremely friendly that our daughter loved! Highly recommend this hotel for the great location and excellent customer service we experienced, especially for not being in the downtown area.

I would give a five-star rating as my stay here and the service was great, but receiving a notification from my bank that I was double charged by valet upon leaving was displeasing to see. Please ensure that your staff processes the refund I was promised otherwise I will contact my bank to resolve this issue.

• Valet does not seem to be structured here. It takes a long time for them to retrieve your vehicle. They were very kind though.

My rating is based on the experience I had with the staff. It was simply outstanding and rare to encounter staff that care and are warm these days. From the check-in offering to take my room service order to the unexpected call in my room asking if my son might be more comfortable with a roll away bed it was just remarkable how they anticipated what would make the stat better and offered without being asked. Rare in deed. Then on departure we ate at the café and were treated by Elizabeth who really brightened our day. We'll done and please take care of this staff they care and should be commended!

My hubby and I came here for a quick 2 night stay and loved it! We will definitely be back. Its in a great location, lots of walkable restaurants and things to do. Very comfortable beds, impeccably clean rooms and great customer service.

1 note to make: we ordered room service and it took about 45 minutes to arrive then my order was incorrect so they ended up remaking it for me but it took another 45 minutes. They said it happened because they were making so many orders. But I appreciate them fixing it for me.

Every member of the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, we even got a delicious margarita while waiting for our room. The restaurant team, in particular, deserves praise for their outstanding service during breakfast, which featured truly high-quality food. Both the front desk staff, who were very helpful, and the courteous valet parking gentlemen contributed to a fantastic overall experience. The rooms were fantastic with comfortable beds and very clean as well. And the location was the best, surrounded by stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A very good hotel, clean, well-equipped, and reasonably priced. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The only thing is that the parking fee of $50 is more expensive.

The hotel service is very good, the environment and location are good, the bedding is comfortable, and the swimming pool is clean. However, the toilet in the room is very large and takes up a lot of space in the room, making the room a bit small.

The food is quite good, the presentation is stunning, the service is great, elegant atmosphere, and prices are a little high (probably justifiably so). I went for brunch on Sunday and they have a great 3-course meal for 2 people that runs $60 (2 small appetizers, 1 huge entree, 2 small desserts), and I think the price is worth it! I had a great Malbec with my food; they have a decent selection of wines. Great spot behind the Galleria for bringing a date, or to celebrate an occasion. I look forward to returning sometime.

Very bad, I was invited for my friends birthday. I'm wondering how they get that high, worst server I ever had, asked for tea and he came back with 3tea bags in his hands. I ordered ribs and it was impossible to cut the beef. When I told him, he took the plate without saying sorry or ask me if I want to order something else!!!
First and last time for sure.

I wanted to like this place, they have a great looking menu. Unfortunately, great food does not follow. Honestly, there are far better steakhouses just moments away. On a positive note, the waitstaff and service is excellent, everyone was very kind.

Great place. Good wine list - had a fantastic Malbec with my meal. The steak was nicely portioned and cooked. Wait staff were super friendly and helpful. Go check it out when in Houston!

Tango & Malbec is worth the experience. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. I especially enjoyed the prime pork chop with applesauce. I will definitely return so I can try different menu items.

I've tried so many steakhouses in Houston and this place ranks among the top 10. We've been here several times. The first two times the service was mediocre. The rest of the times after that it was much better. I still think the steak at Pappas is better. Just my opinion.

The atmosphere and staff are top-notch professional. The valet parking was very helpful with no problems. The menu offers reasonable selections. The food is always made well; and the palette is greatly satisfied. Classy yet relaxing. I highly recommend this establishment.

Impeccable service, fun staff, amazing food. Restaurant week is an awesome deal, the generous pour is a fantastic promotion as well. Steaks are amazing, perfectly cooked, sea food is fresh and the grand plateau is beautiful and ridiculously good.
