I had an outstanding experience at the Marriott, all thanks to Theo at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Theo went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, seamless, and truly welcoming. His kindness, professionalism, and warm demeanor made a lasting impression.

Theo is incredibly helpful with every request, always with a smile and a genuine desire to assist. He’s not only efficient and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to make guests feel valued and cared for. Restaurant has fabulous martinis and best clam chowder I have ever had. Only thing was being woken at midnight to evacuation due to a fire in one of their elevators. Of course I had to be on the 20th floor with a lung condition and arthritic hips. Needless to say, it was tough, but I had lots of assistance from other guests and some cute firemen. Other negative I have is the outrageous valet overnight parking fee of $44/night. 🤑

This hotel has been a source of great comfort and solitude during a very difficult time in our lives. The hotel is in close proximity to MD Anderson and other world class hospitals. They offer a shuttle service for all of their guests. The staff is kind, courteous, and caring. They treat my mother and I like family. I am so grateful for this hotel.

I would have put 5 stars for the service, however I was really disappointed when they stated that a shuttle was running within a 2-mile radius. The shuttle was available for drop off if needed. Anytime, I called for a shuttle I was told that one was on the way. I stood at one location for over an hour waiting in the rain for a shuttle, ended up calling an uber which arrived quickly. During my entire stay it rained and after being left in the rain for 2 days straight I just couldn't trust the shuttle service. Other staff was amazing though from the breakfast to the check in.

Stayed there for Rice University tour. Horrible experience with food. The breakfast bagels had mold. We ordered dinner at their restaurant - fried chicken fried- worst food ever. The price was expensive so I expected chicken quality to be good and green beans to be fresh. Chicken was old and greasy and green beans were from the can. My kids fell sick from the food there. I called and notified but they wouldn’t call me back. I left emails too but horrible customer service! If you don’t wanna get yourself or your family sick, please don’t stay at this hotel and definitely don’t eat the food there. Walking distance is chipotle and other good restaurants. Horrible experience ever!

Everything is OK, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the location is good and convenient for business trips, and the breakfast is minimalist.

The hotel's breakfast is good, and the hygiene in the room is acceptable. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned. There are many flying insects and spiders in it, which affects the mood.

Extremely good taco meat. I loved the ability to custom make your own tex-mex food. From Nachos to tacos to soup, the line is quick and the location is convenient.

They have the best Mexican food ever :) love the homemade taste all fresh and clean, I would recommend for every one to try it. very reasonable prices for all their meals

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The tortilla soup is soooo good and all their salsas are homemade. The burritos are so much better than chipotle in my opinion. They also have really good Nachos too!

Very bad experience. Ordered a chicken sandwich which took a long to to receive. When I took a bite of the chicken sandwich didn't even look like chicken and tasted awful. When I went back to switch the order the employees all of them are not professional at all started teasing and just talking bad infront of customer. I ended not even eating the exchange burger as they probably spitting on the food. They all wanted to know who was returning the burger. For being in St Lukes Hospital Catholic religion they should have a better staff. Wouldn't come to this place at all. Nasty people and nasty food.

Honestly they don't deserve a 1 star..This place is horrible and the employees are very very rude and unprofessional. Music loud with profanity. Every time I order my good it would be completely wrong even the coffee. This place really need to close down
