Short stay to catch some sleep. Hotel front desk staff was friendly. Warm cookies were delicious. The hotel seemed a little dated. Definitely needs more lighting in bathroom. The fee for parking is $15 a night which sucks. Its not a secure lot for the cost. Should be free. They have shuttles running if you need to get to airport.

Perfect place to stay when you have early morning flights from Houston’s George Bush International Airport!! Shuttle travels to/from airport every hour 24/7. The accommodations are very nice with a great restaurant. Would stay here again!

Room was well maintained. You could tell it was an old but renovated room. I’m taking off a star because the room didn’t have a TV with any streaming services available, no Bluetooth connection, and not even an HDMI cable available. In the year 2026, this is hard to accept.

Very spacious room, very comfortable for a family with kids, considering the suite layout and sofa bed outside the main bedroom. However I wasn’t aware that housekeeping service what not performed on a daily basis and had to be requested.

Valet was slow. Seems to only had one guy working. We drank at the bar and they couldn’t make some of the drinks on the menu due to not having the mixers. Took us a few minutes to check in due to front desk person doing another job, but smooth otherwise. It was quiet, clean, lobby was decorated for Christmas and that was nice.

The tall gentleman and guest services desk he was so pleasantly kind and remembered guests name. Also my waiter was phenomenal!! I can't leave out the valet attendants everyone was so kind and polite

The room was clean and ready for my stay. I had a high floor which was a plus, but it didn't quite get cool enough. Not sure if thr ventilation system was working very well because it kept pumping out heat even with the air on. Im sensitive to heat, so that was the only downside.

The hotel itself is really nice, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great views. Even the valet attendants are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the cost to valet park.

Everything was nice, just the phone in the room never worked, bathroom cabinet was broken and the towels were got at the beginning of our stay had a disgusting stain on them.

Our room didn't get serviced satisfactorily during our stay.  Beds were not made; used washcloth left in the shower;  towels, washcloths not replenished.

December 2023 the pool was warm and hot tub was hot. December 2025 the pool was very cold, no longer temp controlled, and hot tub was chilly, with very little temp control. So pool was disappointing. Everything else was great!

yes the we were there only one night the bathroom should have more towels in general and add tissues .also the a/c did not really work correctly . If we were there for any length of time. wewould have ask to correct these .

Loved our stay. We only stayed one day but that made an impression. Staff was nice and the room was super cute and we had a personal note which was so sweet. The parking could be better and maybe not so expensive but it’s Houston. We would stay again.

This is my favorite hotel in Houston, love the service and breakfast is amazing. Love the Nespresso machine in the rooms and the snacks :). It feels luxurious without being pompous, staff is so nice and helpful.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is amazing. Unfortunately on the first morning of our stay there was an emergency and they shut the water off…. We were in the middle of getting ready, finished up by using water bottles. The water did not come back on until 5 pm. We couldn’t use toilet or showers. Now this is no fault of hotel! Stayed here for a work trip and had an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Mariela from the restaurant was extremely attentive and made sure that we were accomodated. Grateful for her and the staff overall who made us feel welcomed. Already looking forward to my next stay.

Great location nice hotel. Hotel is slightly small and cramp. Would prefer one that has a larger estate.

Services were good. The shower water was weak, and water temperature control was not that convenient. Temperature control in the room was not easy, with air-conditioning air blowing to the head direction when sleeping.

Room was very noisy. People in the hallways chatting woke us up three seperate times. Flushing the toliet sounds like a jet engine starting up. Could hear toliets flushing in rooms next door. $20.00 a day to connect to Wifi. Room was very clean.
