Great location nice hotel. Hotel is slightly small and cramp. Would prefer one that has a larger estate.

Services were good.
The shower water was weak, and water temperature control was not that convenient.
Temperature control in the room was not easy, with air-conditioning air blowing to the head direction when sleeping.

Room was very noisy. People in the hallways chatting woke us up three seperate times. Flushing the toliet sounds like a jet engine starting up. Could hear toliets flushing in rooms next door.

Room 1619 was rather noisy, next to elevators and lots of people talking/calling out to kids late at night

Excellent location and nice presence. However no valet or bellman came to help with car or luggage. Inside only one front desk person. Finally rooms were average not a JW standard. Some areas were frankly old. I think the hotel has great potential if they raise their customer service standards and inside decor . Also redo bathrooms to bring them up to standard. It would be an excellent hotel .

Aging hotel. Great location. Garage cost is outrageously high. $25 food/beverage daily is a nice perk.

Some how managed to cook my medium rare burger all the way well done. I was so hungry and on a time crunch I couldn't wait for them to remake it. It was gross so I probably won't be back anytime soon.

ALWAYS A GOOD TIME! Took bae out for his last night in town ? this is always a go for me but he was so impressed! The food always great the new signature drinks he loved the manhattan! But if your looking for drinks with the girls before the turn up THIS IS A GO!! Get the Strawberry Mango margarita (or any one) YOULL THANK ME! They are STRONG can't remember my servers name this last time but honey with the box braids and holographic nails YOU ROCKED!!

Waiters & the hosts/hostesses and all waiters but onewere mostly concerned with talking and hanging out with their friends and playing on their phones and watching videos on said phones. We were ignored completely until we sat at the sushi bar. The chefs there were pretty good Very hands on and made sure we were attended to as well as our waiter from the sushi bar. It's because of those 3 that they got as high of a rating as i did.

Ok I just went to the resturant for the first time Saturday and the food was ok. I order fried shimp and fish. I rather Pappadeaux, Broudreaux or even TGIFridays fried shrimp!. We had two waiters, because of our large party but only one was attentive, the other had an attitude! The gumbo was good. Not your mama's home cooked gumbo but still was good. But the kicker is that there was a freakin roach in the bathroom!!!!! OMG! And as I read the reviews another customer saw a roach! So Im guessing the place is nasty but they hide very well. Also it took forever for the waiter to come back with our checks! Last thing, $20 FOR ONE CRABCAKE!!!! And it wasnt even worth it! I would'nt go back!

I saw numerous roaches and once I told the employee Lisa she got an attitude and acted as if she didn't care. Be careful when eating here bad cleanliness and customer service.!
