We even tried staying at an expensive hotel nearby in the first few days but for the price WoodSpring Suites and the staff made our experience enjoyable and went out of their way to make sure we were happy

We stayed here for a few weeks while our new rental house was still being worked on and while we didn't expect to like it, this got to feel like home pretty quickly

Staff and manager are all very friendly and helpful. Not in the nicest neighborhood but nothing really seems upscale for visitors new to the area

Very quite and pleasant atmosphere. Clean and well equipped. Would certainly stay again.

I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for an apartment style hotel

The place is simple, quiet and spacious rooms. But I put a solid 5 starts to the amazing personnel. They were so kind to help me print some papers I needed for the conference

I arrived closed to midnight after a terrible experience at a different hotel. I was so glad they had rooms available as I was traveling cross country with my pup

The front desk assistant, Maryann was so sweet and kind and got us set up with a room for the night. The room was nice and smelled nice too!

I also forgot my belongings in the room and they were so helpful to get it back. Very pleasent people, very professional

Overall hotel layout was strange. Location good, but signage lacking

I love my stay there, I love the size of the room very big and the front deck are very active to responds to customers and very nicely. My next time in Texas I will always choose you guys

It is a comfortable stay. A little noisy due to its location but that is why you stay here. Clean, feels safe and breakfast is pretty good.

Room size was roomy, front desk clerk was helpful and housekeeping was made sure we had plenty of towels!

My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The guy that checked us is very nice and friendly. If we go back threw again we will stay again. Thank you for a GREAT STAY.

Room was good and clean, only thing was the pillows were very flat took 3 of them to make it work . The afternoon staff were very friendly and made it easy to check in.

I would not stay anywhere else it's better than the Hilton and Rotary Plaza

Room was clean and staff were great, but black out blind in room was broken so hard to sleep with bright lights right outside window. Also shower water never got hot!

Took forever for staff to come to office to check us in TV didn't work staff were rude and not willing to show us how to use the TV or plug in our devices that did work it was hot the a/c didn't hardly work it was not a good experience

People work there are very good. Friendly, helpful. Great people it’s just the condition of room is not ok. They will try to make your stay comfortable but property needs work

Good for a quick stay. Two fast food restaurants within walking distance. Would not stay longer than a day. Staff not very friendly.

The lobby area has a social hour with burgers and hotdogs. The staff is friendly and it is very clean. I didn’t have to use the shuttle so I can’t comment on that but this hotel is worth every penny!

Every morning breakfast was nice and different options, The Staybridge Suite nice and clean front in back. I will go there again with my Family.

Pros: The bed sheets, bathroom, and towels were clean. The front desk staff were really nice. Cons: The mattress pad had hair and stains. The carpet was ripped. The whole room was worn and needed updating.

The hotel is very cost-effective

The air conditioner is a little loud, you can hear it at night. But the area is quiet, not considered a freeway noise.

Clean room, freindly staffs, hot breakfast and free laundry is a plus. The refrigerator made some noice though.

This hotel is super nice. We stayed for Texans vs Broncos, parking is secure, area is overall very quiet, hotel clean, all staff was super friendly and welcoming. It’s an easy walk to the stadium. We will be back!

Very quick, smooth, check-in, courteous staff the property presented itself very well. The room was spotless at very nice. The only thing that was negative was paid parking.

We were in town for a week long visit at MD Anderson. Got into town earlier than expected and was able to get checked in early. Front desk was friendly, breakfast is good

Rooms are a good size in that they have a small living room with a tv. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to MD

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only down side was you could clearly hear the guests in adjoining rooms having conversations and tell what channel they were watching on the TV!

No airport shuttle breakfast was bare minimum no sausage or egg!!! Maids were excellent provided amenities to time clean towels carpet was dirty in room and aisle ways front desk staff visible but not engaging just steer at you!!!!

Andrea is the best staff member ever! She made my birthday extra special with her amazing kindness and outgoing personality! The place is super clean one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at with a price you can't beat

The customer service, and the rooms were so clean unlike the Holiday Inn and best part the rates were lower than them and yet offered a better quality of rooms and service

It's near the airport, and they offer airport pick-up and drop-off services at Hobby Airport. There are places to eat nearby, and the breakfast is decent, reasonably priced, and has a variety of choices

Had a great experience at the Best Western when we stayed before our cruise in January 2018. The staff were very professional and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to check in early with no problems

It was just all smiles and "yes sir, not a problem". Room and bed was comfortable, very impressed. Breakfast was very good, quick and easy! I loved the Texas-shaped waffles! Will stay again

There is a shuttle running from the airport but note you need to phone them when you have collected your suitcases to come pick you up

They had a buffet style breakfast. I didn't eat there due to my schedule but everyone who had it said it was amazing

Perfect hotel to spend a night and wake up for an early flight. The only bad thing is you can hear almost every airplane that lands. However, the noise is cancelled once you turn on the AC

Confort’s hotels have good value for money

Everything was perfect except for the shuttle doesn't run early enough. I have to pay 65 dollars for a ride to the airport.

Wa not all that clean room had a bad smell took 30 minutes to get checked in just want a good experience.

Nice place, great location! Free cookies at the front desk and standard continental breakfast in the mornings. Sort of disappointed the fitness center and pool were being renovated during our stay

The toilets are rigged with some gizmo that allegedly is designed to increase water pressure. Instead, the water pressure was so low that it took 3 flushes to flush a single piece of toilet paper

After a long drive across Texas the Comfort Suites was s much needed relief. The front desk clerk, Barbara, was very nice and helpful. We were unsure about bed sizes, as we had never seen a double

Served it’s purpose! The room was great (considering the stereotype of motels lol). It came with a microwave & fridge, so that’s a plus. Only needed the room for a few nights & didn’t have any issues during our stay

Basic. Location is great! Will overcharge you, so watch out for that! Check room for microwave and refrigerator- not all of them have them. 😉 Pets ✔️ 🟣The owners: entire family LIVES on the property. 😶

The only negatives for us were the broken ice machine & there’s no full size mirror. So don’t expect to take any full body pics in the room. Aside from that, no major complaints

The room does NOT include an iron or a blow dryer, so if you need those things, don’t expect them (we didn’t need them so it didn’t bother us)

This was the most clean hotel I’ve had in a good while. The workers was nice and understanding about all my questions of certain things. The breakfast was also very good. No complaints here. They deserve more customers.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a splendid stay! The place is always maintained and cleaned. It’s unfortunate that some guests are irresponsible and leave their garbage in the hallways and also at the pool area

The breakfast bar is great! You’ve got fresh, dry, cold and warm items to choose from. My favourite is their bacon and their fresh fruit (apples and bananas). Location is also super close to the main highway

I was very impressed by how clean the room was. Very clean room, comfy bed, great service and breakfast. Maria was super sweet and friendly and also the owner was very kind

The staff tries their best to clean but I understand you can’t be cleaning 24/7. The staff is super friendly too and will help you right away if you need anything

Woman at the check in desk was AMAZING and so hospitable! I can not remember her name however :( it was just phenomenal especially for the price

It’s a nice quiet hotel right off the highway. No bugs and I’ve had two separate rooms. No break ins , however house could be better with coming by for long periods of stay

HVAC worked quite well, however the Mixing valve for the shower was very very very sensitive it would not do warm. either boil or freeze

Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but the room was super quiet, just what I needed.

The next day I went down and the same guy I checked in with gave me some towels and then said housekeeping will bring me more for the remainder of my stay

I requested early check in and he honored the early check in. he called the staff to find a room ready and quickly got me a room. Which was appreciated because I had to finish a report for a meeting I had at 3pm

The Hotel itself is fantastic alongside the staff the thing that did not satisfy me was the Housekeeping staff entering without permission when we weren’t present that shouldn’t be granted

Fitst room smelled like water leak or mold. They changed to another room and it was good.

Got to the 5th floor and heard 3 different girls moaning on the way to our room. Opened our door, straight cigarette smoke. We got there at 11:00pm & left by 11:02pm… Don’t stay here ple

I loved my stay the amenities worked my room where constantly cleaned on a daily basis and they had a business center which was the most important thing in my stay

Very clean premises, lobby, and room. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Large rooms with oversized TV and overwhelming choice of TV channels. Small, but nice pool with water fall and pool lounges and tables

The hallways are full of smoke cause people go out on the balcony and smoke which the smell just goes in your room if you run the AC so just be aware of that but the property was nice if you have kids don’t stay on the second floor cause people who actually live there complaining about kids getting kids at a hotel

The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and breakfast served in reception area had quite a few choices. There is a pool and plenty of parking spaces. We also were picked up and dropped off at airport

I had to unexpectedly find a hotel at the last minute and found this one at 10pm on a Friday night. The young woman working the desk was very nice and efficient and got me in a room right away
