We had a great experience at this hotel. We were in town for treatment at MD Anderson. This hotel was clean, close to hospital and everyone was very nice! Was one less thing to worry about during a crazy time .

Convenient location with just a two block walk to Goode Company Seafood. Clean, quiet room with nice refrigerator. The frittata and blueberry scones at The Bistro were great, as was the Pike Place Coffee

Very knowledgeable about the menu and drink items. I have eaten here a few times but prefer to come when SHY is working. Food just seems to taste better for some reason like this turkey BLT I just ate

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay there again. The Silk Road restaurant was a good option - the food was good and the service was quite good as well.

It's not that close to Rice, but since I have a car, it's not a big problem. Atlanta is congested with traffic, and the hotel has plenty of parking spaces, but they charge a fee

Beautiful hotel in the center of the city with a unique design. The room was very clean and of right size. The restaurants are welcoming that serves healthy breakfast options. Would go back there again!

I spent my birthday there last weekend. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Able, in the lounge, is a friendly bartender with a knack for cheering people up! He pours a great drink as well

We really liked the hotel. We vacationed with our family. It's a good area, everything is close by. The hotel is clean, they clean it every day.

The property and grounds are beautiful and are being completely remodeled and improved on! I look forward to my next stay there!

The Hotel Indigo Houston at the Galleria is a very lovely hotel for a romantic getaway. The atmosphere is artistically fantastic, and the service from the staff is very professional, friendly, and exceptional

The paint smell was pretty strong and we had to step around the workers to get to the elevator. The hotel will be beautiful when they done

Very comfy stay overall. In the tower the whole building made random squeaking noises which were annoying but over all very nice hotel.

The indoor pool was small and humid, but my kids enjoyed it. Several of the chairs around the pool were broken. I would stay again, but I would eat elsewhere

The location was perfect, super close to BellAir where they have endless Asian restaurants and desserts, Staff were so sweet and accommodating from front desk like Manny & Mike. Restaurant and gym on site

Quiet & relaxy, our toilet pressure was too low. Front desk acknowledged they offer a switch room immediately. Nice work!

Booked this at the last minute and it was well worth it! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful with our check in

The staff were really nice, the hotel and our room seemed pretty clean. The room had a stale smell, the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working. Over all, it was really good experience and I would stay there again.

The restaurant and bar are in the lobby, so it was loud, but the food was quite good. I had pan seared salmon with sides and nice glass of wine to wind down after my day

I will differently book a stay again the staff was good the room was clean i like that there's a security guard in the parking lot

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The area seemed to be a mix of offices and apartments and is located right in front of an expressway. The hotel is not far from the airport

The hotel itself is not unsafe but there is a security guard parked at the entrance in a golf cart for a reason. There is nothing to walk to in the area

The parking lot was full which means oddly enough the hotel gets a lot of driving guests. The restaurant / bar closes early

That was the only disappointment 😂 The staff were excellent and quiet. No door-slamming or banging around by the housekeeping staff. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on the first morning

Best experience as a Hilton team member staying at this location while visiting Houston. The employees are professional and the lobby was welcoming. I loved the breakfast and also the fact they had free laundry machines

We had to keep the room colder than we'd like it to help fight the humidity. We are from San Antonio so we're somewhat used to it, but a thunderstorm came through during our stay so humidity was even higher

99/person and was very good! Great selection, hot and fresh. Our room was pretty standard. Clean and a decent size for the price. We asked for an extra blanket since the comforter was a little too thin

This is the perfect location if youre coming in for the medical center, NRG, Zoo/Hermann Park or just visiting Houston but perfer a quiter less choatic area

Rang reception however no one came to room. Reported following day at reception & dealt with immediately. TV lead disconnected & old power points not in use for coffee machine. Breakfast had a good selection

We were woken up at 430am (after 9 hours of airports & delayed flights) to someone blasting mariachi music, we called the front desk to complain & they said it was probably a car driving by (we were on the 9th floor, not likely), it went on for nearly 2 hours before it stopped & we were able to finally rest

However, they charge $60 per night when there is a lot directly across the street that is only $20. The highlight of this hotel is the AMAZING breakfast that is offered!

The rehab of this property is top notch and the check in guy was excellent! Very friendly. The room is just perfect given this low spend for a room and the furnishings and size served well

Stayed last night. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great value for the money. There is a fitness and business center which I was grateful for.

We stayed there despite e-mail warning us of imminent elevator outages because of its location and convenience , and free parking but mainly due to my belief that Marriott has the most comfortable beds and the facility's indoor swimming pool

Staff was amazing. People at the front desk went out of their way to make sure everything was good and offering suggestions for restaurants, although, by her recommendation, the bistro in the hotel was my choice.

A huge shoutout to Josh, who literally climbed 15 flights of stairs to bring me my DoorDash and then brought food up from the bar/restaurant as well. That level of service is rare and truly deserves recognition

If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff truly cares, this location is it. These employees are the reason I remain loyal to Marriott, and I hope management recognizes the incredible work they’re doing

Staff was very helpful. Location was great near Galleria Mall and many other stores and restaurants. Parking was easy. Rooms clean and comfortable beds.

I went on my day-come back on the evening and there was note left by the zinc, it said all fixed!! The room was always taking care-neat and clean. The breakfast was just fabulous and delicious

We’ve stayed here several times now and the rooms are clean and so is the hotel the beds are very comfortable and clean.

The hot water got hot immediately in the roomy glass shower and the towels were thick. My ONLY complaint was the bed was too soft
