Food amazing, comfortable and cozy sleeping. No pool was a turn off so I won't be booking this hotel, I enjoy relaxing poolside.

Overall good but had to call a tech to get the TV working. By the time he arrived at the room we had reset the TV (in the settings) after an hour trying to connect to streaming services - Netflix, Prime etc.

"Cons" are as followed No breakfast just coffee from 4am- until, It is something like a hole in the wall only 2 doors to enter and exited which can be very dangerous for example what if a fire break out and your on the top floor are a burglary occur

Additionally, I appreciated the convenient shuttle service that the hotel offers to and from the airport. As someone who doesn't enjoy navigating public transportation in unfamiliar cities, this was a huge plus for me

Now, I know that some previous reviews have mentioned issues with the rooms, but I must say that my experience was nothing short of positive. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly cozy

I was worried about the heater given some previous reviews, but I was pleased to find that it worked very well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay

Staff was amazingly friendly and efficient. Room was spotless and quiet (no hallway noise). The hotel property is gorgeous and relaxing.

The room was very clean, and the toiletries were from the Bvlgari brand Green Tea series. The service was excellent, and there was a fireplace in the lobby, which was an "old money" style hotel in Texas, USA

Of course I had to be on the 20th floor with a lung condition and arthritic hips. Needless to say, it was tough, but I had lots of assistance from other guests and some cute firemen

Generally a very good stay for me, however I could hear some kid from upstairs screaming late evening. Fortunately it wasn't in the middle of the night but poor kid.

Wonderful quiet poolside relaxation, and a beautiful spacious St Regis Mercedes took us to and from a nearby music date, so classy. Breakfast delicious served in an airy semi-sunroom

They sent up chocolate covered strawberries with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate on the plate, what a great touch! Comfy luxurious rooms, turn down service, Beautiful interesting art hangs everywhere and in the guest room, fine decor and feel throughout

It was right downtown which was close/ walking distance to a lot of places. They also had several restaurants. I went to the one on the second floor forgot the name but the bartender at night was top tier

The parking space wasn’t crowded at all and my personal favorite was the elevators which were sea through glass. And you could basically see every hotel door through the lobby

I was expecting a wake-up call, but it never came. It was just a backup in case I didn't hear my phone's alarm.

The bathroom was not very clean. Dust on the floor and I highly doubt it had been cleaned. I found several hairs in the bed sheets. We only had to stay one night thankfully.

This place is great! Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub are really nice. Restaurant serves bar menu style food at a fair price (for a hotel restaurant) and our server was really nice

Perfect place to stay when you have early morning flights from Houston’s George Bush International Airport!! Shuttle travels to/from airport every hour 24/7. The accommodations are very nice with a great restaurant

The only thing was the elevators were broken in the parking garage. So you had to carry you luggage if you selfed parked. Luckily we did not have much , only stayed one night

Such an amazing hotel! Every room is a suite I believe with a living room couch and a separate bedroom. The only downfall is there’s no microwave to heat up leftovers not even downstairs

Not sure if thr ventilation system was working very well because it kept pumping out heat even with the air on. Im sensitive to heat, so that was the only downside

The hotel itself is really nice, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great views. Even the valet attendants are friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the cost to valet park.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Right across the street from stadium. No refrigerator in room as stated. No hot breakfast due to covid. Had to go to next door hotel for pool & bar

Great place to stay if you are going to NRG park/stadium for an event. Is literally right across the street. Clean place. Nice people. Doing well considering the challenges of hospitality in today's world.

The hotel was still being remodeled, but was clean. Where the Wingate really shined was the staff. Bebe checked us in and was able to change help us fix a mistake we'd made in our booking

Hotel was awesome and right across from the rear of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was great

The cons were: the elevator seemed out of date as if a few people on at once would definitely get stuck, the pool area wasn't accessible (under construction) I get that it's still Covid but many hotels pool areas are open

Everything was nice, just the phone in the room never worked, bathroom cabinet was broken and the towels were got at the beginning of our stay had a disgusting stain on them.

Our room didn't get serviced satisfactorily during our stay.  Beds were not made; used washcloth left in the shower;  towels, washcloths not replenished.

First time going to Houston and Blossom Hotel was the best choice, you can go to the NRG Stadium by foot, also to Hermann park, it’s very convenient and the services is impecable it’s excellent, I’ll be coming back to Houston and hopefully to Blossom Hotel too

The room was very spacious not small plenty of room for me and my teenager son. He loved the options that room service offered and the amenities. I will be looking fwd to book this place for our future Houston concerts.

Beautiful hotel with quick access to the medical center. The shower is amazing after a long day and the room lighting is probably some of the best lighting I’ve ever had at a hotel

We only stayed one night for a concert at MFAH and enjoyed our stay at the Blossom. Super friendly and engaging staff, beautiful large room and other amenities

Gladys also went well above and beyond to help my wife and I get everything we needed for our room with our daughter! There was a Brazilian lady at the breakfast buffet who was also extremely friendly that our daughter loved! Highly recommend this hotel for the great location and excellent customer service we experienced, especially for not being in the downtown area

From the check-in offering to take my room service order to the unexpected call in my room asking if my son might be more comfortable with a roll away bed it was just remarkable how they anticipated what would make the stat better and offered without being asked

Was worried about the valet because of the reviews, but every valet person was fantastic for me, my wife, and daughter. Skylor was great and friendly to check in with once we arrived after a long day of travel

Then on departure we ate at the café and were treated by Elizabeth who really brightened our day. We'll done and please take care of this staff they care and should be commended!

It is very large and the walk-in shower is the largest one I’ve seen so far and there were so many towels and washcloths, and they were all soft lots of toilet paper too

This property is awesome exclamation point it was a little difficult to find as the sign is very small, but it is well worth the effort to locate it

The lobby is beautiful smells great and decorated in contemporary style. The front desk staff whisper pleasant and only took a few moments to check in. She was also very helpful with suggestions of local eateries

The air conditioner works wonderfully, and our room is nice and cool if we are ever in this area again, we will definitely book a stay here

This was nice spot to be at . Very clean , cheap parking ,and great shuttle service.

However, this second stay, they put us in a room right above the pool where the music was incredibly loud and vibrant. Considering they knew we had a small child, I find this completely unacceptable in terms of service

We had a pleasant getaway at Vida, the hotel is very clean and minimal, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, the mall and fine diners.

When we checked out, the valet completely forgot about us, and we had to remind them a second time that we were waiting for our car. After the reminder, they suddenly remembered and rushed off

I love the place the services was little bit late when we arrived the room wasn’t ready to check in. The breakfast we didn’t like it but it doesn’t matter we didn’t pay for it

December 2023 the pool was warm and hot tub was hot. December 2025 the pool was very cold, no longer temp controlled, and hot tub was chilly, with very little temp control

yes the we were there only one night the bathroom should have more towels in general and add tissues. also the a/c did not really work correctly. If we were there for any length of time

I booked this hotel because it says that this hotel does have an outdoor and heated indoor pool, but only to find out that only a small indoor pool that wasn’t even warm at all

So for us, it was a misleading information, my son is expecting for an outdoor pool for his birthday celebration here but he just got disappointed

I read not change and clean every day but room was cleared every day Check in was ultra express. I think i did not spend 3-4 min in front of reception. There was computer and printer and i print some documents

The reception is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is also on the 3rd floor. The elevator is slow. There is a dumpling shop near the hotel, which tastes better. This hotel is worth booking.

Swanigan on check-in and Nina throughout our stay were very helpful. Pool also has a handicap lift. Nice sitting area in the rear of hotel for your quiet time with a book or friends

Very short, but very good stay. Somehow the layout of the room was uniquely cozy and convenient. There is a nice built in area to put a suitcase, so I didn't have to wrangle a luggage stand

Couldn't get wifi in the room. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and we had to leave at 6:30. I think wanted a hotel that served breakfast and we couldn't even benefit from it. Wasted money.

We had an issue with that air conditioner. They moved us to a single bed room with a pull out bed that was very uncomfortable. Luckily it was only one night on that bed
