So I've read some of the comments in the reviews and much of the negative remarks are during the pandemic, which I feel is a little unfair - I couldn't find much to complain about on my visit. This was the most clean hotel I’ve had in a good while. The workers was nice and understanding about all my questions of certain things. The breakfast was also very good. No complaints here. They deserve more customers.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. SO CLEAN, breakfast included was AMAZING! (Texas shaped waffles were super cool). Woman at the check in desk was AMAZING and so hospitable! I can not remember her name however :( it was just phenomenal especially for the price. STAY HERE!!

I was very impressed by how clean the room was. I truly enjoyed my stay. Very clean room, comfy bed, great service and breakfast. Maria was super sweet and friendly and also the owner was very kind. If I ever need to stay in Houston, I would 100% stay here. Thanks for the great experience 😊

Nice location, great check-in agent, very talkative. My family and I checked in real late she was able to accommodate us on one floor instead of 2 different ones. Love the disinfectant machine in the lobby. Housekeeper was very nice. My only issue was after we checked in I have a habit of checking the sheets and toilet spraying my own Lysol around the room, we noticed a dead roach. No biggie scooped...

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a splendid stay! The place is always maintained and cleaned. It’s unfortunate that some guests are irresponsible and leave their garbage in the hallways and also at the pool area. The staff tries their best to clean but I understand you can’t be cleaning 24/7. It’s a nice quiet hotel right off the highway. No bugs and I’ve had two separate rooms. No break ins , however house could be better with coming by for long periods of stay

It was spacious and comfortable! I felt at ease, and check-in and check-out were smooth and perfect.

HVAC worked quite well, however the Mixing valve for the shower was very very very sensitive it would not do warm. either boil or freeze

Cool stay , pool was clean my family enjoyed it. Service was good. Only thing I have to say is room is a little outdated.

Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but the room was super quiet, just what I needed.

This was a great clean stay. Loved the friendly staff, the always available coffee, and the cookies when we checked in.

Staff was good, room was clean but shower needed a good scrub it looked like there was mildew in the corner. The couch sunk when you sat on it. As washing machines and dryers that are going operated. The exercise room is good. The value for the price you pay was great

There was hair in the bathroom left from a cleaning cloth, the phones didn't work or my TV maintenance wasn't available the chair was worn and torn and a broken door knob to the bathroom. They were very polite honest and friendly.

Very limited dining options, but Creole, which is just a block away is an excellent choice for their seafood and especially their gumbo!

Fitst room smelled like water leak or mold. They changed to another room and it was good.

For its price, hotel is good. Would probably upgade to cleaner place, the smoke in the corridor is very obvious. Some odor for retired equipment, slow elevator need improvement or replaced.

The hotel was nice and clean but the staff from the front desk Greeni, Elvira, and Nicole, to the breakfast and Melody taking care of the food, it was a pleasure.

Lobby is fine. Got to the 5th floor and heard 3 different girls moaning on the way to our room. Opened our door, straight cigarette smoke. Toilet didn’t work. We got there at 11:00pm & left by 11:02pm… Don’t stay here ple

The Hotel itself is fantastic alongside the staff the thing that did not satisfy me was the Housekeeping staff entering without permission when we weren’t present that shouldn’t be granted. Overall its Perfect location wise and service wise.

Front Desk Mr. Kevin was superb and truly top-notch with his service. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely return again because of the wonderful experience he provided.

Although the hotel is clean and it serves a good breakfast, we decided to rate it low for the following reasons: 1. Poor service - The desk help seemed more interested in smoking outside and talking on their phone (for 5-10 minutes or more) than waiting on multiple customers at the desk. 2. Low water pressure. I want to remark how welcomed and cared we felt thanks to Jacky, the lovely lady at the front desk; we had few issues with our room (ac leakeage and wet carpet floor) and she rapidly changed our room.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was professional. No issues during a two day stay. The heart of that business is Ms Jackie at the front desk. She is welcoming and interacts with everyone.

The hotel staff was very nice. I felt safe in the area. My room was VERY clean. Jackie was at the front desk she was very friendly. I would stay here if I visit Texas again.

It was a pleasant stay. Fluffy bed and clean room! It was very accommodating and free breakfast was a plus!

Unfortunately, my stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston did not meet expectations. The breakfast was disappointing due to very limited choices. In addition, there are no proper restaurants or dining options within walking distance of the property, which makes meals inconvenient. The surrounding area also felt unsafe. The neighborhood appeared run-down, and there were many homeless people around...

Great staff, great sized clean room. Very easy in and out. This place is a really convenient and affordable option.

Very clean premises, lobby, and room. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Large rooms with oversized TV and overwhelming choice of TV channels. Small, but nice pool with water fall and pool lounges and tables. Very conveniently located to airport, and walking distance for food and convenience stores. Second year staying here while attending events at Houston Univ.

The room was great and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The people are very nice. They keep the place spotless. Good breakfast, Ann and the other people there were terrific. I hope to return many times
