The room and hotel overall was good; however, the bed was so lumpy and pillows were not comfortable. The elevator was worrisome because it made loud noises and moved very slowly. Would I stay there again? Yes if I had to… but request first floor :)

This place is no-frills and basic, but exactly what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was acceptable, the air conditioning worked. I'd agree that the soundproofing needs some work (constant sounds from both idiots in the hallway and planes overhead), but at $58 a night, what can you expect? Amazing place! Everyone was super friendly, the room was very comfortable and there is a great number of services available to the guests. Beds were nice and clean and breakfast was good but elevators need attention and it was not a warm and welcoming environment. Check on was quick and easy but receptionist was not cheerful and she was very quiet. There were lots of sketchy people and activities in the lobby and parking lot at night but room was quiet and no interruptions during two day stay.

The room had a weird smell and there was a hole in the wall like if someone punched it. The staff was nice but I feel like we wouldn’t come back to stay here.

This is a really nice place I’m surprised that I’ve never stayed here before. When I checked in and went up to the floor I could smell the bleach from how well the housekeeping was cleaning the rooms. I appreciate that. Big gorgeous shower nice comfortable bed. There was no internet in my room, my room was 1100. I had to get to the lobby to get internet. And couldn’t find the gym or the buffet breakfast at the beginning had to ask. Hate the carpet though was kinda hard to push my luggage ALL THE WAY to the room. The room was big and comfy overall. The best part for sure is the bathroom.

For ~65 USD this hotel offered a lot more amenities than my wife and I were expecting. The bed was on the softer side but it hardly any issue since the same is true for most other hotels. Double booked is careless for travelers I’m paralyzed booked accessible back in may2025. No room available so I settled for regular room and my wheelchair didn’t work in bathroom that’s not accessible for shower ing. Our reservation was double booked and nobody called us. If you know the Willowbrook area in Houston, it’s hard to say it’s a good area in general. It right next to a high so do expect sirens of all kind. For the room and stay itself, it was nice and clean while still being spacious. Front desk was very kind and help point us in the right direction of our room.

Good value I thought the room was good for the price paid and included a full size fridge and microwave. Additional kitchen items could have been rented for $50 returnable fee which we didn't need. I do wish that more toiletries were provided since I forgot to pack some and only 2 bars of soap were in the room. The towels weren't the greatest either but worked since we didn't stay too long.
