The room and hotel overall was good; however, the bed was so lumpy and pillows were not comfortable. The elevator was worrisome because it made loud noises and moved very slowly. Would I stay there again? Yes if I had to… but request first floor :)

The sanitation is a little poor, the location is good, and it is very convenient for shopping. The disadvantage is that I was deducted 30 US dollars for no reason. The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.

Beds were nice and clean and breakfast was good but elevators need attention and it was not a warm and welcoming environment. Check on was quick and easy but receptionist was not cheerful and she was very quiet. There were lots of sketchy people and activities in the lobby and parking lot at night but room was quiet and no interruptions during two day stay.

The room had a weird smell and there was a hole in the wall like if someone punched it. The staff was nice but I feel like we wouldn’t come back to stay here.

The customer service with Brook at the front desk was awesome. We were in town for a funeral and her kindness and friendly customer service was very appreciated. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. This hotel has by far been the best hotel I've stayed at recently. The staff was super accommodating and so friendly. Loved the hot breakfast and it was really clean and quiet. Didn't have any issues whatsoever. The managers were fantastic as well. Always making sure I had what I needed, and was happy with my stay.

The room that I'm in has no bed bugs like others have mentioned. I believe their complaints. We were fortunate to have a room that had no bed bugs. The AC unit was not blowing out well but later on during the days that maintenance fixed it it seemed ok. Soft pillows, soft comforters. The pool was good to swim in. Seems like it's cleaned often. Hotel is very nice the breakfast they had before the sold it it was La Quinta breakfast was awesome my company all the guys stayed there once breakfast changed they all switched to another hotel for that reason. Last time I got a beagle it was soo hard I just threw it away breakfast is horrible sorry to say..

You get what you pay for at this hotel. Beds creaked very loudly, AC was also loud, and rooms/halls smelled musty.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful — special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her kindness and clear explanations about public transportation. Stayed here for a work trip and had an excellent stay. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Mariela from the restaurant was extremely attentive and made sure that we were accomodated. Grateful for her and the staff overall who made us feel welcomed. Already looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel is older (dated), but well looked after. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The coffee was the weakest i have ever seen. We went to the Texans game at NRG Stadium, and walked there. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance as well. We would there again if attending another Texans game.

Room was very noisy. People in the hallways chatting woke us up three seperate times. Flushing the toliet sounds like a jet engine starting up. Could hear toliets flushing in rooms next door. $20.00 a day to connect to Wifi. Room was very clean.

I thought that I really like this hotel but now I'm disappointed because our room is freezing The heater supposed to be on, you can't get thermometer to go above 70 and there is literally cold air blowing out of the unit. Yes, The thermostat is set on heat we had to call the front desk to get another blanket , I'm usually hot natured but this is ridiculous!

Sigh . Elevator was broken. Given an accessible room on the first floor which would have been fine but the tub didn’t drain. Second room was ok, but the clerk said “there are no other rooms available” and then she came up with one. Parking lot was empty. Rear door from the parking lot did not respond to my key. Breakfast was pitiful—but I didn’t expect much.

For ~65 USD this hotel offered a lot more amenities than my wife and I were expecting. The bed was on the softer side but it hardly any issue since the same is true for most other hotels. The aircon was a tad bit louder. Overall for a few nights stay, this hotel is ideal and very cost effective option

The people that run this place have always been kind to me. They have let me stay in lobby while getting a room they have always just been kind. People aren't like that these days. So I always try to go back there. Very clean.

Double booked is careless for travelers I’m paralyzed booked accessible back in may2025. No room available so I settled for regular room and my wheelchair didn’t work in bathroom that’s not accessible for shower ing. Our reservation was double booked and nobody called us. There was no internet in my room, my room was 1100. I had to get to the lobby to get internet. And couldn’t find the gym or the buffet breakfast at the beginning had to ask. Hate the carpet though was kinda hard to push my luggage ALL THE WAY to the room. The room was big and comfy overall. The best part for sure is the bathroom.

The location is great. Surprising, nose from the planes wasn't an issue. However, topi could hear everything going on in the halls. Since this is located in an airport, people are coming and going all night. So, it's not particularly restful. The rooms are nice though dark. The breakfast buffet was good. Was stranded here during the Hurricane (Harvey) HPD rescued me from I-45 and W. Mount Houston and took me there. No flooding there and the night shift attendant (female:) checked in on me for the first few hours. Offering me her dinner if I was hungry. Good value I thought the room was good for the price paid and included a full size fridge and microwave. Additional kitchen items could have been rented for $50 returnable fee which we didn't need. I do wish that more toiletries were provided since I forgot to pack some and only 2 bars of soap were in the room. The towels weren't the greatest either but worked since we didn't stay too long.

The shower Handle was broken so I couldn’t control hot or cold water. The was holes in the restroom door. Rooms need some work.

Staff was friendly and the place was very clean, the location to Reliant can't be beat and there's a Papacitos on the other side of the highway with a 7 minute walk.
