There is not a continental breakfast and there is not daily housekeeping. Overall, it’s okay.

Hotel is currently under renovations, so future visits may be different. My room smelled musty and mildewey. The hot water was tepid in the shower. The tv was damaged, the carpet soiled, and one elevator cab was out of order. Service was fantastic.

For them having construction around the hotel , you really couldn’t tell. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again and looking forward to see the repairs.

The location is excellent, taxis are readily available, and the area is safe. The room is spacious and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, etc., so you can cook. There's a table, lamp, and you can also work. A bus to the medical center is available. Rice University is within a 10-minute taxi ride.

Participate in the OTC exhibition. Not far away. 15 minutes by Uber. Not many restaurants around. Not far from the city center.

It's very big and is a good hotel, especially at this price. I have done a lot of research and found that this location is quite safe. I rely on taxis to travel.

Couldn't get wifi in the room. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and we had to leave at 6:30. I think wanted a hotel that served breakfast and we couldn't even benefit from it. Wasted money.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I stay here at least 6 times a year. The staff is always really nice & accommodating & the hotel is always clean. I just stayed here this past weekend & was elated to see that we now have a microwave in our room!

Staff was very friendly and willing to extend themselves to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Food and dining service were remarkably good. Shuttle service was timely and friendly. Only negative was a bit of a dank smell when we first entered our room, but seemed to moderate during the stay. Overall, very good value for the cost.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Houston/Galleria. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel’s location is convenient, just a short walk to the Galleria mall. The complimentary breakfast was decent and helped start the day right. Yes, all was clean. I read not change and clean every day but room was cleared every day Check in was ultra express. All was fast. I think i did not spend 3-4 min in front of reception. There was computer and printer and i print some documents.

Great Location and Amazing Staff! Michael was very helpful and friendly too. Super Close to Discovery Green and George R Brown and Houston popular attractions. Hotel is fine, nothing super great. They didn’t want to give me my 2 free waters for being a Hilton Honor Member. The door handles to your room don’t open the door like a normal handle, instead and turning the handle down like normal, you have to tune the handle up!! Also, the “king” bed is NOT a king; it sleeps more like a queen. The lobby is very large and inviting.

My room was clean. The staff was really great. They helped me out tremendously because my flight, originally scheduled to land at midnight, didn't land until 5am. They made sure I was already checked in when I arrived so I could just grab a key and get to my room quickly. They also granted me a much needed late check out. I would absolutely stay here again based solely on how accommodating they were

Loved our stay. We only stayed one day but that made an impression. Staff was nice and the room was super cute and we had a personal note which was so sweet. The parking could be better and maybe not so expensive but it’s Houston. We would stay again.

This place is grand. The room was great, breakfast was delicious, service was courteous. Our one issue with the place was the Elevator Scare. Elevator #2 froze between floors.

This hotel was just what I needed -- convenient to the airport with a shuttle and they were great about letting me check in early when I arrived several hours before check in. The restaurant and bar are in the lobby, so it was loud, but the food was quite good. I had pan seared salmon with sides and nice glass of wine to wind down after my day.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The area seemed to be a mix of offices and apartments and is located right in front of an expressway. The hotel is not far from the airport. The hotel itself is not unsafe but there is a security guard parked at the entrance in a golf cart for a reason. There is nothing to walk to in the area. The last we came here everything was clean but This time I saw a lot of human hair on the bed and the bathroom floor also a lot of human hair looks like they didn't clean it well.

It's not that close to Rice, but since I have a car, it's not a big problem. Atlanta is congested with traffic, and the hotel has plenty of parking spaces, but they charge a fee. I don't know if they charged me in the end. Whatever.

It's in a strategic location just 5 mins walk to the Galleria. Room was fine for a small family but the window are facing corridors and people can peeps into the room or living area if the curtains are not tightly close. Breakfast is simple. Overall.l, i will recommend with the price.

There is also on-site parking for a fee (about 18 bucks a day) However, the facility is dated and the staff isn't too helpful. There were some creepy characters and some halls smelled like ****.
