Motel has been great in accommodating to my needs

There are. Major road construction that will continue for months. There is no food, shopping nearby. Takes 15 min walk to reach for convention center. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is recently remodeled so very nice and clean. Huge, has frig and microwave and big screen TV. Has gym and indoor pool

Hotel was close to convention center, and Toyota Center. Plenty of restaurants close by and walkable.

Looks to be recently renovated. Rooms are nice and clean and the hallways are very quiet. Great to walk to Toyota Center, George R. Brown or Daiken park. Good parking and actually free parking which is a huge bonus. Friendly helpful staff.

This hotel is great for events at the convention center and the Toyota center. Their is some construction happening that makes transportation a little challenging.

The hotel's main entrance was under renovation, so you could only enter through the scaffolding on the side. The hallway had an unpleasant smell, and the elevator went up!! Also the toilets were not very clean!! The staff were nice. But I don't think I would go back! Although I was only there for one day!!

Room was clean and staff were great, but black out blind in room was broken so hard to sleep with bright lights right outside window. Also shower water never got hot!

Nice location, great check-in agent, very talkative. My family and I checked in real late she was able to accommodate us on one floor instead of 2 different ones. I had a very good stay at the hotel, my 2nd time. Nice receptionist, lovely rooms, good buffet breakfast. There is a shuttle running from the airport but note you need to phone them when you have collected your suitcases to come pick you up.

It's pretty good. It's near the airport, and they offer airport pick-up and drop-off services at Hobby Airport. There are places to eat nearby, and the breakfast is decent, reasonably priced, and has a variety of choices. The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator, and microwave; and the space is also quite large.

It’s a nice quiet hotel right off the highway. No bugs and I’ve had two separate rooms. No break ins , however house could be better with coming by for long periods of stay

Very quick, smooth, check-in, courteous staff the property presented itself very well. The room was spotless at very nice. The only thing that was negative was paid parking.

Breakfast menu was good and had a good variety. Rooms needed some updating and noise levels from street, blowers and garbage trucks wasn't good.

We were in town for a week long visit at MD Anderson. Got into town earlier than expected and was able to get checked in early. Front desk was friendly, breakfast is good. Rooms are a good size in that they have a small living room with a tv. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to MD.

No airport shuttle breakfast was bare minimum no sausage or egg!!! Maids were excellent provided amenities to time clean towels carpet was dirty in room and aisle ways front desk staff visible but not engaging just steer at you!!!!

My first time staying in a hotel in WB area My stay was fine , checking in/out was easy and very quick. However the guy in the front seemed to get jittery or irritated within a certain timeframe of our interaction. Also the bed were great and comfortable and clean but there were roaches and certain parts of the bathroom that weren’t clean.

The Hotel itself is fantastic alongside the staff the thing that did not satisfy me was the Housekeeping staff entering without permission when we weren’t present that shouldn’t be granted. Overall its Perfect location wise and service wise.

Totally dated hotel , toiled was dirty , air conditioner is from the 70’s and I had to turn it off to get some rest , bed is about 20 years old, feels more like a water bed and TV in room did not work.
