The room was very very very tiny! It was not what it looked like in the pictures. We had so much anxiety because we were claustrophobic. Also, we had homeless people asking us for my money as soon as we stepped outside the hotel and would ask a few times after we said we didn't have cash. I am always willing to give, but we had our two year old daughter with us and We did not feel safe at all.

Perfect place to stay when you have early morning flights from Houston’s George Bush International Airport!! Shuttle travels to/from airport every hour 24/7. The accommodations are very nice with a great restaurant. Would stay here again!

Overall good but had to call a tech to get the TV working. By the time he arrived at the room we had reset the TV (in the settings) after an hour trying to connect to streaming services - Netflix, Prime etc.

Convenient to Galleria. Renovations ongoing inside hotel 7days/week 9-5 so is noisy during the day.

Booked through hotels. The front desk said they did not see my reservation and in order to stay I had to pay AGAIN for 3 nights. I called Marriot reservations bc MARRIOT sent me a message about my upcoming stay. They saw it but said they were not authorized to inform the hotel. Took a while until they saw it, but literally wanted to take my money again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We only stayed for a night but definitely planning to come back again to enjoy the entire property. It’s so quiet you don’t realize you are in a big city.

Room was well maintained. You could tell it was an old but renovated room. I’m taking off a star because the room didn’t have a TV with any streaming services available, no Bluetooth connection, and not even an HDMI cable available. In the year 2026, this is hard to accept.

Very spacious room, very comfortable for a family with kids, considering the suite layout and sofa bed outside the main bedroom. However I wasn’t aware that housekeeping service what not performed on a daily basis and had to be requested.

Valet was slow. Seems to only had one guy working. We drank at the bar and they couldn’t make some of the drinks on the menu due to not having the mixers. This hotel has been a source of great comfort and solitude during a very difficult time in our lives. The hotel is in close proximity to MD Anderson and other world class hospitals. They offer a shuttle service for all of their guests. The staff is kind, courteous, and caring. They treat my mother and I like family. I am so grateful for this hotel.

I was in town on business and stayed one night at the Regis. The front desk staff was awesome, I was a weary traveler. Room service sent up a perfectly gorgeous amenity plate with champagne, fruit, and a chocolate designed state of Texas. Yummy! The bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet, wonderful night. Also, the location is perfect for tourists that want to walk around a great area.

Was not great, and not as good as I hoped! The location seemed confident to the stadium but it was not as walkable as it should have been, the hotel was in the back or a gated area which is great but there was no pedestrian gate access without walking out of the way back towards the interstate only to walk back to opposite way to the stadium

Lobby was very hot while waiting in line for 40 minutes. Got told there was a $30 parking fee which I was not told about when booking. Hotel seemed very run down and old. Thin walls. Got woken up at 7:30 by someone’s alarm in the next room who hit snooze for 45 minutes. So much for sleeping.

There's no laundry room, the facilities are quite old, and breakfast is no longer available. I won't go there again.

Great stay for NYE! Beautifully renovated hotel and room. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved the layout of both the room and bathroom.
