Amazing stay, very spacious and very clean

Was on the 2nd floor. no Elevator, so I had to do the stairs with a bad knee. Place was fine except for the 2 roaches in the bathroom.

Safe and Clean Stay Room was downstairs with easy access for older person. Room was clean and neat. Great value for location. Felt safe in that area.

The hotel was great for a quick overnight trip. The room was well attended, clean, comfortable. More so than most hotels in a ‘budget’ price range. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend.

Attempted car break in Someone tried to break into my car on the night of March 27th as the alarm was on when I checked the car in the morning of Mar 28. They never got into it. Good to better monitor the parking area

Clean but couldn’t figure out how to turn on with switch until I asked the 2nd day. No phone or fridge in the room. Remote didn’t work and floors were dirty

Will not book again here The description stated it was a pool and it wasnt one. Still was under renovation which was uncomfortable. Dirty old rusted microwave & coffee maker. Also, no kitchen supplies provided for the kitchenette. Lot of smoking on the stairs.

It is ok. The price is good. It is a place to hang your hat for the night. They don't have coffee in the room. No cups. Couldn't find the code for WiFi.

Exceptionally clean, maintained, well furnished (small fridge and microwave) and without the cost to go with it. Highly recommended.

I was turned away because of my disability at a hotel nearby and this motel 6 here was my super hero! They had one room left and I gladly scooped it up. It was affordable and average. Wasn't expecting anything fancy, and didn't get anything fancy in return. Was a bit sad the continental breakfast has been discontinued permanently and this was not updated on *******. Room did smell pretty strongly of **** so if you have a weak nose be aware.

Overall we were happy with our stay. But I did find it strange and inconvenient that we had to leave a $50 cash deposit upon checking in and had to have a room inspection before checking out to get the deposit back.

Still more convenient and cost-effective

This place is a definite great stay. Clean and excellent location everything you need nearby. Stayed in a smoking room and found a cigarette hole burn on the sofa and comforter but then again it is a smoking room. Love the soap and lotion dispensers in the sink and shower very convenient! Great CLEAN rooms & Comfy beds, but this is definitely NOT a family hotel. Did not provide me a 1st floor room although I requested and they were available due to my back issues. No elevator. Breakfast mediocre.

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Looked like there was some remodeling done. It looked really nice. There were security cameras set up to look over ther commercial vehicles and other guest. Breakfast served in the morning.

Please keep in mind the property does NOT look like the photos posted by the facility dated 2 months ago. Stayed for a night. It's just your basic Motel. Not in the best part of town, but I knew that before booking. Service was good and the staff was nice and helpful. The room is ok and clean enough, beds are fine and the AC works well. The only downside was that I had to evict two cockroaches form the room.

Amazing service from the start the staff is friendly and welcoming. The parking is well lit and the location is safe. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a very up to date modern look that you would normally find at high end hotels but at an affordable price. They even have blue lighting above the bed that just looks great. I highly recommend planning your next stay here.

Good hotel, great breakfast. The location was a bit weird. We chose to stay in the Galleria, thinking we'd be near things, and could perhaps even walk for dinner. Nah, Houston isn't like that. We were basically right next to a freeway, and sidewalks were barely existent and dimly lit.

Excellent in one word. Kitchen and other amenities in the room felt like home. Easy to go to places like Galleria on foot.

The staff was amazing! There was a young lady named Zerena and she was so polite, helpful, and just made our stay so much easier! Then there was a gentleman at the front desk, and I'm sorry I do not remember his name. But he had the most amazing customer service that I've seen in a long time! The room was amazing, the breakfast was delicious we definitely had a great stay and will be back.

I was really shocked by the room I booked. It said at first that it was a barrier-free room, but it was not written like that on Ctrip. It was such a big room, and the air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't live in it. Fortunately, Ctrip solved it for me. The bed was a bit too soft and hard to sleep in. The location is still very good.

The room is not bad, the price is OK, the environment and location are convenient, you can come here directly after getting off the plane, it's a half-hour drive, it's good, it's good for a business trip

Absolutely wonderful! Room was comfortable but the staff made it the best! Shuttle was at the front ready to take me when I walked outside. Even dropped me off at the restaurant bc the weather was so bad! Driver was amazing! The front desk (I think Mr. Alan, I hope that’s right) was absolutely amazing and accommodating. I will stay again just bc of the staff alone!

Everything was good. The only disappointments were that the pool is an outdoor pool, so we couldn't use it because of the cold. Also, the breakfast buffet starts later on weekends than on weekends so we couldn't partake of that because of our early morning flight. Also, the receptionist handed me 2 bottles of water and I thought they were free but the charge showed up on my credit card later.

The shuttle got to us in good time and took us to the hotel. The breakfast provided enough options for most people to enjoy. I was able to sleep well after a long teavel day.

The atmosphere felt like we were at home . Staff was nice our room was clean. I usually check filters and vents . Pleased to say they were clean everything was nice and clean

Staff was fantastic and professional. Room is outdated. Electricity kept tripping and the couch had a spring popping through the cushion. Dishwasher didn’t work. Room had a slight dingy scent. Great location if you are seeing a Texans game as it’s writhing easy walking distance to the stadium.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. Love the staff, cleanliness, parking. The social time is unique and breakfast was great.

We enjoyed our visit although the air conditioning didn’t cool our room very well. There was a sign posted that 72 was the lowest temperature you could set your thermostat, but our room never cooled off.

The shuttle service (advertised on signs in hotels running from 6 am to 7 pm) only ran from 6 am to 11 am. Ended up spending a bunch of money on Ubers. I recommend a hotel closer to the medical center. And money I would have saved by lower room rates was spent on Ubers

Great hotel for extended stay. Value for money. New property, great breakfast. Close to all restaurants, office place. They have shuttle service to 5 miles radius. Super discounts for longer stays. I will highly recommend this.

Great staff. Very welcoming and polite staff. The rooms are well kept and very clean. They always keep a fresh batch of coffee brewed and the common areas seem to always be organized, clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was clean upon arrival. No foul odors. Staff have been very friendly, even located an ethernet cable for me. Breakfast is typical half hot food (sausage, eggs, etc.) half cold/room temp bagels, cereals, continental breakfast. Coffee downstairs 24/7 is a major boon. Plenty of local eats around, target down the street for groceries.

Beautiful decor (inside and out), friendly staff, great amenities. Convenient to IAH, with easy freeway access. Room was a little smaller and more cramped than other similar properties I've visited recently, but has all you'd probably need inside to make it a home away from home - full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, oven/stove, etc.

This could easily be a 5 - just because for the price you get an awful lot. One of the better values to stay at. Good happy hour and snack food in the evening, good breakfast free in the morning, and nice rooms

The connection would drop after about 3 seconds and remained unreliable between 7 AM and 9 PM. This hotel could really use some upgrades, the carpet was stained, and the walls were dirty and cracked. We could have overlooked those things, but what truly shocked us were the gunshots that woke us up around 5 a.m.

The room was convenient & clean, but very outdated & old. None of the plugs worked on both sides of the bed, so we couldn’t charge our phones while looking at them in bed. Also, the bathroom door awkwardly clashes with the toilet area and it makes it very cluttered & weird. One more thing they need to improve on: those awful polyester sheets!
