TV did not work. Asked for a discount on the romm did not get one.

Was on the 2nd floor. no Elevator, so I had to do the stairs with a bad knee. Place was fine except for the 2 roaches in the bathroom.

The room was outdated but amenities were ok. TV had no working channels.

Safe and Clean Stay Room was downstairs with easy access for older person. Room was clean and neat. Great value for location. Felt safe in that area.

The hotel was great for a quick overnight trip. The room was well attended, clean, comfortable. More so than most hotels in a ‘budget’ price range. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated that check-out time was noon (typically 11). Would stay again if we have plans in the Heights area and would recommend.

Attempted car break in Someone tried to break into my car on the night of March 27th as the alarm was on when I checked the car in the morning of Mar 28. They never got into it. Good to better monitor the parking area

Will not book again here The description stated it was a pool and it wasnt one. Still was under renovation which was uncomfortable. Dirty old rusted microwave & coffee maker. Also, no kitchen supplies provided for the kitchenette. Lot of smoking on the stairs.

It is ok. The price is good. It is a place to hang your hat for the night. They don't have coffee in the room. No cups. Couldn't find the code for WiFi.

Exceptionally clean, maintained, well furnished (small fridge and microwave) and without the cost to go with it. Highly recommended.

Room is great very open and spacious and the area is quiet. My only complaint unfortunately is there is only basic tv no cable not even antenna that’s disappointing but I appreciate the kindness I received from the front desk clerk he was very polite.

Amazing service from the start the staff is friendly and welcoming. The parking is well lit and the location is safe. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a very up to date modern look that you would normally find at high end hotels but at an affordable price. They even have blue lighting above the bed that just looks great. I highly recommend planning your next stay here.

It was affordable and average. Wasn't expecting anything fancy, and didn't get anything fancy in return. Was a bit sad the continental breakfast has been discontinued permanently and this was not updated on *******. Room did smell pretty strongly of **** so if you have a weak nose be aware.

Overall we were happy with our stay. But I did find it strange and inconvenient that we had to leave a $50 cash deposit upon checking in and had to have a room inspection before checking out to get the deposit back.

Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Looked like there was some remodeling done. It looked really nice. There were security cameras set up to look over ther commercial vehicles and other guest. Breakfast served in the morning.

If you know the Willowbrook area in Houston, it’s hard to say it’s a good area in general. It right next to a high so do expect sirens of all kind. For the room and stay itself, it was nice and clean while still being spacious. Front desk was very kind and help point us in the right direction of our room.

Clean Safe and fairly new like 7 of 8 years. If you need an inexpensive option this will work. Also the staff is right there and nothing gets in or out without them seeing it

I was here for two weeks and i can say thus is the best place you can find, is very clean and the staf is very welcome and also the ladys that clean the room the are so proffesional i didnt see in other places to clean your room in that way. This place is a definite great stay. Clean and excellent location everything you need nearby. Stayed in a smoking room and found a cigarette hole burn on the sofa and comforter but then again it is a smoking room. Love the soap and lotion dispensers in the sink and shower very convenient! We booked 3 rooms for 5 days and sadly the room was cleaned only on our 4th day. For an IHG chain, we stayed for the first time in Staybridge suites and were definitely disappointed. Great place but I had to ding a star for the Road Noise and traffic gridlock during rush. There is an on ramp about 50 yards to the front of the hotel. Between 9PM and about midnight an adolescent with a bypassed muffler will gun their way up that ramp, shaking the windows on that side every 30 seconds or so. The staff was amazing! There was a young lady named Zerena and she was so polite, helpful, and just made our stay so much easier! Then there was a gentleman at the front desk, and I'm sorry I do not remember his name. But he had the most amazing customer service that I've seen in a long time! I was really shocked by the room I booked. It said at first that it was a barrier-free room, but it was not written like that on Ctrip. It was such a big room, and the air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't live in it. Fortunately, Ctrip solved it for me. The bed was a bit too soft and hard to sleep in. The location is still very good.

The front desk was very welcoming and very nice. However, our room was not as clean, there was like brown stuff in the wall by the bed. And when turning the ac it was very loud in living room and also the heat did not work.

Absolutely wonderful! Room was comfortable but the staff made it the best! Shuttle was at the front ready to take me when I walked outside. Everything was good. The only disappointments were that the pool is an outdoor pool, so we couldn't use it because of the cold. Also, the breakfast buffet starts later on weekends than on weekends so we couldn't partake of that because of our early morning flight. Also, the receptionist handed me 2 bottles of water and I thought they were free but the charge showed up on my credit card later.

The shuttle got to us in good time and took us to the hotel. The breakfast provided enough options for most people to enjoy. I was able to sleep well after a long teavel day.

Staff was fantastic and professional. Room is outdated. Electricity kept tripping and the couch had a spring popping through the cushion. Dishwasher didn’t work. Room had a slight dingy scent. Great location if you are seeing a Texans game as it’s writhing easy walking distance to the stadium.

We enjoyed our visit although the air conditioning didn’t cool our room very well. There was a sign posted that 72 was the lowest temperature you could set your thermostat, but our room never cooled off.

The shuttle service (advertised on signs in hotels running from 6 am to 7 pm) only ran from 6 am to 11 am. Ended up spending a bunch of money on Ubers. I recommend a hotel closer to the medical center. And money I would have saved by lower room rates was spent on Ubers

The hotel is clean and conveniently located close to the city center, with many great restaurants and places nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, I was a bit disappointed that toothbrush and toothpaste were not already provided in the room and I had to ask for them. This is a basic amenity that could have been handled better. It's in a strategic location just 5 mins walk to the Galleria. Room was fine for a small family but the window are facing corridors and people can peeps into the room or living area if the curtains are not tightly close. Breakfast is simple. Overall.l, i will recommend with the price.

The room itself was ok. The advertised picture when I booked the room showed a shower tub combo and we got just a shower though. The ac however smelled like urine. Maybe they need to put a new filter in it. We wound up turning it off as it was pretty chilly that night.

This hotel could really use some upgrades, the carpet was stained, and the walls were dirty and cracked. We could have overlooked those things, but what truly shocked us were the gunshots that woke us up around 5 a.m.

The room was convenient & clean, but very outdated & old. None of the plugs worked on both sides of the bed, so we couldn’t charge our phones while looking at them in bed. Also, the bathroom door awkwardly clashes with the toilet area and it makes it very cluttered & weird. One more thing they need to improve on: those awful polyester sheets! It's like sleeping on fiber glass! A real bummer!

Great staff, but this particular TownePlace Suites is a tired property. Double queen old pillows, one side chair in the wrong part of the room. A small dining room table with 4 small chairs. No desk or desk chair. Not set up for work at all. Do not get a room that faces the busy road, it's very noisy all through the night.

Sheets were dirty from stains but other than that is was a good hotel to stay in.
