The room was not clean. Hair and dirt on floor. Asked front desk to re clean room while we were out for evening, we returned to find nothing done. They did cover valet cost however but it ruined our stay. Would not stay again.

Bad service, they forgot to pick up our laundry when we called in the morning, by evening it was still unwashed and all we got was we are sorry, we are severely understaffed.
For breakfast we got to the restaurant in the hotel they told us we have to wait 2 hours, We never got to feed our children, which is quite sad for a supposed 5 star hotel
For housekeeping, I requested for housekeeping to change our sheet but it wasn’t done, we ended up sleeping on dirty sheets.
I was so disappointed that I checked out the next day.
For breakfast we got to the restaurant in the hotel they told us we have to wait 2 hours, We never got to feed our children, which is quite sad for a supposed 5 star hotel

Lobby smelled like sewer bad. Almost made us want to throw up. At 5:00 room wasn’t ready. We were not the only guests with rooms not ready. Looked like everyone was waiting. Went to the restaurant to have dinner while waiting and most of the menu wasn’t available for another couple of hours. The music in the restaurant was very loud and not appropriate for the clientele at that time of day. Horrible martini. No turn down service. Went to front desk to cancel the following night and was told they would credit me and they would communicate this with *******. Never happened. Very disappointed with this Thompson. We stay at other Thompson’s and have great experiences .

Not to the expectation of Thompson Hotel. Restaurant was closes, odors in arrival, bathrooms are incredibly slippery and sub par service.

I was charged two addition charges that have no correspondence to my check out receipt.

The hotel overcharged me; I was charged over $50 USD after checking out of the MiniBar without using it, and no one answers my calls. I won't be coming back.

Valet signs outside are a little confusing. Room service took a long time and menu was limited. It was ok for a night.

Amazing hotel! First visit to San Antonio and the Thompson but will definitely be back! Room was immaculate, staff was exceptional, Isaiah and Seth were very nice and accommodating! Couldn’t have been a better 4 days!

The room was clean, quaint and stylish. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower. Loved the breakfast up on the 20th floor!

The most insanely adorable cafe inside of a greenhouse. This place was built for all the avid rainy day readers, the old traveling friends who are catching up over a cup of tea, and a haven for nature loving artists. Location was very beautiful and would recommend. My favorite spot in San Antonio for sure. Even the furniture and decore is cute! Super romantic hidden gem. Menu offers a limited but unique and delicious choices. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Very trendy spot but I expected more. Food was good but not exceptional and menu was not that impressive. The atmosphere was upbeat and very young crowd. Location supports a long slender dining area with windows along the entire length of the building. Service was good.

Beautiful place for a romantic dinner. Service was top notch, food was excellent, and we had a great time. Full service bar and an excellent margarita round it out. Only downside is the small and limited menu which makes return trips less interesting.

AMAZING. Came to San Antonio for a trip and found this restaurant nestled in the corners of the city. The lighting was soothing and intimate. The food was wonderful, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely come back. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.

Incredible service - incredible food - incredible views and ambience.
We were a walk-in party of 5 with a Birthday cake. As a server I know how that can look...but we had the BEST server I've had in my one year here in San Antonio. Super impressed.
