The only odd thing is breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m.. and several guests came to get coffee Etc and everything was closed. But the remodel is quite nice.

Very nice room, just wished the pool was opened longer for us. By the time we got back to hotel the pool was closing. And needed more breakfast options other then cereal. :( but was a nice hotel

The room fridge did not work well, the ice maker on 2nd floor was out of service, this place is ok for 1 night stays

Breakfast was not good at all bread seemed to be there for days. Milk had a taste was past due. Not many breakfast options. Room was very noisy could not rest hearing the stumping of other rooms. Had a door leading to other room not safe

We were staying on a family trip. Two adults and two kids. We asked the front desk for a second bar of soap and an extra shampoo and they refused. Our room had chewed up gum on tbt bed rail and the bread at breakfast had mold on it.

I didn’t like being on the second floor and whoever was on the 3rd floor on top had kids and you could hear them running around and making noise it was ok for the price I guess but won’t stay there again And I had to wait to check out no one was at the front it took about 10 mins before someone finally came to check out to get my deposit back it’s a no return for me‼️

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY BREAKFAST
The breakfast is not even a breakfast it was horrible had like 3 items thay you would serve all day. The floors left our feet black at the bottom and my shower was clogged.

The service was great. Place has a ghetto appearance. Seats need to be reupholstered. The cloth on the back rests look dingy and the vinyl on some is ripped. I think it also needs better lighting.

Foods was good but even though I called in my order ahead of time, it still took 28 minutes longer.

Our waitress really looked after us. She was very attentive. Our food came promptly. It was good.

I went with a friend for midnight breakfast. The meal went bad from start, the table had fried egg on it and their were no napkins. After ordering, the coffee was good but for my friend there were_no sugar packets and no waitress to be found. We went to another table to retrieve the packets. I ordered an omelet which was very dry. The pancakes were hard and crispy and the syrups were near empty. I had not been to IHOP in a year for the same reasons, I guess it will be a couple of years now[.

Be ready to send your order back more than once. There was only a couple other families here. I would understand if it was packed, but this place is always dead. Oh, and don't bother complaining to the manager, Joe, because he won't care. In his words, "you're entitled to your own opinion" when it comes to providing decent customer service. Joe's very unprofessional and shows no remorse for any families stopping by to enjoy a good meal. It's sad that IHOP has allowed a person of such poor character to run their establishment. He approached our table and disrespected my entire family for simply asking that 1 steak be cooked a little longer because it was RAW. We weren't rude when making this request. I can only hope that better training be provided for each employee when it comes to customer service.
