I highly recommend that you not stay here. Run down, cable only has 1 station, hope you like NBC. Normally Choice Hotels are usually decent. But this one must be one of the step children. Toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. Which could result in an injury no one expects that. Thank God we only have to endure one night. Remember if the price is too good to be true. Keep scrolling. Thank me later.

This is by far the WORST place I have ever stayed in. Honestly, it shouldn’t even be called a “hotel” — it’s more like a run-down, dirty, cheap motel. The elevator doesn’t work, the pool is disgusting and filthy, and everything around looks horrible and unsafe. The bathrooms don’t function properly — the toilet water doesn’t even go down. On top of that, there are cockroaches in the rooms, which makes the place even more unbearable and unhygienic. It’s impossible to sleep because there are always people outside the rooms talking loudly or “repairing” something all night long. To make things even worse, they don’t even allow you to have guests at night. Imagine paying for a room and not being allowed to invite anyone over. Absolutely ridiculous. They also advertise “free breakfast,” but the breakfast room has been closed for months — I later found reviews saying it’s been shut down for at least 5 months. So they are basically lying about services they don’t provide. And forget about TV or internet — there’s no cable, no signal, no WiFi. Nothing works. On top of that, there’s not even hot water. Taking a shower here is miserable. This is the worst of the worst. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this in my life. Instead of making my trip comfortable, this place completely ruined my experience. It was my first time visiting San Antonio, and thanks to this so-called “hotel,” my trip turned into a nightmare.

This hotel is going through a change of management. Not a 2.5 but a 2 or less in my opinion. The building is old. The rooms are also old and need to be renewed. Peeled paint, dirty lamps, stained linens, musky smell. Dirty floors. Pool closed. The only thing good was that our bed was comfortable and that it is close to the Riverwalk. Front desk personnel was friendly. Breakfast was super basic. Went to McDonald's instead.

got there 11.30pm..was tired it was near freeway, 84..for 1 bed 1 person, the person had to use his key to let me in, room was nothing fancy bed felt worn out, the top lock was broken used deadbolt, slept had travel 12 hours, woke up at 4am to use bathroom turn lights saw ants in bathroom, then morning saw roaches on sink, told the indian woman at the desk while leaving, she didnt say nothing, like no big deal, never will i stay at quality inn period..not worth the money,

Too tired to complain. This would be completely free of charge in the country. It is impossible for them to clean up every day. Even if no special reminder was given, cleaning should have been done on the third night. Totally no service, never stayed in such a bad hotel. The breakfast was horrible and not a single light was turned on. They are all part-time workers who only speak Spanish. The front desk is often empty. You could write a book to complain about it. The $30 discount per night was not honored.

Not the nicest of hotels but decent place to stay. Cleanliness is mediocre. The hotel definitely needs to focus on maintenance and upkeep. If you need to call the hotel for anything don’t. Nobody answers the phone. Night auditor claims he was busy. Another says she doesn’t know how to work a phone. As a manager of a Choice hotel I find it hard to run a business with without working phone. But if you’re looking for just a place to rest your head it’s fine.
