It looks nice on the photo but there are things that caused the rating. They require a deposit for the room key. Barely any towels, I can say it was enough for one person. The pillows are disgusting , yellow stains all over them and the pillow cases has holes in them. They look like they are coming apart. When I called for extra pillows, because they are very week and won't hold your head up, and was refused. While on the phone I opened the side table drawer and found cigarette trash. The tv remote would not work and she refused troubleshooting the problem. We booked two night but left after one night.

The room was horrible. Roaches, dusty,hair, and no breakfast. Pool was GREEN. The room smelled of smoke also cigarette butt's were in the sink. Hair all around the bathroom floor. The 1 bright spot was Mrs. Sandra the housekeeper, she really made sure we had towels and bathroom tissue when we needed them. I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends staying at this location.

The onwer asked me to cancel it by giving excuses internet issue though wifi working fine. The guy at reception gave me keys twice of used room

Stay away
Was not expecting much but desk person could not find my payment confirmation. They wanted me to cancel and rebook which is shady at best. Once that issue was resolved the room was ok. Non smoking room with the lingering odor of cigarette smoke. Final issue there was zero soap, shampoo or conditioner. At least provide the basics!

The tile was falling off of the baseboard in the bathroom. Also the maid did not refill the toliet paper roll. Basic 101. What I dump.

Our room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was old food in the fridge, trash around the room, dirty towels, and a wad of spit/snot in the sink. After seeing all of this we chose to not stay and just left that same night.

The guy working at the front desk (don’t know if he was a manager or what) was an absolutely delight and very friendly. However the room that we got was absolutely garbage. Water was leaking from the roof onto the carpet so the room had a moldy nasty smell and the floor leading to the bathroom was wet. The coffee pot wasn’t working and was missing the pot. The restroom was not clean at all and the toilet was broken. Should’ve gone to a different hotel instead.

Heat in room didn't work no Continental Breakfast like advertised say Due to Covid Reasons but it doesn't say or mentioned anything about that on the website

Order was wrong, and manager still wanted to charge me. Service was horrible, I'll never go back to that pizza hut.

I ordered my pizza per the app. I was told it would be ready in 20mins. I didn't get my pizza until 45 mins after I arrived. Everyone's order was delayed. Sadly this happened a lot at this location but usually doesn't take as long.

Very disappointed overall. The service left much to be desired. Our pizza was mushy and under cooked. Our order could not be done to our satisfaction. Will definitely not return to this location.

The salads are actually pretty good these days
