I love this hotel. It is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant is great, and the location is good too.

The staff was helpful,and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was cloudy and the kids said there was too much chlorine in it. The property was nice and clean.

Room was not ready at 4pm for check in . I made it to the hotel after 6 pm and it took all night to get my room and they didn’t do anything but give me a couple of drinks at the bar this messed all my plans up for the night

Had to wait 2 Hours to book in my room. Waited 1 hour in the lobby to be able to get to the register just for them to tell me rooms weren't ready.

everything was great except the pool looked alittle dirty and it did have a lot of clorox which was burning the kids eyes . Only thing we were disappointed in.
other than that clean room! nice staff!

This was a very beautiful place to stay. The aroma when you walk in will have you feeling very relaxed, it smelled like a vacation. The only down side (WHICH WAS NOT THERE FAULT) would be it took me about 3 hours or more to be checked into my room. But they were very accommodating due to this.

Prepare for a very long check in process. We waited in line for 30 minutes and rooms were not ready.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here 25 years ago (when it was a different property). We recently returned for a quick trip and booked a room here. While the property still has beautiful bones and everything was clean, I was not as impressed as I had hoped to be. Staff was definitely not welcoming (with the exception and a shoutout to Joeie in the bar who was awesome). Also, a person had their truck broken into over night (we had parked right next to them- we were the lucky ones I guess) and the staff did not seem at all phased or upset when the lady was making her report. Overall, nice place but could use some love.

The Estancia is my go to hotel when I stay in San Antonio. Its ambiance is inviting. There’s always people having a good time at happy hour in the bar /lobby area - as a solo traveler, I always feel welcomed. The absolute best bartenders!! 🎉. The front desk is efficient and smiling. Also, when I forgot a couple of items - they didn’t hesitate to run them up to my room! I will always stay here when I am in town

Food was good, but somewhat pricey. We spent almost $200 for 7 people. Waitress was wonderful, although she was overworked with too many tables. Also, the French Dip sandwich meat was very chewy. It's a nice place to go on occasion, but only if you're ready to spend money and time.

Seated as soon as we came in the door on a Saturday and our waiter was cool. That was the reason for two stars.....now when it comes to the meals, horrible. My husband's chicken and ribs (Bucket of Bones) it was called was so hard & dry if he threw it at you it would leave a mark. I had the special Rib platter w/sides and my fries were so salty I had to blow the salt of them. And my ribs wow, so nasty & dry, no taste what so ever. Back to cooking at home no more going out for us. We are so tired of the bad meals that we are paying for.

For the price we paid it was not a very good experience. The place had a weird smell. The food was all over done and dry. Not fresh at all. The service was decent, but that doesnt make up for the terrible food quality. Definitely expected better.

Nice place. Our server was nice and came back for a table often, good thing they did because the place was fairly empty and I would have felt weird if they forgot about us considering we were maybe one of two tables. I enjoyed the food and would go back, I would recommend it to others. The decor reminds me a lot of Outback Steakhouse or Longhorn. Although the food is not as expensive as those restaurants. I would expect a weight during more heavily traffic restaurant times. We ate here on a weekday about 3 pm.

Waitress had very poor communication skills. The shrimp in lobster sauce that,she coerced me into choosing tasted absolutely nothing like what I was expecting. Quality of food was average at best

I love that everything is cooked to order. The portions are great for the price and you can customize the sushi. It's not usually very busy because it's kinda tucked in the back of the plaza, so you can have a quiet, private lunch.

Horrible experience. Menu has 19.99 sushi plate which apparently is a "misprint". Son ordered shrimp and noodle plate which seemed good. He liked it. I ordered almond chicken. But they didn't have almonds. So I ordered the cashew chicken. Wife got her sushi. They waitress kept putting sushi dish in front of me. I moved it to wife's side and the waitress asked. "What did you order?" I said I ordered the almond chicken but you told me no almonds only had cashew. So that's what I ordered. Well finally got my meal almost 10 minutes later. Everyone else already done eating. Lady at register asked how was it? I said horrible. She said sorry. I told her what was wrong. No discount nothing. Only said "this restaurant has been here for 30 years". Well I can see why when the wait is so long. Gave it a one star rating because I guess there's no negative stars. Get the same meal from wok inn for half the price and better service. Oh. The staff there needs to dress more appropriate. Kid serving us drinks looked like he just woke up. He had t shirt and work out pants.

The food was fantastic and they were very friendly. Our meals were great and had quite a bit of food. And the milk tea was AMAZING. Our waitress was great and after my sister spilled her drink twice (and started crying) the waitress kept making sure she was okay.
It was an overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.
