I am giving Sky Palace a rating of 5 for several reasons. The first and most important to me is that I felt safe. The owner and employees left me feeling like they were viligant and aware in keeping guests and vehicles safe. Cleanliness was just as important. The rooms and parking lot was kept clean, with upkeep throughout the day. The fridge kept my food and drink very cold and ran quietly. I would stay at Sky Palace again and recommend it to anyone traveling.

Sheets/pillow case stained/dirty.. Got a 1st floor room, saw/killed 4 dozen roaches in 2 hours. Ac system stuck at 60°F setpoint, couldn't adjust to my usual 68. Walked into a stifling hot room. Ac system was off. It sucks to get off the road after 8hrs of driving and have my hotel room be 86°F when I walk in along with the roaches. Staff was great. It's well lit so feels relatively safe. Food nearby. But I dunno if it's because I had a smoking room or what but I was really hoping for more cleanliness. Almost had to leave. My daughter does NOT like roaches.

I only spend One night, but no problem at all.. the registration was easy and fast ... they were nice .. felt very secure 🙏 love the bed and pillows 🥰 had a good sleep even with my back problems...

I stayed in a non-smoking room with a King size bed. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge which is a big plus. The room was very clean. The lighting in the room is very good. Not dim or dark like some cheap motels can be.
The motel pool looks nice and inviting. I didn't get a chance to swim during my stay though.
The motel property is well lit at night, making it feel safe. It was also very quiet and peaceful.
There is a gas station within walking distance and a Wendy's next door. There is a little Mexican food truck across the street. A city bus stop located nearby which is useful for getting to/from downtown San Antonio. There is also a McDonald's further down the street. I still managed to walk there without any issues.
I would stay here again.

My Favorite SA Innova
I checked in. The staff is courteous and straight-forward to visitors. I have been there many times and always got friendly, dutiful service. The good service that was shown never waivered. I most definitely will continue to stay at the Knights Inn Motel and highly recommend the facility to all my friends & family for their stay in San Antonio.

Gross and horrible
This is a gross hotel. I don’t care how little you pay you should still feel safe and be in a clean room. I have asthma and asked for a smoke free room. The room smelled like I walked it to an old school Las Vegas ******.

Loved the staff super accommodating and friendly. Room was clean but the towels could’ve been cleaner.

The staff was very pleasant. When we got there, we were told there would be a $40 deposit for each room. Not a nice surprise. In the rooms, the blankets, sheets, top of the fridge, and chair were dirty. The pool could have used a cleaning as well so we didn't use it, but others did. We won't be staying there again. It's also right next to the highway so it's nosy.

Worst stay ever.
The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke almost as soon as I opened the door. The towels had lots of hair on them. The bed covers felt like they had not been washed recently. Overall, will never stay there again. Not meant for families. It is mostly used by men who work hard outdoors.

Quality of food was disappointing. Staff assistance was ok but not too helpful. Showed up for breakfast just after 10 and their selection was poor. Would prob not go back to that store. Fountain drinks did not taste that great. They need to work on their portions too. There was a lot of tortilla and not enough of the filling. Dissapointed

Couldnt get barely anything because they didnt have just about everything we asked for on the menu including chicken. Took the only guy in there 15 min to scoop on tray of beef, beans and rice. We get home and we are missing the guacamole and sour cream we paid extra for and come to find out only 1 tortilla for our fajita meal (The only thing we could get). After we ordered 2 meals and went to the counter to get rung up only 1 meal was rang up.... we just gave up at that point. Good food from what we tried. Terrible service.

I don't know if this will be read and looked into. I went at about 4:30 AM place my order for the specials. Paid and asked what time dose it open. The answer was at 3:00 am, if I recall correctly. Then I sit down at the table, I see 2 employees cooking, so I'm thinking that it shouldn't be too long. But the wait was about more than 30 minutes. I was not told there would be a delay. Since I gad to go back to work, I had to ask for a refund. The cashier did apologize, and said I should of been told.
