There's a kitchen equipped with a single basin sink with counter space by it enough for dishes to dry and cabinets under the sink as well as under the counter space next to the mini 4 burner electric stove top with oven

The price is a bit higher than some hotels in San Antonio but WELL WORTH IT!!! I have stayed at several other establishments in San Antonio and this motel is bar none above the rest anywhere else I have stayed

The management team is very helpful and hospitable!!! The rooms are CLEAN and I am happy that I didn't have to scrub anything in my room as I have had to do at others

There's a vanity area with bathroom sink next to large closet and a private bathroom with a tub shower and toilet

Enjoy the stay and we were upgraded to a larger room. Internet was fast. Bathroom was large and staff was very nice and helpful.

This Facility was very clean. Very Decent rooms. The customer service there was great. The staff was quiet and nice.

Really enjoy staying here anytime we're in town, the rooms are kept clean and the staff is always friendly, we had an issue with the fridge in our room and they were really quick to take care of it

This is the 2nd time we stay at this Super 8. Although the one at Universal City is closer, we like this one better!

The rooms didn't look exactly like the pictures but they still worked for my family. We never had an issues when we needed extra towels or the bedding changed. This hotel is super close to the air force base

Apparently, the old version of this place was a dump under previous ownership, so the new group is working hard on building their reputation. They are doing an amazing job

I love how it's close to Lackland Airforce Base. And all the main stores and food chains are nearby. This is my 2nd stay here and I've never had any problems there

This place is being updated by new ownership. The customer service is impeccable. Friendly staff and very nice looking, clean rooms

Plus there is a mini fridge and microwave, that's a huge plus for me as I like to snack on fruits and eat more at the room

The staff is outrageously unbelievably phenomenal especially Jose I don't want to down anyone else jaylene also you go but the two that I have had the most contact with Maria housekeeping Jose and jaylene and I don't want to give him anything to clash over but Jose is number one jaylene is number two Maria's number three and so on :-)

Despite what it looks like on the outside, the service and the attention is top tier. New management is working hard to make the place succeed. Sheets were good, water was hot, good night sleep

I will definitely come back again on my next visit

The place is very clearly under remodeling and is making improvements. Looking forward to see how it ends up. Definitely ask for a remodeled room when you go

The difference between an old room and a new rooms night and day. Definitely would not want to stay on one of the old ones

No ice machines working vending machine broke Great Service and workers but no hand towels. And minimal support and hospitality. Exclusive retreat for me and my future.

Rooms have a phone and flatscreen TV. Excellent housekeeping staff that goes the extra mile. I give a rating of 4 stars. I deducted one star because of a disturbing encounter with security upon my check-out

I checked into Motel 9 around 11:00 p. The clerk was attentive, friendly, and asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. He booked me a room for four nights @ $@233. ) Weekend rates are little pricey

Rooms are clean, newly remodeled and in good condition. Front desk staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Soft drinks are for sale in the lobby for a $1. An ice machine is located near the office

I would most definitely use this motel again, and I recommend it for long-term stay Sunday - Thursday

They also had a mini fridge, coffee pot and microwave which is becoming an uncommon thing. Be ware of their intense speed bump in the parking lot. Even going less than 1mph my poor car's frame got a jolt

Cheap rates, rooms had 2 double bed, good housekeeping. Building is old. Owners are awesome and very responsive and respectful. I forgot my credit card and they safe kept it for a day.

The beds were clean, the room was clean and we had no complaints except for thin comforters but we just pulled the 2nd one from the other bed

The price to stay here is very cheap, the rooms are very spacious and the location is close to many fun things to do in San Antonio

It's in close proximity to the necessities and airport and not too far a drive to everywhere else. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

My room was clean and cleaned everyday for 2 weeks. The breakfast is packed unless you get in early. I'd get a made to order omelette and go back to bed

Not much requested for towels or extra amenities so cannot properly attest to how their maid service was. Room was nice and spacious, although oddly laid out to my taste. All and all, was a pleasant stay

The lobby attendant didn't bother removing dirty towels from the pool; there were no towels and the trash was full :( but the room attendants do a good job at cleaning the rooms

The morning after, the manager told us all the places we can visit and even told us the festival they will have in April. All the staff were extremely helpful and so far they are the best hotel I have ever stayed in

The old fashioned was by far the best I’ve had around town. To cap off the evening was the Burlesque show by The Dollhaus, they simply brought that proper burlesque show experience and showgirl class

This amazing gem is tucked away in downtown San Antonio. The front entrance just exudes decadence. The dining experience was by far a foodies dream, the cocktails in the Havana bar were amazing

This place has the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. I’ve stayed at Drury, Holiday, Ritz Carlton etc. and THIS PLACE takes the cake with their BEDS. It’s like floating on a cloud, you feel weightless

The bed was comfortable, not soft, but not firm either. It is right outside the gate to Lackland, going there for a graduation made this place very convenient to stay in. Staff was kind and more than accommodating

The is the best pedestrian hotel in the downtown area with the Pearl market being very close by along with a portion of the extended river walk. Downtown shopping is a stone throws away

If you care about safety and convenience this is the place to stay. Nearby is vegetarian options and other quality food choices

This stay as well as all the other comfort inn and suites has been the best. The staff are pleasant, you can have a conversation with them if they are not busy. The full breakfast is always good

The food at the hotel is relatively good. It’s just that there aren’t many choices of tea bags. For some reason, the tea bags I drank on the first day no longer appear, leaving only one choice

You could not walk through the lobby at any time of day without being greeted multiple times, even by name! The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable

Just spent 5 nights here during the Final Four. After over 600 nights in Marriotts around the country, I must say the staff here was extremely friendly, helpful and energetic

If you are okay with puplic parking while staying which I believe will cost almost 75% of the hotels valey price, you don't have to pay for private parking either

Everything was well maintained. Shower took way too long to get to the temperature I wanted though. The room service was great, they changed the towels everyday
