Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The place has a fantastic vibe!

Hotel was lovely. Had no dealings with staff except for check in and check out. Guy at check in never mentioned the security deposit, just went ahead and charged card. Staff didn’t feel warm or friendly.
Room was clean but I dropped an earring and when I went to pick it up, I saw a piece of chicken under the bedside table.
Went to the cafe for breakfast. Overpriced considering we ordered at counter and collected and dropped back plates. Our food was meant to be warm but was cold. $44 for 2 coffees, cold food and fast food type service was disappointing.

My stay at the Eaton Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The property has a warm, modern aesthetic that immediately makes you feel comfortable, with beautiful design touches throughout the lobby, lounge areas, and rooms.
The staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Check-in was quick, and the overall energy of the hotel felt relaxed, creative, and thoughtfully curated.
My room was clean, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the lighting was soft and inviting, and the amenities were high-quality. It’s clear that Eaton prioritizes guest comfort and wellness.
The hotel also offers great communal spaces — the café, lounge, and restaurants all had a calm, artsy vibe that made it easy to work, unwind, or grab a good meal without having to leave the building.
Overall, Eaton Hotel delivers a boutique experience with personality, comfort, and great service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

Gorgeous hotel! The design is simply superb! Beautiful carpets and tiles in the bathroom, a record player right in the room! Clean and very cozy. The location is excellent: the White House is a 10-15 minute walk away. I definitely recommend it.

The only reason it doesn't have a full evaluation is because on the last day in room 920 at 6 a.m. something inside the room, it looked like the air conditioning, started making a huge noise that woke up my parents. Furthermore, excellent decoration, super comfortable bed, super friendly staff. There is free coffee and tea. I would stay at the same hotel again.

Good octopus and eastern oysters. My colleague had the mussels with wild mushrooms and truffle cream. Both tasted excellent!

Great food, great atmosphere, great service, good value for money. Do you want more? We had oysters from california, octopus, steak tartare and a salad with smoked salmon. All were of great quality, well prepared and served. The atmpsphere of the brasserie invites you to enjoy the eating and drinking experience. Service is great, the people serving the drinks and the food know their wares and truly help with selections. Finally, the price is right.

Could not be happier with my experience here. My friend and I were a bit under dressed and were treated just the same as everyone else. The wait staff were not only knowledgeable but friendly and welcoming. The patio was beautiful and not overcrowded. The food was phenomenal and the beer was amazing. 10/10 would go again (dressed a little better next time)!

We went here for brunch to celebrate our anniversary and were so happy we picked this place.
1) Service = The service was great. A few mentioned that service wasn't so great but we did not find this to be the case. Ralph was extremely attentive. The bread was brought out warm and the butter was very easy to spread.
2) My husband ordered the classic mussels and biscuits and gravy and he says both were VERY good.
3) I ordered the steak frites and it was also very good. The steak was tender, the sauce was tasty, fries were crispy and the watercress was good.
4) Ambiance = Everything was nice, we sat outside for the lovely weather and had an umbrella for shade.
5) I recommend getting the bottomless mimosas!
