Awesome location that is walking distance from all the monuments and amazing locations. Very dog friendly. Love the art and messages they promote, as their music vibe is top tier. Best hotel to bring your dog too. Maggie is the best with dogs and great hotel staff there. Very different, but cool hotel. Love the uniqueness. High recommend stay.

Location is walkable to Chinatown and nearby popular areas. The modern design is very nice and can be seen throughout the hotel. Loved the art throughout the hotel. Only downside was the mattress was on the firmer side, and the beds could have used extra sheets for us cold sleepers. Otherwise, it was perfect for a relaxing weekend gate-away to the city.

We visited via the Edit hotel program with Chase and the value was outstanding! They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite and the breakfast credits were generous at the delicious bakery inside the hotel. The rooftop bar was relaxing and the staff was amazing from check in to check out.
I especially appreciate the hot water kettle, high quality tea, and mini fridge in the rooms. The bath amenities smelled wonderful.
I will definitely come back and I hope they stay in the Edit program.
Only hiccup was the dinner restaurant not being open suddenly when we planned to eat there but I’m sure this is not a typical occurrence.
We parked off site and used the Metro to get around- not really walkable to the Mall for us in winter weather.

Stayed here during DC Pride and to celebrate a birthday! The place has a hip vibe and the record player in our suite with access to records was a nice touch that we like! We were very disappointed that with what we paid for our suite that no amenity was offered to help us celebrate. But the room was available for us prior to normal check-in. For the price, the suite was nice, but nothing over the top. We've stayed in nice accomodations nearby for the same price point, but it's still a fun option. The rooftop is also a lot of fun, we've been their multiple times and the outdoor terrace is a great hang. Front desk folks were also nice!

Stayed here for a staycation a couple times. Very spacious suites and large closets with a dresser. The bathroom was also quite nice. They have record players in the rooms with very decent sound quality, but each room is themed and the records reflect that. If you’re interested in certain records or vibes, call and see if they can accommodate there’s a good bar and restaurant downstairs,too. If you a there during the weekend the upstairs bar is very cute and dusting the summer tends to have good djs.

Stayed here for three nights. The staff was so lovely and welcoming! They were incredibly responsive to requests for silly things like extra pillows and towels, and offered great recommendations of things to do.

Allegory (speakeasy in the lobby) is incredible. Capri and Princess were amazing and the drinks were incredible. Definitely a can’t miss.

Our room included valet parking and breakfast each day at the baker’s daughter, which was excellent.

Amazing hotel, we will definitely stay here again!

Eaton is a vibe. Absolutely loved the staff, amenities and room. The room was very spacious, big comfy beds and the water pressure of the shower felt like a massage. The rooftop entertainment and on air radio were very cool. Downstairs eatery for breakfast tacos were tasty and convenient. Thanks for making my first trip Great

Probably one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. What really makes this place great are the people who work here. Very friendly and very warm. The type who you want to see at a hotel. Simone at the check in desk is a real gem. The rooms are also fantastic and mine came with a record player and a couple records of some smooth jazz. 5/5.

I stayed at Eaton DC almost 2 weeks while I was in the city for work training, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent and room service was provided every day. Mr. Faye, the manager is very kind! The location is fantastic and safe. However, the rooms were smaller than expected and don’t have microwaves. And the bathroom was tiny with poor lighting. The hotel is unique because of the eclectic styling and there is a record player in the rooms. I would probably stay again for a couple of days, but any time length over that, I would choose a hotel with more space and amenities such as a complimentary breakfast and ice available on each floor. I’m glad I had the chance to experience Eaton DC though!

Great decor. Lovely concept. However if they spent as much time on quality of service, they would be deserving of the 4.5 star rating that I’ve seen on some sites. In one week my room was not serviced properly once, with trash still left around my room, the bathroom utensils replaced only once. No coffee, tea or water available in the room, so you have to stock up on your own. The record player and vinyl in the rooms are amazing but the record player didn’t work. The rooftop turns into the club on Friday night and guests essentially share the same elevator as partygoers who stand in a line to get in. If you’re looking for a trendy hotel for trend sake with easy access to party, this is the place for you. Otherwise I’d suggest thinking twice.

Good octopus and eastern oysters. My colleague had the mussels with wild mushrooms and truffle cream. Both tasted excellent!

Great food, great atmosphere, great service, good value for money. Do you want more? We had oysters from california, octopus, steak tartare and a salad with smoked salmon. All were of great quality, well prepared and served. The atmpsphere of the brasserie invites you to enjoy the eating and drinking experience. Service is great, the people serving the drinks and the food know their wares and truly help with selections. Finally, the price is right.

Could not be happier with my experience here. My friend and I were a bit under dressed and were treated just the same as everyone else. The wait staff were not only knowledgeable but friendly and welcoming. The patio was beautiful and not overcrowded. The food was phenomenal and the beer was amazing. 10/10 would go again (dressed a little better next time)!

We went here for brunch to celebrate our anniversary and were so happy we picked this place.
1) Service = The service was great. A few mentioned that service wasn't so great but we did not find this to be the case. Ralph was extremely attentive. The bread was brought out warm and the butter was very easy to spread.
2) My husband ordered the classic mussels and biscuits and gravy and he says both were VERY good.
3) I ordered the steak frites and it was also very good. The steak was tender, the sauce was tasty, fries were crispy and the watercress was good.
4) Ambiance = Everything was nice, we sat outside for the lovely weather and had an umbrella for shade.
5) I recommend getting the bottomless mimosas!
