Atrium Hotel in Bukhara

I see many reviews here, with various opinions, there's a Korean review about far from city center, I don't know where he was, but this is right next to the attractions. There's one review about someone broke into their room, well we didn't have that problem. The staff are mostly uni kids, kind of amateurish, but they try and mostly friendly. There's another one that complains about everything substandard, well, you are not paying for a 5 star hotel.
Not perfect. The rooms are clean, very important, as far as I'm concerned. They don't clean the rooms everyday unless you ask them, which is fine by me, I just need fresh towels. Perhaps the biggest issues maybe AC, we had 3 rooms all together and none of them work, it's ok for us since it's fall, we just opened up the windows and the night cool air cool us down, but this could be a problem in the summer. Shower drainage is also an issue in one of the rooms, very clogged and slow.
We had breakfast included and is actually in another hotel, 5 minutes walk, but it's a beautiful setting, maybe should have booked into that hotel instead😂
Overall, it works, definitely room for improvement.
Last word, Warning, do not ask the hotel for laundry service unless you're desperate, we had a load done, and costed us 45 USD

It's a good hotel, just in the city center. It's a bit old, but it wasn't bad. We managed. We had a kettle in the rooms. We made and drank our tea. Of course, I bring a small teapot when I go. I also bring our tea from here. I put it on the kettle and make my tea. There's always water. The hotel was nice, nothing else. Just a little old, so don't expect a lot of cleanliness, but it was good. It was clean.

Nice place and close to the old town. Nice guys but like the rest of Uzbekistan they LOVE it HOT here. The rooms are toasty to the point where you struggle for breath!

Really good value hotel, recently renovated, close to the centre of Bukhara. Best bed and ballroom we´ve had during our trip in Oezbekistan and Kyrgystan. Breakfast was diverse and of good quality. The host was very helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend it! Thank you!
