We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Usman heritage, we were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived and the room was so nice and peaceful with all the amenities needed, including a fridge, smart tv, ac etc and the home in general was amazing, Umid and his family were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble and was a great help in arranging us a ride back to the train station. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and it was nice to learn about some history of the property from Umid. Location is great just a few minutes walk and you’re in the old town, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Bukhara!

Apologies to Umid for writing this review nearly a year after our visit (Sep24), but my wife & I were fondly remembering the time spent at his place. Thank you to Umid and his family for a wonderful stay. Very helpful, super gratuitous in his hospitality, we had an absolutely amazing time. Very centrally located and a very beautiful place with a lot of history. Highly recommended. Great job Umid and wish you & your family the best. 🥂😊

Amazing few days in Bukhara. Umid and family made us hugely welcome with advice and errands run, along with some complimentary “local ingredients” cocktails.
The place itself was an authentic slice of old Bukhara (apparently we were in great granny’s room). Strong recommend if you’re looking for something real during your stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful family-run place in Bukhara. Umid, the host, was incredibly generous, helpful, and truly hospitable — he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Out of all the places we visited in Uzbekistan, our stay here was the most memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Bukhara!

My experience in Heritage has been outstanding - we arrived in the early morning and Usman welcomed us with an additional free breakfast! Later when we returned from city tour, he had put the luggage in the room already! The daily breakfast is a plus -- taste like home from home~ Finally upon our checkout, there is an event going on in the city and all roads had been blocked. Usman had been so helpful - calling us a taxi and helping us with moving the luggage by walking one whole kilometer! The best service ever!
