Such an amazing awesome and lovely romantic stay in the heart of Ichan Kala in Khiva. The owners are lovely humble and kind people. The place is absolutely gorgeous and steps away from all the tourist spots in Ichan Kala. Thank you. From Keith and Su NEW ZEALAND

Really the nicest guesthouse we stayed at in all of Uzbekistan (maybe even all of Central Asia!!). The garden is a true Eden amidst the desert town of Khiva, decorated with hundreds of squashes/gourds, and the rooms are super cosy. This is all topped off by the friendly owner who was happy to help with any requests we had :) thanks so much and we’ll be back!!

+ Next to Tora Musa Madrasa Museum Bed were good. Room size good. Toilet clean. Lighting good. Easy access. Wifi good and strong. Very clean and newly refurbished They waited until I arrive at 1100pm and suggested I quickly take a walk around town in the middle of the night which was not actually a great idea as I had a good idea of what to expect and plan the next day. Hotel was able to arrange for a transfer. They prepared a packed breakfast as I had an early departure.25.06.2023

Great little guesthouse at the center of the old town. Nice little garden that provides shade for the morning coffee and tea. Very peaceful.
It was clean, the owners were super hospitable and the breakfast was very tasty.

A wonderful brand new place in a very good location in Khiva old town. The beds were the most comfortable we had had in Uzbekistan!
A kind and friendly family run this place. Limited English but communication wasn't a problem (Google translate!)

This guesthouse is a blissful place. The location is ideal, quiet yet very close to the sights. I loved sitting in the garden. The owners are very friendly and will help you with advice and assistance...thanks to Google translate. Breakfast is simple but ok.

A wonderful, friendly family hotel with hosts: Bakhtiar and Szakło, who are always there to look after and help. A beautiful garden that cannot be found anywhere else in Khiva. Delicious breakfasts among chirping quails ... And wonderful evenings in the refreshing coolness of greenery. The only such place in Khiva. You want to be here and you want to come back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality at the Bayon Ota Hotel! We will be back :)

Love this place!
Too bad there is so much to see in Khiva, because actually we just wanted to relax in this beautiful garden. It was just perfect!
• Breakfast is great and served outside in the shade.
• The rooms and the beds are very comfortable.
• Air conditioning works super well even though it’s 40+ degrees outside.
• Shower pressure is good.
• In the center of the old town.
• Quiet at night and still within minutes walking from the main square.
For us it was the perfect place & the best place we have stayed in Uzbekistan.

This is a real gem inside Ichan Kala! The only green spot and beautiful garden inside the old city. You can enjoy nice meals on the topchan in their garden, which is a real pleasure :)
Bakhtiyor aka and Shakhlo opa are very warm and hospitable hosts, we definitely would recommend staying here.
The house is just next to the Tash Khauli Palace!
