The water supply in the room often went out, not to mention hot water for showering. The included breakfast was rarely served on time. Don't stay at this hotel!

The hotel is very tired. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, TV is torn out by the roots and wires are sticking out.
Very hospitable guys at the reception and are always ready to help with everything: carry luggage, order a taxi, etc.).

It's in an easy-to-find location and the staff are very kind. Even though I arrived at 6am due to a flight, they prepared a room for me. The recommended Samarkand restaurant is nearby, and you can explore Samarkand within walking distance. It's clean and has all the amenities you need.

The staff are very friendly and can speak English. But the room is simple and there is no water or other things. The bathroom supplies are not very complete. Overall average

A very ordinary family hotel. When I checked in, I searched around for a long time before I found it (the name was changed and there was no one at the front desk). There is a lack of necessary maintenance, the door cannot be closed, the balcony door cannot be opened, the water is very small, and the towels are so yellow that I dare not touch them. The layout of the room is rather strange. The price is also very high, the location is not great, but the boss is quite enthusiastic. It was promised that there would be breakfast, but when we went down to the restaurant at 8 o'clock, it was still dark. The boss rushed over and said that breakfast would be ready at 9 o'clock. 9:00? How much do I have to miss the morning sunshine and stagger the crowds at attractions? All in all, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you can’t find a place to stay.

Apart from the price, there is no advantage. It is a private small hotel in China, but it is not as good as the service of a small hotel. Because it is to support the event, the after-sales colleague booked first. For the convenience of communication, they followed suit. The overall experience is extremely poor! Not recommended at all!

The facilities are old, so it can't be helped, but there were shops nearby where you can buy daily necessities and simple food, as well as places to eat, so there was no inconvenience.
The owner responded to various requests seriously and quickly and was very helpful
They also arranged a one-day taxi to Shahri Saabs for a reasonable price of $50 (the driver told me it was $80), so I was able to afford a little more.
