I like Uzbekistan. 5 stars just because I like Uzbek people. Anyway very close to the Old City.

Water pressure poor & internet connection intermittent at best, continually dropping out. Good location outside the city walls, easy walking back to see the sights

This is a good value for money no thrills hotel offering a major plus: a swimming pool. A little bit soviet flavour remains, but this does not for staff which is very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located at the South gate, so just a couple of minutes walking from the old centre.

Very comfy bed. Their garden is beautiful. Have a lounge area where I can chill out with friends. Staff is very friendly. But the food are always the same menu. Hope they can change the menu everyday

One of the best hotels in Khiva

Great location... Just outside the city walls.

Spent three wonderful days in Khiva. Stayed at the Kuwon Bonu Hotel. We were three adults and a six-year-old child, so we booked two double rooms. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff was always polite and helpful. Cozy people !!! The hotel is fine and central! But the access is unpaved!

In a construction site from the front and back. But at second glance it is quiet, I experience how the people live in the old town, how the cats argue, how the mud houses are built, I give a star to it.

Good, clean, comfortable hotel. Good price too.

Absolutely amazing family-run guesthouse. Located within the old city, all main attractions are within walking distance. The staff is kind, helpful and speak fluent English. The owner of Orzu is a kind and welcoming host. Rooms are tidy, beds confier than the ones we've had before. Breakfast is extensive: pastries, fruit, jam bread tea and coffee. The host will also gladly arrange taxi rides for small trips to and from Khiva. Overall a very nice b&b, great experience and excellent value for money. Untill we meet again.

We stayed in Orzu on April 2019. The owners are very friendly. Hotel is clean and good condition. It is inside the old Khiva. So you may be able to see the old khive very comfortably. If we will visit Khive back (I hope I am) I will be happyly stay here again. Breakfeast is also good.

Conveniently located. Comfortable room, great aircon and television. Water pressure is powerful but temperature can be tricky - freezing or boiling - have fun with that! Sufficient breakfast, warm owners.

Very nice and cozy guesthouse. Run by owner and his family - all are very nice and warm people ready to help and advice.

Great place, amazing breakfast not with just coffee and tea, but also eggs, fruits, butter, bread, biscuits. The place is fresh, there is a big garden to share. The owner is really keen to help with everything you need, we had one of our traveller that felt sick for a day, he received complete support from all the member of the house. Amazing stay in Khiva. The place is very well situated in front of the main entrance of the town. The hospitality of the family is beyond, owner’s son Shahbos speaks good English. The day tour he arranged for us to the castles, Nukus and Moynak was unforgettable!

Clean, comfortable, outside the old city wall but 50m walk to the west gate. Bed is quite hard, toilet only one (luckily I was the only guest), water/coffee/tea are not provided (as in other guesthouses/hostels).

Very clean, comfortable rooms and good price. Fantastic breakfast on the balcony overlooking the walls of Khiva old city. Shame that there was only one toilet/shower to share between all shared rooms. Made things and bit slow in the morning. Other than that, very nice place to stay in Khiva

Everything you're reading about the amazing breakfast is completely true! So huge and delicious! We stayed in one of the dorms and it was so nice to have air conditioning when it was literally 117 degrees outside. We lounged on the terrace drinking cheap beer until it cooled off and then we went across the street in to the old City center for dinner. The staff is extremely helpful and do speak a little...

First I'll start with what's good about Alibek Hotel in Khiva: 1. Excellent location, just across from the main gates of the old walled city. 2. Comfortable terrace with nice views of the historical city walls. 3. Tasty and filling breakfast including sausage, eggs, fresh baked goods, tea, fruit and pancakes.
