Perfect location. Setting was lovely, quiet and relaxed and very atmospheric. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff were really helpful and a special thankyou to Umid, who is a wonderful, gentle and generous person (and speaks excellent English!) and thanks for the trip to the bazaar.

Qulayliklari juda zor. This hotel is very comfortable. It has got many facilities👍 Restaurant, free wifi, sauna, swimming pool. The service is also good👍👍

I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan. The staff is fluent in English and very competent. I must come back!

This hotel is new and quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. When we arrived, we were invited to an evening performance by the manager, Islam. The evening was a lot of fun and very memorable. If we return to Urgench, we will plan to stay at Hotel Karavan again.

Saroy Hiva Hotel

The room was adequate, but the location just outside the West Gate was perfect. Breakfast and the hotel staff were both excellent .

We actually found this to be a more than suitable clean and friendly staff hotel. The best part about this is that it is located immediately opposite the old city and therefore in an ideal position to begin the exploration of the wonderful sites of Khiva.

Very comfy beds and duvets. The hotel is very well localised. We managed to walk everywhere by foot. The only issue we had was broken hair dryer. However everything else was good and clean.

Good prices and location, there many Topchan for a pleasant dinner. Almost no dishes go up to 20000 sun. Service is quite committed. Anyway a bit slow and as well as in other restaurant don't expect the dishes to arrive at the same time. French fries are good but the portion is small. 15% tips as service included, as well as all the uzbeck restaurant.

Excellent simple hotel in a great location in the center of Itchan Kala, the walled old city oh Khiva. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, good breakfast. Free wifi, sometimes slow, but this is normal in the country. Do not miss an early morning or sunset walk in the city, when the shops are.closed and the light is great.

Great location, authentic local feel, and excellent in every aspect.

The hotel view is facing right to Ichan Kala and Kala Minor Minaret. Receptionist is very nice and helpful. We stayed in the first floor and the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast menu is delicious. It is just the wifi didn’t work sometimes. Overall, i like staying at this hotel

Spacious room with clean and new furniture. The view was nice, you can see Itchan Khala from the window which is amazing. And it’s a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is no lift and the man from the reception helped us with our bags. We could not download yandex to get to the airport so the lady from the reception ordered us a car from her app.

I spent very comfortable, nice time here. I think the hotel is new. Everything is clean and new. The room was very nice, too. And the breakfast was simple food but amazingly tasty. They are not so special food (salad, bean salad, fried one which the potato was inside. Well I do not know the name of this food, sorry) but the taste was so good. I told it to the chef. I stayed 2 nights on a tour. I am fully satisfied, the cleanliness was excellent, the service and the location were excellent.

It's a nice hotel, but there's no toothbrush or toothpaste, no shower gel. There was no trash can in the room. The Wi-Fi is also very poor, with poor reception in the rooms. The hallway is fine, with plenty of sofas.

Khans Palace Hostel

Great location, good wifi and nice and clean room. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. It’s walking distance to all the sites in the old town and close enough to the main West gate that getting tickets and Yandex (uber) is super easy too.

Located inside the old city this hotel was very nice except for one issue in our room - the water pressure was so low it was almost impossible to have a proper shower. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, clean rooms, and they provide shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes. The mattress is soft and comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The manager at the front desk is available 24/7. Breakfasts are delicious!

The hotel is located inside the ancient city, near the West Gate. Taxis can drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. And because it's in the central part of the ancient city, it's easy to walk around for food and drinks. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing in the rooms could be a bit better; everything else was great.

The rooms are spacious, there's Wi-Fi, and the hot water never runs out. It's located in the old town, and although there was one power outage during my two-day stay, it was quickly restored. It's also in the Ichan Kala district, the heart of Khiva's tourist area, so you can easily go to see the nighttime illuminations from there.

The owner was very attentive and thoughtful, which was great. The location was also convenient, perfect for walks.
