Qulayliklari juda zor. This hotel is very comfortable. It has got many facilities👍 Restaurant, free wifi, sauna, swimming pool. The service is also good👍👍

I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan. The staff is fluent in English and very competent. I must come back!

This hotel is new and quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. When we arrived, we were invited to an evening performance by the manager, Islam. The evening was a lot of fun and very memorable. If we return to Urgench, we will plan to stay at Hotel Karavan again.

Bibihojar Hotel

Since it is a newly built hotel, it is really clean. Breakfast is served individually, making you feel pampered. Although it is not inside Ichan Kala, it is located only 5 minutes from the main West Gate. There is also a supermarket right in front. The host is friendly as well. Best value for money!

Great location. Good service. They speak both Russian and English. Hearty breakfast. Wonderful hotel. The hotel's phone number listed on Trip.com is out of service.

The hotel is very close to Itchan Kala; you can walk there. The street where the hotel is located is unpaved and dusty. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The receptionist is very kind and polite. Breakfast is good, although at this time of year I suggest that the terrace be at least partially covered, because it gets very cold and everything cools down too quickly. Small hotel...

This is a small but comfy family style hotel. It is up and coming but the staff work very hard in making sure every need of yours is attended. I received great hospitality here and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for the same.

Very comfortable hotel. I slept perfectly on a clealy high quality mattress. Attentive and kind staff. Superb roof-top breakfast, with a view on the amazing Khiva. The receptionist is lovely. Strongly recommended.

The place is great for the price. The rooms are clean and nice, the breakfast is very generous and authentic, and location is simply perfect for exploring the old town of Khiva. The photo of breakfast is missing bred nd cucumbers that were added moment after I made a shot. I’d definitely recommend as it’s a great value for money and a good experience overall?

I general I'm satisfied by staying in this hotel. Location is amazing, within old town and close to all attractions. Rooms not for long staying, but enough for 1-2 nights. Breakfast is included.

We had a very good experience at Allanazar Ota Hotel! The rooms are clean, warm (in winter time) and confortable. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices fruits etc. The owner is also very nice and really willing to help you during your stay! Location is excellent, I can only recommand!

I stayed 2 nights on a tour. I am fully satisfied, the cleanliness was excellent, the service and the location were excellent.

It's a nice hotel, but there's no toothbrush or toothpaste, no shower gel. There was no trash can in the room. The Wi-Fi is also very poor, with poor reception in the rooms. The hallway is fine, with plenty of sofas.

Perfect location. Setting was lovely, quiet and relaxed and very atmospheric. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff were really helpful and a special thankyou to Umid, who is a wonderful, gentle and generous person (and speaks excellent English!) and thanks for the trip to the bazaar.
