Actually called The Khiva Palace Hotel, they had a swimming poorl, free breakfast in a spacious dining hall, and very spacious large rooms. The beds were hard, but comfortable. There were several plugs. An in room fridge. Walking distance to the walled fortress city. Very service oriented staff. One negative: they are doing rennovations, so there is noise, personnel, and all manner of construction...

The hotel feels rundown. The whole place just felt like it just needs a bit more care and attention and it could be a very nice hotel. They weren't that busy when we stayed so it was fairly quiet. The location is quite close to the old town although options for places to eat nearby is not that great.

The guesthouse is located in the old town. Enter through one of the city gates and walk about 200 meters; taxi drivers can tell the gatekeeper they can take you to the hotel. In the evening, you can walk 200 meters to the Short Tower for the night view, but you'll have to pass through a dimly lit alley. The town is safe.

They help us with an early check in and a late check out. They organize, on our request, a cooking class for the uzbek bread that was fantastic! Super kind, the bed was medium hard (perfect for me), good breakfast. 3' walk to the main square and minaret. Thanks!

We stayed there for 2 nights while in Khiva. The rooms are very clean and the hotel owner/staff were very welcoming and flexible (let us check-in early with a small charge and let us leave our bags in the hotel until 14 on our last day). The hospitality was wonderful.

This hotel is right inside the old town & within walking distance of all the sights. The rooms are simple with air conditioning. Downsides are hard bed, duvet that is too small for two people in a double bed, and water that runs out several times a day. Upside is the helpful staff, especially Ibrahim, the roof terrace & cold drinks including beer for sale.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was in a wide range of variety, really delicious as well. Hope to visit Khiva with my family next time and obviously will stay here in Grand Vizir

Great location, good wifi and nice and clean room. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. It’s walking distance to all the sites in the old town and close enough to the main West gate that getting tickets and Yandex (uber) is super easy too.

Located inside the old city this hotel was very nice except for one issue in our room - the water pressure was so low it was almost impossible to have a proper shower. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, clean rooms, and they provide shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrushes. The mattress is soft and comfortable. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The manager at the front desk is available 24/7. Breakfasts are delicious!

The hotel is located inside the ancient city, near the West Gate. Taxis can drive directly to the hotel entrance, which is very convenient. And because it's in the central part of the ancient city, it's easy to walk around for food and drinks. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing in the rooms could be a bit better; everything else was great.

The rooms are spacious, there's Wi-Fi, and the hot water never runs out. It's located in the old town, and although there was one power outage during my two-day stay, it was quickly restored. It's also in the Ichan Kala district, the heart of Khiva's tourist area, so you can easily go to see the nighttime illuminations from there.

The owner was very attentive and thoughtful, which was great. The location was also convenient, perfect for walks.

Nice and small hotel near the atteactions.

This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

We were originally scheduled to stay at a different hotel in Khiva but when we arrived, it was not acceptable. So we switched to Anot Qal'a and were very happy. Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.

Nice clean rooms, quite warm in the middle of the winter, although fairly small. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is in the center of the "inner city", therefore you can reach every monument within minutes on foot. Service is good. There is a nice terrace which looks over the town. Good breakfast. Reception is open 24/7.

This is s small, friendly hotel. Not a luxury site but comfortable and in a great location within the old town. The rooms are large with decent bathrooms. There is a pleasant choikhana for outdoor eating. We had a great stay here and would love to return.

The hotel is very well located in the old town, and quiet. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Air conditioning works really well. However, there are no bottles of water in the rooms, no kettle, no safe, and the shower is not very powerful. The towels are scratchy and like cardboard. We loved our stay here, in the central part of the walled city. We were able to check in early after catching the Sharq from Bukhara and felt very welcome. We were able to organise a fortress tour with Orzu for a good price and we're very happy. The breakfast was outstanding. We'd stay here again, very comfortable.

We were in Khiva for a day and loved staying in Orzu B&B. The hosts were hospitable and sweet. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and they also arranged taxi for our departure. The B&B is 4 min walk to Kalta Minor minaret. Overall 5 star for the experience and stay.

This hotel is truly located within the Old City. The hotel terrace offers views of the Bukhara Minaret, and the restaurant provides sunset views. Stepping outside provides the best spot for taking photos of the minaret; with locals present, the pictures will be absolutely stunning. This place is amazing, the room are comfy and with AC. The upper room even has access to the balcony with a spectacular view on the city walls. The breakfast is included and very tasty. It’s possible to make a laundry (for 5 $…). We can communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. The only issue is the peacock singing early in the morning.

It's close to the south gate of Ichankara, so it's a good location for sightseeing. The breakfast was filling and satisfying. There are peacocks, so those who are sensitive may find their cries annoying.
