Impressive entrance. No lift. So choose groundfloor rooms if you have lots of luggage. Did not try the pool as it was too hot during my stay. There were no umbrellas / no shade. Very friendly staff. Only a few hundred metres walking distance away from the northern gate via a park. Choose rooms with balcony / pool ans city views.

Clean rooms, hearty excellent breakfast, service at a good level. The great location makes this hotel one of the best for those tourists who decided to explore Khiva and are accustomed to comfort.

What wonderful service! Very clean, modern and spacious. We stayed here during our visit to Khiva and it was perfect. 5 mins walk to the old city walls, the hotel is very new and a great place to relax after traveling and sight seeing, plus our rooms had a terrace with a good view of the old city walls. The hotel feels rundown. The whole place just felt like it just needs a bit more care and attention and it could be a very nice hotel. They weren't that busy when we stayed so it was fairly quiet. The location is quite close to the old town although options for places to eat nearby is not that great.

Very very nice stay at a very low price. It’s a gem when it comes to foreign tourists. They have a jacuzzi bath tub and the price is comparatively cheap for a foreigner it’s just 26 USD. Great deal. I stayed in ground floor.

The 3-star accommodation facility we stayed in in Khive city of Uzbekistan Being within walking distance to the historical area is a plus, but the beds are thin and there is no hair dryer or refrigerator in the rooms. The breakfast room is in the basement and is indoors. There is an inner garden and an outdoor seating area for smokers.

Nice and small hotel near the atteactions.

This hotel steps away from Ichan Kala was a really good choice for us. Facilities were new and comfy, staff wasn't always attentive and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

We were originally scheduled to stay at a different hotel in Khiva but when we arrived, it was not acceptable. So we switched to Anot Qal'a and were very happy. Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms.

Wonderful experience! Siyovush, the host and owner, was very friendly and interesting to talk to. The rooms were clean and the building stylish (lots of handmade details built my Siyovush and his father). The breakfast was plenty and tasty. Obviously, you can find some details here and there to complain about but for this money - forget the larger hotels, enjoy the local vibe and go for it!

This is s small, friendly hotel. Not a luxury site but comfortable and in a great location within the old town. The rooms are large with decent bathrooms. There is a pleasant choikhana for outdoor eating. We had a great stay here and would love to return.

The hotel is very well located in the old town, and quiet. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Air conditioning works really well. However, there are no bottles of water in the rooms, no kettle, no safe, and the shower is not very powerful. The towels are scratchy and like cardboard. This hotel is truly located within the Old City. The hotel terrace offers views of the Bukhara Minaret, and the restaurant provides sunset views. Stepping outside provides the best spot for taking photos of the minaret; with locals present, the pictures will be absolutely stunning. It is a newly renovated historic home that becomes an amazing boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and it has a terrace overlooking the town. The owner is extremely nice, caring and attentive. We loved our stay here, in the central part of the walled city. We were able to check in early after catching the Sharq from Bukhara and felt very welcome. We were able to organise a fortress tour with Orzu for a good price and we're very happy. The breakfast was outstanding. We'd stay here again, very comfortable.

We were in Khiva for a day and loved staying in Orzu B&B. The hosts were hospitable and sweet. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and they also arranged taxi for our departure. The B&B is 4 min walk to Kalta Minor minaret. Overall 5 star for the experience and stay.

What a lovely place to stay. The location is convenient (5ish minute walk to the main street of sights in Khiva). The breakfast is delicious. I ate the best eggs of my life there. This is a great hotel. The landlord's family is warm and considerate. They solved various problems for us. Every time we came back from a tour, they sent us meals, which touched us deeply. I hope that more Chinese tourists will choose to come to Khiva and stay here in the future.

This guesthouse is in the heart of Itchan kala, located close to all attractions and also right next to the teressa rooftop cafe, lovely hosts and lovely granny who is always helpful. It felt like I was visiting my granny in Uzbekistan. We kept yapping about Sharukh Khan and Salman khan. Clean rooms and great breakfast spread.

This place is amazing, the room are comfy and with AC. The upper room even has access to the balcony with a spectacular view on the city walls. The breakfast is included and very tasty. It’s possible to make a laundry (for 5 $…). We can communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. The only issue is the peacock singing early in the morning.

It's close to the south gate of Ichankara, so it's a good location for sightseeing. The breakfast was filling and satisfying. There are peacocks, so those who are sensitive may find their cries annoying.
